新课程理念下高中语文有效教学的合理性建构

有效教学理论是当代西方教学研究中起步较早,研究成果颇丰的一个领域。提高教学质量是教学活动的永恒话题,有效教学是提高教学质量的重要途径。在大力实施新课程标准的今天,教师应懂得如何做个＂有效教师＂,如何对高中语文有效教学进行合理性建构。     

基于有效存量的技术标准溢出效应分析

从知识资本的角度,分析不同年度标准的异质性,用永续盘存法测算1995—2017年我国国家标准有效存量。基于标准存量和知识存量的溢出效应以及人员投入,建立溢出效应模型。实证分析显示,RD资本存量、发明专利存量对年度新增知识存在正的溢出效应,研发人员全时当量的增长对年增知识的影响是正向的,标准存量对年度新增知识存在负的溢出效应。建议通过增加研发经费、鼓励制定专利、鼓励人才成长和发挥作用的措施推动新知识的生产。通过解决标准老化缺失滞后问题,推动标准存量对新知识产生正的溢出效应。     

浅谈新课程背景下农村初中英语课堂互动教学的有效途径

互动教学就是把教学活动看作是师生之间进行的一种真诚、和谐的交往、沟通,把教学过程看作是一个动态发展着的教与学统一的活动过程。在这个过程中,通过优化教学互动的方式,即通过调节师生关系及其相互作用,形成和谐的师生互动,强化人与社会环境的相互影响。以产生教学共振,达到提高教学效果的一种教学模式。针对目前农村初中英语课堂教学中存在的问题,文章借鉴建构主义学习理论等有关教育理念,结合课堂互动教学的内容、原则和模式,试图找到农村初中英语课堂教学过程中实现师生互动的有效途径。

对93名高职生访谈的结果显示,高职生学习目标模糊,学习自制力差,学习策略缺乏。针对高职生学习动机的现状,从内部、外部两方面分析学习动机缺乏的原因,从学生和教师两方面寻找激发与维持高职生学习动机的策略。

Deflection analysis of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with carbon fibre reinforced polymer under long-term load action

This paper presents the results of an experimental research on reinforced concrete beams strengthened with an external carbon fibre reinforced polymer(CFRP) layer under long-term load action that lasted for 330 d.We describe the characteristics of deflection development of the beams strengthened with different additional anchorages of the external carbon fibre composite layer during the period of interest.The conducted experiments showed that the additional anchorage influences the slip of the external layer with respect to the strengthened element.Thus,concrete and carbon fibre composite interface stiffness decreases with a long-term load action.Therefore,the proposed method of analysis based on the built-up-bars theory can be used to estimate concrete and carbon fibre composite interface stiffness in the case of long-term load.     

Method for determining effective flame emissivity in a rotary kiln incinerator burning solid waste

Temperature is the most important parameter for the improvement of combustion efficiency and the control of pollutants. In order to obtain accurate flame temperatures in a rotary kiln incinerator using non-intrusive thermographic method, the effective flame emissivity was studied. A combined narrow- and wide-band model and Mie scattering method were used to calculate the radiative properties for gases and fly-ash particles under different combustion conditions. The effects of the air/waste ratio and fly-ash particles on the effective flame emissivity were discussed. The results of numerical calculations showed that the effective emissivity decreased from 0.90 to 0.80 when the air/waste ratio increased from 1.0 to 1.8, and the effect of the fly-ash particles was ignorable under the conditions discussed in this paper. Experimental measurement results indicated that the accuracy of the thermographic temperature measurements improved significantly if the setting of the flame emissivity was adjusted according to the air/waste ratio.
