近年来,国际乒乓球水平的高速发展对中国乒乓球队提出了比以往更高的要求和更严格的挑战。中国乒乓球队想要保持在国际赛场上的统治力,必须面对新形势探索新的训练方法,强化运动员基本技术。在当今国际国内的乒乓球赛场上,正手弧圈球技术起到主导性作用。本文以乒乓球正手弧圈球技术为主要研究对象,采用文献资料法、归纳总结法和逻辑分析法,对正手弧圈球技术特点、教学训练和常见错误及纠正方法进行分析和研究,研究总结正手弧圈球技术教学训练的相关理论知识,为广大乒乓球运动员、教练员和爱好者提供帮助和借鉴。

自动走向佛门是精神解脱,被动走向佛门是精神禁锢。妙玉“身在佛门,心系红尘”,其情感矛盾的变化折射出她人生思想的变化历程,反映了佛性与人性在其心中地位的转换。人性的复醒,使妙玉对红尘生活的向往与日俱增,她背负着沉重的精神枷锁,步履艰难地迈向世俗世界。妙玉在人性与佛性的门缝中呻吟、挣扎,最终被佛性与人性两扇大门挤扁了,磨碎了。     

内地新《纲要》与香港地区《表现指标》之比较研究

本文主要分析比较了我国内地2001年颁布的《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》和香港地区《表现指标(学前机构适用)》的异同。通过对两份最新幼教指导文件的分析比较,找出两地可以相互参考、借鉴的地方,以进一步推动内地《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》的真正落实。

依据2018年高考(天津卷)数学(文史类)试卷实测数据,通过研究"一体四层四翼"高考评价体系在试卷中的体现来分析试题特色,并参照《考生水平表现标准(数学)》,对2018年天津高考文科考生数学核心素养的水平表现及反映出的教学问题进行评价和分析,提出有针对性的教学建议。     

Individual and contextual factors in ethical decision making: A case study of the most significant doping scandal in Canadian university sports history

This case study is written for instructors of sport management courses focused on ethics and integrity-related issues in team environments. The case highlights the real world example of the University of Waterloo Warriors varsity football that, in 2010, experienced the most significant doping scandal in Canadian university sports history, with a total of nine anti-doping rule violations asserted through the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport. This case study also incorporates the findings of an independent review of the Waterloo football program in relation to the use of banned substances, and includes first-hand accounts from Bob Copeland who was the acting director of athletics. These findings are then interpreted in the context of relevant theory related to performance enhancing drugs (PEDs) use. Along with the findings of this review, which included interviews with athletes, coaches, and administrators, the case study provides important insights into ethical decision making processes and leadership structures in a team sport environment. Particular emphasis is placed on the role that individual cognitive antecedents and contextual organizational factors (i.e., policies, leadership, ethical climate, and infrastructure) play in ethical decision-making processes.     

The effects of static stretching on speed and agility: One or multiple repetition protocols?

Although static stretching (SS) is utilized during warm-up before training and competition, the results about its effects on performance remain controversial. We examined whether performing a stretch of short-to-moderate duration (<60 sec) in a single repetition produces a similar or different effect on speed and agility performance from the effect which is produced while performing the same stretch in multiple repetitions of the same total duration. According to a repeated measurement design, 40 trained males were randomly assigned to either (1) a single repetition group or (2) a multiple repetition group. The participants in each group performed five trials: a control trial (no stretches were performed) and four experimental trials of SS protocols consisting of five exercises performed at either 20 sec (2 × 10 in the second group), 30 sec (3 × 10 in the second group), 40 sec (4 × 10 in the second group) or 60 sec (6 × 10 in the second group) of total duration. A two-way repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the participants in both group improved their speed performance in response to the 20-sec trial, whereas agility remained unaffected. Data analysis also revealed that the repetition number did not affect speed and agility performance. These data suggest that SS of short duration (<30 sec) may actually improve acute speed performance, whereas SS of moderate duration may not hamper speed and agility performance. Moreover, the effects of SS protocols are related to the total duration of each exercise and not to the number of repetitions in which each exercise is performed.     

Multivariate analyses of individual variation in soccer skill as a tool for talent identification and development: utilising evolutionary theory in sports science

The development of a comprehensive protocol for quantifying soccer-specific skill could markedly improve both talent identification and development. Surprisingly, most protocols for talent identification in soccer still focus on the more generic athletic attributes of team sports, such as speed, strength, agility and endurance, rather than on a player’s technical skills. We used a multivariate methodology borrowed from evolutionary analyses of adaptation to develop our quantitative assessment of individual soccer-specific skill. We tested the performance of 40 individual academy-level players in eight different soccer-specific tasks across an age range of 13–18 years old. We first quantified the repeatability of each skill performance then explored the effects of age on soccer-specific skill, correlations between each of the pairs of skill tasks independent of age, and finally developed an individual metric of overall skill performance that could be easily used by coaches. All of our measured traits were highly repeatable when assessed over a short period and we found that an individual’s overall skill – as well as their performance in their best task – was strongly positively correlated with age. Most importantly, our study established a simple but comprehensive methodology for assessing skill performance in soccer players, thus allowing coaches to rapidly assess the relative abilities of their players, identify promising youths and work on eliminating skill deficits in players.     

Pepper Spray Cop and the American Dream: Using Synecdoche and Metaphor to Unlock Internet Memes’ Visual Political Rhetoric

Social media are increasingly important in protest movements for communication and organization. As such, scholars should consider these ephemeral messages as a tool for understanding such movements’ rhetoric. This article draws on Kjeldsen’s method for the critique of visual political rhetoric and adds consideration of intertextuality, synecdoche, and metaphor to demonstrate a method for the rhetorical analysis and a critique of Internet memes as visual, political rhetoric. The Pepper Spray Cop meme arising from Occupy Wall Street is presented as a case-study example. The article considers the centrality of the intertextual nature of memes as a unique form of visual rhetoric in activist contexts and contributes to the literature on user-generated and activist rhetoric.
