我国开放大学国际化战略与政策选择

大学国际化是我国开放大学发展的核心理念之一和重要战略目标,强调借鉴国际经验,拓展国际空间,与相关国际组织、大学和机构开展多层次、宽领域的教育交流与合作。从美国、欧洲、日本和我国大学国际化政策分析得出基本启示：大学国际化已成为发展趋势,并成为大学可持续发展战略的重要组织部分,各类大学的国际化,不仅需要发展规划,更需要政策安排。我国开放大学国际化的政策选择,有推动远程教育的法律保障,激励优质教育资源共享,建构虚拟开放课堂,建立网上学习成果认证与学术学分转换评价指标体系,建立教师在线课程建设共同体等方面。     

茅盾儿童文学翻译的阐释学视角研究

茅盾的文学之路始于儿童文学,他一生中翻译了很多国外的儿童文学作品。文章运用伽达默尔阐释学理论,从视界融合的原则出发,探讨了茅盾儿童文学翻译之路上的选择。认为:茅盾的小说视域和爱国情怀使其最终走上了儿童文学翻译之路并选择了弱小民族国家的儿童小说进行翻译。     

旅游者选择外部旅游交通方式的影响因素研究

本文采用因子分析的方法对旅游者选择外部旅游交通方式的影响因素进行了系统研究.研究结果表明旅游者在选择外部旅游交通方式时主要受10项因子的影响,并且各因子的重要性差异不明显.本文的研究结果对于旅游交通、旅行社等相关旅游企业提高产品质量,对于旅游行政主管部门科学地进行区域旅游交通规划均具有重要的参考价值.     

Measuring Online Communication Attitude: Instrument Development and Validation

This paper reports a series of studies that develop an empirically-derived instrument for assessing online communication attitude, a multidimensional set of individual cognitive-affective constructs that influence media choice. The first study inductively develops an initial item pool and tests dimensional structure via exploratory factor analysis. The second study further refines this structure and also tests the association between online communication attitude and media use in same-sex friendships. Finally, the third study deductively tests global model fit via confirmatory factor analysis, and establishes concurrent validity with theoretically related communication constructs. Beyond identifying motives underlying media choice, the instrument developed here possesses heuristic potential for clarifying media choice theory and elaborating the association between communication competence and media choice.     

Pre‐deliberation moderation on choice dilemmas: proposing a moderation–elasticity theory of choice shift

A moderation–elasticity theory to explain the choice shift is proposed and tested. The theory predicts that group members engage in moderation of initial decision choices in anticipation of future interaction. These moderate choices are strategic in nature, and thus are posited to disappear when anticipated interaction is eliminated. Moderation–elasticity is proposed as a form of predeliberation normative influence. A test of the theory finds support for both moderation and elasticity processes on choice dilemma item decisions.

What about choice for a change?

Through the lens of exile, this conceptual study explores the complex associations of choice and change, and their implications for education, in a range of areas from sociology through psychology and physiology. In bringing together and synthesising diverse thoughts about choice and change, it inquires into how educators and their professional practices can support the choices of young people in creating significant change and the hopeful future through knowledge economies. It concludes that, if the moral purposes of change are to be social and communal development, mental models should be chosen and knowledge created to accomplish those purposes. At stake is the legacy of today’s choices for young people’s futures. Dedicated to my Dad, Pieter, 19 April 1922–18 April 2004, ‘Recte faciendo neminem timeas’.
