电子资源使用评估与E-Metrics

E—Metrics项目是美国研究图书馆协会新评估计划的5个子项目之一。本文对E—Metrics项目的产生背景及发展历程进行较为详细的介绍，并对整个项目进行简要的评价。

体育教师"说课"能力的评估方法研究

采用文献资料、专家调查法,以12位从事体育教学实践与理论研究多年的专家为研究对象,以体育教师“说课”能力的评估方法为内容,进行相关评估方法研究,获得了关于体育教师“说课”能力评估体系的各指标权重分值具体分布。     

刑法中“论处”规定的类型化解释

对刑法条文中“以……论处”规定的理解,关涉罪与非罪、此罪与彼罪的认定。“论处”条款赋予某一法律事实与另一事实相同的效果,包括定罪与量刑两个方面,并且具有注意规定或法律拟制的性质,而法律拟制则具有犯罪构成的定型功能。然而“论处”条款的设置却存在拟制不当和过度类型化的问题。因此,要从方法论角度,将相互包含、补充的类型思维与概念思维应用于“论处”条款的拟制和司法实践当中,通过回归概念背后的原型,厘清类型中的核心要素与变量要素,对“论处”的具体情形作出恰当的类型化解释;同时从形式和实质两个层面对“论处”规定类型化解释的适用范围加以合理限制,使规范条文罪刑法定要求与事物本质规范评价达成一致性,从而实现论处结论的合法性、合理性和可接受性。     

档案保管外包服务能力评估研究

就档案保管外包服务机构而言,现行评估表档案保管硬件条件占比偏重;档案库房产权评估实操性不强;人员管理测评要求不高,以及安全保密体系测评力度不够,针对上述问题,结合实际,提出相应的改进建议,以期对档案保管外包服务能力评估现状有所裨益.     

Teaching skills of student teachers: Calibration of an evaluation instrument and its value in predicting student academic engagement

Student teachers are expected to develop their teaching skills sooner and more rapidly. However, a sound evaluation instrument that can be used to diagnose and monitor the skilfulness level to aid formative assessment of student teachers is still limited. This article is aimed to calibrate and validate a teaching skill evaluation instrument for use in secondary education. A total of 264 student teachers in the Netherlands participated in the study. Rasch and multilevel analyses were used. Results suggest that the evaluation instrument meets the restrictive assumptions of the Rasch model and has predictive value for academic engagement. This adds validation evidence and justifies the calibration of the evaluation instrument to be used for monitoring the development of teacher's teaching skills.     

Community implementation outcomes of Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-up

Bringing evidence-based treatments to community practice is a critical challenge for the field. When implemented in the community, evidence-based treatments often fail to provide the benefits shown in laboratory settings. Therefore, when evidence-based treatments are transported to the community, it is essential to investigate implementation process and outcomes. The present study assessed whether Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-up (ABC), an intervention for high-risk parents that has been shown to be efficacious in randomized clinical trials (RCTs), changed parent behavior in a community-based setting. This study examined data collected from 78 cases by 9 parent coaches in a diverse community setting in Hawaii, and compared data to benchmarks from RCTs. Parent coach fidelity was coded from intervention session video clips, and was also compared with benchmarks. Caregivers participating in ABC were primarily birth parents, and most were referred through Child Protective Services involvement or for reasons of harsh parenting or neglect. Parental behavior was assessed before and after intervention using a semi-structured play task. Increases in parental following the lead and delight, and decreases in parental intrusiveness, were observed; these changes were comparable to effect sizes observed in RCTs. Intent to treat analyses were conducted using behavioral data from videotaped sessions, and suggested that ABC also improved following the lead in parents who subsequently dropped out of treatment. These results support the viability of ABC for enhancing parenting behavior among parents at high risk for maltreatment, and demonstrate that parent coaches in community agencies can successfully implement ABC.     

基于VC++的教学评价体系权重的实现研究

在教学质量评价系统中,评价权数是整个评价的核心问题,正确确定评价指标的权值,对评价结果影响巨大。本文在使用AHP(层次分析法)进行权值评价模型研究的基础上,使用VisualC++可视化编程语言,进行权重指标研究实现。进行实现过程流程设计、函数设计、矩阵运算,最后得出适合一般学校使用的权重指标值,同时也可以根据各评价学校的实际情况,重新进行权值评价计算,为科学评价教学效果提供依据。
