An analysis of the regional disparity in the average educational expenditure per senior secondary student and its relevant factors in China

The essay deals with regional disparities in the average educational expenditure of every ordinary senior secondary student, including budget funds for education, the proportion appropriated to the ordinary senior high school by the government, tuition fee per student and the proportion of tuition fees of the total educational expenditure. By analyzing the relevant educational and economic indicators, we find that the average educational expenditure and tuition of every student in the western area are lower than those in the eastern and the middle area while the proportion of funds allocated by the government is the highest. However, in the middle area, both of the government appropriation of education funds for every student and its proportion of the total educational expenditure are the lowest in China, but on the other hand the proportion of tuition fee of the total educational expenditure and the income of the rural residents are the highest. Therefore, the aim of this essay is to look at the reasons why there are such differences.

论廖家骅的音乐教育思想

廖家骅先生作为当代中国音乐理论家、音乐教育家,为中国音乐教育学科的发展奠定了重要的基础,可称为“中国音乐教育学科的领路人”。基于对廖家骅学术成果的系统梳理,从其对音乐审美特性、音乐教育审美特性、音乐教育与审美心理和智力发展等方面的研究总结其音乐教育美育观;从其对高师音乐教育人才培养的职责、高师音乐教育培养目标等问题的关注概括其音乐教育通才观;从其对一线音乐教学、教育现状等现实问题与实践性问题的关注与评论提炼其音乐教育实践观,从而对他的音乐教育思想进行全面阐释。对廖家骅音乐教育思想的研究既是对我国音乐教育事业发展成就的总结与回顾,也是对我国当代音乐教育进一步发展的启示与借鉴。     

注重实效,全面推进现代教育技术应用

该文概述了电子科技大学教育信息化与教育现代化所开展的工作和已经取得的成绩,同时也讨论了传统教育手段与现代教育手段相互关系和互补,以及今后的发展方向等问题。     

当前民族传统体育研究困境——兼议引入体育人类学的必要性

采用文献资料法、逻辑归纳法等研究方法,系统回顾了民族传统体育学科的发展过程与当前理论研究的现状。通过分析发现,当前民族传统体育的研究存在诸多困境,包括学科主干——武术与气功研究存在不足、相关研究的基础理论薄弱、缺少民族传统体育理论研究的全球视野与国际交流。本文认为民族传统体育的发展离不开理论的支持和引导,民族传统体育学科体系急待完善。同时,借助历史学、人类学理论系统剖析这些问题,提出引入体育人类学作为民族传统体育的基础理论,将给民族传统体育学提供足够的理论支援与拓展空间。     

英特尔未来教育对高师《现代教育技术》课程教学的启示

英特尔未来教育以建构主义为理论基础，为广大师生提高信息素养，开发自身探究能力、学习能力、合作能力、创造能力提供了一个实际操作的平台。文章通过分析高师院校《现代教育技术》课程教学的共性问题，借鉴英特尔未来教育的一些启示，并结合教学事例提出了一些建议。     

节庆活动中的文化展示——以广西宾阳炮龙节为例

随着旅游开发的进一步深入,民间的节庆活动也被当作旅游开发的资源。运用民俗学与旅游人类学的理论方法分析影响文化展示的因素,并在此基础上找到文化展示的方法,对当前旅游环境下民俗文化的保存与发展具有积极的意义。     

From data source to co-researchers? Tracing the shift from ‘student voice’ to student–teacher partnerships in Educational Action Research

This article provides a review of the concept of student voice as it has been represented in Educational Action Research from the 1990s to the present day. Contextualised within an exploration of the challenges posed by educational action research that incorporates student voice in the current age of accountability as reflected and understood in academia, we explore issues of power and authority, issues of process and issues of ownership as they emerge in the literature. We note ways in which these challenges are manifest in primary and secondary schooling and in tertiary education. Finally, we survey some recent representations of student voice in Educational Action Research, observing something of a shift from earlier conceptualisations of students as a ‘data source’ to a more active involvement as co-researchers and joint constructors of knowledge, progressing toward more active student–teacher partnerships.
