一类吸血鬼模型的稳定性分析

本文建立了一类吸血鬼数学模型,定义了模型的基本再生数,通过构造适当的Lyapunov函数来研究模型解的渐近性态.证明了当基本再生数小于1时,无病平衡点是全局渐近稳定的;当基本再生数大于1时,唯一的地方病平衡点是全局渐近稳定的.     

ARP病毒的攻击与防御

我们在学校上网曾多次遇到过机子突然掉线,过一段时间后又会恢复正常。或者很多老师的机器根本上不去网,一直提示IP地址冲突,网络中心的老师发现交换机上的黄灯也是常亮不灭。这情况明显是有大量的数据包冲击网络。出现了上述状况,原因有很多,如黑客攻击,蠕虫病毒攻击,但一般来说很可能受到了ARP病毒的攻击。为了让更多的老师同学们认识清楚ARP病毒,本文将讨论ARP病毒的攻击原理与ARP病毒的防御与清除。     

校园网ARP欺骗攻击防护探索

近年来高校校园网络规模越来越大,节点数量越来越多。同时,各种病毒和网络攻击手段层出不穷,影响面越来越广。本文通过对ARP攻击问题的分析探讨,给出了解决此类攻击的建议。     

几种新型烟草花叶病毒抑制剂的田间药效试验

为对室内研究筛选出的具有抗烟草花叶病毒活性的几种抑制剂进行田间药效验证,采用高压喷枪接种烟草花叶病毒后每隔一周喷施制剂的方法对几种制剂进行了田间试验.试验结果显示,含1%3-丙酮基-3-羟基羟吲哚二甲基亚砜溶液1 000倍液、含0.4%苦木素的2%3-丙酮基-3-羟基羟吲哚微乳液500倍液两种制剂在接种烟草花叶病毒4周后仍然保持44.04%和47.71%的相对防效,防治效果明显优于对照药剂.     

Molecular characterization and infectivity of Papaya leaf curl China virus infecting tomato in China

Papaya leaf curl China virus (PaLCuCNV) was previously reported as a distinct begomovirus infecting papaya in southern China. Based on molecular diagnostic survey, 13 PaLCuCNV isolates were obtained from tomato plants showing leaf curl symptoms in Henan and Guangxi Provinces of China. Complete nucleotide sequences of 5 representative isolates (AJ558116, AJ558117, AJ704604, FN256260, and FN297834) were determined to be 2738–2751 nucleotides, which share 91.7%–97.9% sequence identities with PaLCuCNV isolate G2 (AJ558123). DNA-β was not found to be associated with PaLCuCNV isolates. To investigate the infectivity of PaLCuCNV, an in-fectious clone of PaLCuCNV-[CN:HeNZM1] was constructed and agro-inoculated into Nicotiana benthamiana, N. tabacum Samsun, N. glutinosa, Solanum lycopersicum and Petunia hybrida plants, which induced severe leaf curling and crinkling symptoms in these plants. Southern blot analysis and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) indicated a systemic infection of test plants by the agro-infectious clone.     

掀开土壤生物“暗物质”——土壤病毒的神秘面纱

病毒是地球上数量最多的生命体,在调控寄主群落结构、促进元素生物地球化学循环和生物进化中起到重要的作用。病毒被喻为生物"暗物质"。近年来,海洋环境下病毒生态学研究进展迅速;与此相反,在陆地生态系统,特别是土壤环境中病毒研究进展缓慢。文章从生态学角度对目前有关土壤病毒丰度、形态多样性、基因多样性、研究方法和生态功能等进行简要的阐述,目的在于呼吁从事土壤微生物和土壤生态学研究的工作者重视对土壤病毒的研究工作,从而促进土壤病毒生态学科的发展。     

长春市戊型肝炎的流行病学调查

通过长春市戊型肝炎流行病学调查,了解长春市戊肝病毒在动物与人群中的感染情况为戊肝防治提供宝贵的参考资料。对长春市采集的动物血清包括猪820份、牛506份、羊273份及人血清,包括农村饲养猪人群182份、农村非饲养猪人群102份,城镇人群546份,采用戊肝病毒抗原及抗体试剂盒检测血清中的病毒抗原及抗体。结果感染率分别为猪72.80%、牛11.86%、羊10.26%、农村饲养猪人群20.88%、农村非饲养猪人群15.38%、城镇人群4.58%。结果表明戊肝病毒在长春市的动物及人群中均有流行,且猪HEV感染比牛和羊及人都普遍,农村饲养猪人群和农村非饲养猪人群感染率都远高于普通人群,为戊肝是人畜共患病提供有力证据。     

单疱性脑炎近20年的临床回顾分析

本文回顾了近20年我科收治的单疱性脑炎84例的临床诊治经过,前10年35例,后10年49例,死亡率有显著性差异(P>0.05)。前10年为68％,后10年为31％。并发现临床医师对本病的充分认识和早期应用无环鸟苷抗病毒治疗是降低死亡率的关键。

Expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and association with Epstein-Barr virus infection

Objective: To evaluate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP9) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the association between MMP9 and Epstein-Barr virus infection. Methods: The MMP9 expression was studied by immu-nohistochemical analysis; and Epstein-Barr virus encoded small nuclear mRNA-1(EBER-1) produced by in situ hybridization were examined in 41 nasopharyngeal carcinoma sections, and the relation between them, and the associations of MMP9 with clinical features were statistically analyzed. Results: Positive expression rate of MMP9 was 73.17%. The expression of MMP9 showed significant positive correlation with the expression of EBER-1 (γ0.483, P=0.001). There was significant association of MMP9 expression with lymph nodes metastasis and clinical stage (P<0.001), non-significant association with age, gender, pathological classification and T classification.
