课程质量评价的选择策略之一:课程效能评价

运用"效能"思想对课程效度进行评估,同时也为课程评估提供了有关的新理念。为得到课程效能的真实情况,需要收集和分析不同类型"效能"评量指标,这些指标包括学生的学习发展现状、学生的学习能力基线、课程实施背景和情境信息、学校教育环境信息等。在研究课程效能的领域里比较常用的几种统计分析方法各有其优缺点。有关人员需了解"效能"评量方法的局限性,以做到有效使用。     

Entertainment Education and social change: Evaluating a children's soap opera in Kenya

This article discusses audience responses to a children's soap opera produced and broadcast in Kenya. It examines the evaluation process in relation to qualitative audience research within Cultural Studies. It challenges an Entertainment–Education model of media as vehicles for messages and links strongly with Communication for Social Change priorities in which media are the facilitators. In such an approach this soap opera should not only fit into the cultural and social contexts of its child audience but should actively promote discussion and the interactive negotiation of meaning. The narratives address post conflict concerns of democracy, rights, peace and reconciliation, encouraging dialogue with peers and family about extremely difficult issues. The question is how we evaluate and assess such processes.

基于线性简单加权的体育产业竞争力评价

从增强体育产业竞争力评价指标体系应用性的目的出发,采用线性简单加权和主成分因素分析法,在对体育产业竞争力的组成要素和影响因素进行分析的基础上,构建体育产业竞争力评价指标体系,并通过层次分析法对评价指标赋权、结合主成分因素分析对评价指标作进一步筛选,得到最终评价体系。     

Research Quarterly for Exercise and Sport Lecture Statewide Physical Fitness Testing

Statewide physical fitness testing is gaining popularity in the United States because of increased childhood obesity levels, the relations between physical fitness and academic performance, and the hypothesized relations between adult characteristics and childhood physical activity, physical fitness, and health behaviors. Large-scale physical fitness testing can be fraught with problems unless properly planned and conducted. Legislators, administrators, teachers, and parents should consider the following 10 essential issues when conducting large-scale physical fitness testing: purpose of testing, proper planning, training, quality of the data, reporting, support, costs, interpretation, programmatic matters, and policies and politics.     

体育赛事经济影响评估现状述评

通过文献综述法对体育赛事经济影响的评估现状进行分析,发现体育赛事经济影响评估中所存在的问题。分析结果表明:目前体育赛事经济影响评估的指标体系缺乏科学性;对体育赛事经济影响评估的模型方法较为单一,缺乏系统全面的评估方法;对体育赛事经济影响进行全面评估较为困难;体育赛事的经济影响评估主要针对大型体育赛事,而对小型体育赛事的经济影响评估较少。建议:对体育赛事经济影响进行评估时,要对评估方法、指标进行实证检验和比较分析;利用其它学科评估知识,开发更具科学性的评估方法和模型。     

当前高校体育教学改革中几个热点问题的剖析

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、归纳演绎法,对当前高校体育教学改革中,关于教学指导思想、教学目标、教学模式、教学评价等热点问题,从理论与实践结合的视角,作了深入、系统的剖析,并提出了自己的意见。     

区域发展战略对国土空间格局演化的影响——以云南省为例

地区国土空间格局演化不仅受自然资源禀赋等先天因素的影响,还受到集聚经济等后天因素的影响。区域发展战略通过改变当地的基础设施条件、交通通达性、功能布局等经济活动空间集聚的条件,重塑地区经济地理。资源环境承载力和国土开发适宜性评价（“双评价”）作为优化国土空间格局的重要基础和参照,过于强调资源本底,仅仅评估现状,也缺乏区域发展战略和重大工程项目对资源环境承载能力和国土空间开发适宜性产生的影响和变化的评估。因此,单纯依靠“双评价”对未来国土空间演化趋势和土地供需展开研判不够准确,对集聚经济的重视亦不足。本文首先构建一个空间经济学的分析框架,探讨和辨识国土空间演化过程的多种影响因素和机制,建立一个基于空间经济学理论的国土空间演化模拟分析平台,并通过人工神经网络（ANN）和元胞自动机（CA）整合实现机器学习和演化模拟。其次,在对比分析与校正的基础上,设置5种未来区域发展战略情景,对云南省全域进行高分辨率模拟分析,并据此对“双评价”结果进行修正。研究表明：①包含集聚经济因素的模拟结果更能反映空间经济活动的规律,且有更高的模拟精度。②各种区域战略的实施均有利于优化国土空间的开发格局,其中综合统筹和农业优先两种情景更有利于地区充分利用比较优势、因地制宜开展国土空间的开发工作。③基于综合统筹情景修正的“双评价”结果,进一步识别出了云南省国土空间适宜建设区、储备建设区、生态保护极重要区和不适宜建设区,在补充现有“双评价”结果的同时进一步对云南省现有国土空间格局进行优化。本文阐释了国土空间格局演化的空间经济机理,为新时代国土空间格局的优化以及“双评价”的修正,提供科学支撑和政策建议。     

Recipients' criteria for evaluating the skillfulness of comforting communication and the outcomes of comforting interactions

This paper reports on a two-part investigation of people's criteria for evaluating (a) how skillful comforting behavior is, and (b) the outcomes of comforting interactions for distressed persons. In Study 1, individuals were interviewed regarding their experiences in comforting interactions. These interviews, along with previous comforting message research, were used to generate items representing "skillful" comforting behavior and possible outcomes from comforting interactions. These items comprised the questionnaire used in the second study. In Study 2, participants reported on an interaction in which they had been comforted by a friend. Participants rated the comforting behaviors of their friends and the outcomes they experienced following the interaction. In terms of skillfulness of the comfort providers' behavior, five factors emerged: Other Orientation, Problem Solving, Relating, Refraining from General Negativity, and Different Perspective. Three distinct criteria emerged in evaluations of the outcomes of comforting interactions: the recipients' Positive Mood following the comforting, the Empowerment they experienced, and the degree to which they had Stopped Rumination about their problem. Multiple regression analyses revealed the utility of the skillfulness criteria in predicting the outcomes experienced by distressed persons. The results are discussed in terms of theories and research on coping, social support, and comforting messages.
