本文运用文献资料法、数理统计法、时间序列数据法、对比分析法等方法对我国和世界女子跳高前20名的运动员成绩进行对比分析,总结经验,找出差距,为使我国女子跳高运动尽快赶上世界先进水平提供参考依据。     

论中职英语口语教学现状的原因及对策

本文通过对当前中职英语口语教学现状的分析研究,发现存在诸多制约的因素。在分析其背后原因的基础上,提出相应的对策,以提高学生的英语口语能力,改善当前的英语口语教学,对将来的口语教学带来一定的启示与指导。     

I am sailing—towards a transactional analysis of ‘body techniques’

In recent years there has been a growing interest in questions related to embodiment and learning. Within the field of ‘body pedagogics’ great efforts have been made to develop theory and methodology that can deal with the corporeal aspects of experience and knowledge without adopting any form of dualistic conceptions of body/mind and organism/environment. This article connects to this body of research. The purpose is to first present a synthesis of James' radical empiricism, Dewey's transactional understanding of experience and learning and Marcel Mauss' concept of ‘body techniques’ and the notion of education embedded in it. Against the background of this theoretical development, and with a Transactional Model of Analyzing Bodying (TMAB), we then show how we can analytically come to terms with different dualistic problems that research into ‘body pedagogics’ has to deal with. We use an empirical example of dinghy sailing to create knowledge about what we learn when learning embodied knowledge, and how this learning takes place. We argue that experience is an important concept for understanding the acting knowing human being, describing how experience is organized and developed and outlining how this organization can be understood as learning. We hold that situations where someone learns to embody certain knowledge are cases of overt actions, in which we can see what kinds of relations are created and how these relations become meaningful for further action.     

Developing a performance management framework for a national sport organisation

Organisational performance has become an imperative management function within the non-profit sport context as increased pressure is placed on these organisations to provide a quality service to stakeholders in an accountable and transparent manner. The case presented here examines the issue of developing and implementing a robust performance management tool that can potentially help national sport organisation managers with the multitude of performance challenges now facing these organisations. The theoretical underpinnings of a performance management tool are presented followed by background information to a fictional national sport organisation (Racquetball Australia) and views from the CEO of the organisation in relation to the topic of performance management. The case is written from a fictional perspective so that instructors may adapt the case to suit the geographical context in which the class is taking place.     

基于MSK与MIMO技术的高速移动通信图像传输系统性能研究

MSK信号具有包络恒定、相位连续的优点,被广泛应用于无线通信领城。在以往的高速移动系统,人们采用的调制一般是BPSK和QAM,性能上并不能满足人们的需求。为了满足人们使用高速移动通信系统传输清楚视频数据的需要,本文设计了基于MSK与MIMO技术的高速移动通信图像传输系统,并对该系统进行了仿真实验。实验结果表明,在同样的MIMO参数配置下,在误码率为10-4的时候,采用MSK调制比BPSK有6dB的提高,图像质量有较大的改善。     

应用型高校大学生学习效能状况分析与对策

学习效能是影响大学生控制学习行为和增强学习自信的重要条件。本文结合应用型大学学生在学习能力、学习动力和学习情绪状况等多方面的特点,从多方面梳理应用型大学学生在增强学习效能方面所存在的问题,并在此基础上提出培养和提高应用型大学学生学习效能的对策,对于促进大学生的全面发展和我国实施人才强国战略具有重要意义。

结果主义道德导向的权利-义务范式通过社会效用对分配正义的修正,有力地解释了法定救助义务存在的正当性和合理性,为体育法和教育法框架内的学校体育运动中的法定救助义务奠定了法理基础,并设定了救助义务存在的范围。运用案例比较分析法,阐述了美国学校体育运动中的救助义务,三个救助注意标准、四类抗辩事由及其履行要求。

基于IE流程分析提高超市服务效率的方法研究

本文通过应用工业工程(IE)中程序分析的方法,分析收银员的收银流程,发现整个收银过程中占据时间最长的是扫码和装袋两个过程,并结合流水线的相关知识,将扫码和装袋这部分流程分成两个阶段,采用增加一个收银员的方法直接提高收银效率。最后通过计算证明,该方法可以有效的提高超市的收银效率。     

重点上市高新企业R&D投入对绩效影响的研究

以科技为主导的上市高新技术企业迫于政策硬性规定以及基于追求高额回报率的内在动力不断加强RD投入。本文通过对30家重点上市高新企业进行线性回归分析以及对17家企业进行DEA分析,得出了RD投入与企业成长能力不具有明显的线性相关关系,而同盈利能力线性相关并且投入产出效率不高的结论。给出的建议是制定更为合理的高新技术企业政策,拓宽融资渠道的同时优化人才资源配置。
