关于历史人物研究的几点思考

历史人物研究是历史研究的重要组成部分,其主要任务就是要抱着对历史负责的慎重态度,正确认识和评价历史人物,客观公正地考察历史人物对历史发展的作用和影响。历史人物研究,要坚持从客观事实出发,充分地占有史料并对其进行全面的分析研究;要以马克思主义唯物史观为指导,联系历史人物所处的时代环境来看待历史人物,把历史人物放在特定的历史范畴中去考察;要运用整体性思维,从整体角度贯通地对历史人物予以考察和评价。     

论小康体育发展进程中农村民生体育建设

在新农村建设中,农村民生体育成为建设的重要组成部分。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,在解读小康体育和民生体育的基础上,就小康体育发展背景下加强农村民生体育建设构想基本思路：坚持以人为本,牢固树立民生体育主体观;以农村学校体育为基础,推动农村民生体育健身工程实施;健全群众体育法律法规是农村民生体育建设的重要保障;开展村落春节运动会,是促进农村民生体育建设的重要依托;完善农村民生体育评价和激励机制,推动其健康有序发展。通过研究旨在为我国发展农村民生体育建设提供理论参考。     

关于我国外语教育政策的若干思考

外语教育政策关系到我国教育工作的全局。本文论述目前我国外语教育的现状,对当前国际政治形势下我国外语教育政策的制定取向提出了几点思考,以期对我国外语教育政策的制定有一定的参考意义。     

Considered evaluation of clinical placements in a new medical school

This article suggests that quality assessment in the UK has been largely set apart from learning and teaching and reports on a pilot project at the Hull York Medical School which attempted to integrate students’ evaluation of their clinical placements into the curriculum. It outlines the operational demands of this integrated method and compares the student experience of different evaluation methods. It argues that, when properly prepared and considered, evaluation can help students to practise useful skills and suggests that integrating this type of evaluation into the curriculum could be a step towards encouraging academic staff to engage with quality processes.     

资源型城市循环经济评价指标体系研究

我国的许多资源型城市,已经面临越来越严重的资源、环境和发展的困境,通过循环经济建设改变城市的发展模式,提高城市的可持续发展能力,是近年来理论研究和实际工作中非常重要的课题。以若干城市的实践为案例,从资源、经济、生态环境和社会四个方面构建指标体系,评价和指导资源型城市循环经济建设。     

高校体育专业学生专业能力评估指标体系的设计及模糊综合评判

根据模糊教学原理,通过建立评分指标体系,设计权重分配集、评价等级集、建立评价短阵以及模糊运算,得出具体分数,实现从定性到定量的评定,客观地评价学生专业能力。     

基于层次分析法的大型仪器设备管理综合评价体系

根据高校大型仪器设备管理特点,采用层次分析方法,从资源整合、资源共享观点出发,融合管理平台等技术理念,建立了一个高校大型仪器设备管理综合评价模型.该模型通过专家评议,选取了硬件管理与管理软件两方面的评价指标,评价体系由三层级与6指标构成,评价指标涵盖仪器设备的资源分布、资源共享、资源协调、知识管理等方面的内容.该指标体系突出重点、关注核心、方便操作,采用此评价模型,可以科学地分析高校大型仪器设备管理的状况和存在的主要问题,有利于实现高校大型仪器设备使用与管理的系统化和科学化.     

教师教育技术能力发展的新取向——从教育现象学谈起

本文运用教育现象学思想反思教师教育技术能力培训和发展现状,提出教师教育技术能力要实现从培训到发展的转变,以及教师教育技术能力发展应有的取向。     

基于MFCC的语音评分方法研究

针对目前语言学习中普遍存在的发音问题,提出了一种基于MFCC的语音评分方法,通过对测试语言和标准语音进行预处理、特征提取及模式比对等过程,找出它们的相似度并由评分机制给出得分。实验证明该方法能够确保评测的准确性,具有较强的实用性。     

Job-related requirements and competences of educational science graduates

All over the world, universities have to cope with the mission to promote the employability of their graduates, implying that competences should be trained which are relevant for the professional experience. In this context, it is of special interest where graduates work and what they are doing at work. In this study we focus on educational science graduates (N = 1565) and compare them to graduates of other study programmes (N = 10,224). Using data of the German DZHW graduate panel 2005 (N = 11,789), we address the questions (1) in which fields graduates of educational science work, (2) whether a theoretical-based four-dimensional internal structure of graduates’ job-related requirements and competences can be confirmed, (3) what kind of self-rated requirements educational science graduates experience at work, and (4) which self-rated levels of competences they possess, compared to other graduates. The analyses show that most graduates of educational science find an appropriate job in a clearly educational setting and that generic competences (systematic, social, and personal competences) are rated as more important than knowledge processing.
