新课程理念下物理学史再认识

在新课程理念下物理学史与以往相比具有更多的教育功能，因此有必要对物理学史进行再认识，从克服传统物理课程弊端的角度来讲，需要将物理学史运用到物理教学中，而教育重演论为物理学史的应用提供了直接的理论依据。在新课程理念下将物理学史融入物理教学中，可以激发学生的兴趣，有利于学生的“终身学习”；帮助学生理解物理规律，提高问题解决的能力；提高学生的整体科学素养；发挥物理课的德育功能并促进学生的社会性发展等。可以说，物理学史在教学中是对知识与技能，过程与方法，情感、态度与价值观三维目标的有效整合。教师应更新观念；克服三个不利倾向：重视近、现代物理的发展；在教学上灵活处理。     

Conceptual change through vicarious learning in an authentic physics setting

Recent research on principles of best practice for designing effective multimedia instruction has rarely taken into account students’ alternative conceptions, which are known to strongly influence learning. The goal of this study was to determine how well students of quantum mechanics could learn ‘vicariously’ by watching a student-tutor dialogue based on alternative conceptions. Two video treatments were created to summarize key aspects of quantum tunneling, a fundamental quantum mechanical phenomenon. One video depicted a student-tutor dialogue, incorporating many of the common alternative conceptions on the topic, and resolving inconsistencies in reasoning through discussion. The other presented the same correct physics material in an expository style without alternative conceptions. Second year physics students were randomly assigned to one of the two treatments and were tested before and after watching the video during a lecture. Results show a statistically significant (p < .01) advantage for the learners in the dialogue treatment (d = 0.71). Follow-up interviews of students yielded insight into the affective and cognitive benefits of the dialogue video.

以工作能力为导向的教育技术专业教学改革——浙江师范大学教育技术专业教学改革的调查与思考

教育技术专业建设中,教学改革一直是专业研究焦点之一,其教学质量的高低,直接影响教育技术人才能力,进而影响整个教育技术事业的健康成长。为此,2006年4月,浙江师范大学教育学院特地组织了关于"教育技术学课程与教学改革"的调研。从调研的分析结果得到,多媒体与网络技术的实践开发能力、信息技术教学能力、以及科研能力,信息素养是毕业生在实际工作中的必备能力。并在此基础上,从提高教育技术毕业生的工作适应性能力角度探讨专业教学的改革对策。

自我感知理论是研究激励问题的重要理论之一。从自我感知理论出发,分析学生对自己学习行为进行归因的方式和内在激励与外在激励的辩证关系,进一步提出该理论对教育工作者在教育活动中的启迪。

在现代信息社会的背景下,信息化理念和技术已经成为教育评价与考试发展中不可或缺的因素。以信息化理念和技术为核心的E-assessment概念,是近年来在考试与评价领域发展起来的一种新的评价思想及其应用的集合,本文通过对国际知名教育评价机构——英国剑桥评价的研究,系统阐述了E-assessment的在教育评价与考试中的应用和意义,对我国教育评价与考试工作有着很好的启示和借鉴。     

农民工培训中的困惑与对策

农民工为中国经济社会的发展,特别是城镇化进程作出了重大的贡献。农民工的生存与发展是当代中国社会发展的焦点和难点之一。针对农民工教育培训问题,提出了完善制度,用"订单培训,企业参与"的机制吸引农民工参加培训;创新培训形式,努力提高培训实效;加强资金管理,年初下达培训计划;加强考核,选好培训机构等四个方面对加强农民工培训工作进行了初步的探讨。     

A focus on time-lapse ethnography: learning to teach

This article makes the claim that developing ethnographic work through follow-up interviews can add to our understanding of researched phenomena and explores how using concepts from Bourdieu and theories on the social construction of time strengthen the research design and add a stronger longitudinal diachronic element to data analysis. Extending an ethnographic study of learning to teach by interviewing respondents nine years after the study and after the completion of their teacher education course is shown to develop insights around the initial research findings by focusing on the temporal aspects of data. Adopting this methodological approach can develop small-scale qualitative work and contribute to an accumulation of research findings to avoid simply revisiting familiar research ground.     

CHE Principles: facilitating authentic and dialogical semi-structured interviews in educational research

This paper examines the values of the CHE principles of Connectivity, Humanness and Empathy as a guiding framework for maximizing the ethical and methodological advantages of semi-structured interview research practices. The authors draw from two separate educational studies and apply the CHE principles to analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of decision-making in facilitating sustainable relationships with the participants in each study. Findings highlight that dialogical relations with participants were evident in both studies, and identify significant junctures where decision-making and actions influenced effective rapport-building and respectful and reciprocal relationships with participants in the research. The CHE principles emerge as providing a robust framework for educational researchers to employ when auditing their decision-making prior to and during their engagement in qualitative interviews.
