中等职业技术学校学生生活技能训练结果

通过以《积极的生活选择》为蓝本对中等职业技术学校学生进行生活技能训练,结果显示学生的知、信、行有明显的转变,提示生活技能训练是中等职业技术学校预防、干预学生问题行为较好的方法,同时对中等职业技术学校如何进行学生生活技能训练提出了建议。     

Child maltreatment reporting in the general population: Examining the roles of community,collective efficacy,and adverse childhood experiences

According to bystander theory, factors such as the community environment, collective efficacy, and history of adverse childhood experiences could be related to likelihood of reporting or intervening against maltreatment. An online survey was conducted with 946 general population Californians obtained through mixed-mode random probability and quota-based recruitment methods. Using an experimental vignette design, participants were randomly assigned to two scenarios: a) potential child abuse occurring in their neighborhood; b) potential child abuse in an unfamiliar neighborhood. Weighted multivariate logistic regression models assessed relationships between the vignette condition, collective efficacy, appraisal of the behavior, and likelihood of reporting or intervening. The results suggested that perceiving the vignette as occurring in your own neighborhood was associated with lower odds of viewing the behavior as appropriate and considering it abusive. Higher collective efficacy scores were associated with lower odds of viewing the incident as inappropriate but higher odds of personally intervening. Adverse childhood experiences were positively related to reporting the incident to child protective services and intervening. Bystanders may be more likely to give parents in their own neighborhood "the benefit of the doubt" by viewing their abusive behaviors as less severe, potentially leading to underreporting. Neighborhood collective efficacy might increase willingness to personally intervene, but not contact systems such as child protective services or police, suggesting that enhanced trust in communities does not extend to these institutions. Our findings have implications for neighborhood and education interventions to enhance understanding of and willingness to intervene on behalf of children.     

加强实验技能训练使之适应高职教育的需要

实验教学是高职教育教学工作中十分的组成部分，开设实验课的目的，是为了培养生的实际工作能力，综小理论与实践的差距，强化实验技能，提高实验教学质量，培养社会需要的合格人才。     

澳大利亚职业技能竞赛体系及其国际化研究

澳大利亚以世界技能大赛为标杆,形成了“地区—国家—世赛”职业技能竞赛体系,同时创立了全球技能挑战赛这一具有自身特色的国际职业技能竞赛品牌,并广泛参与竞赛相关的国际交流与合作,在世界职业技能教育与培训领域形成了一定影响力。通过实地考察和相关文献梳理所得出的澳大利亚职业技能竞赛组织和国际交流活动经验,将为我国优化职业技能竞赛组织和打造具有广泛影响力的国际职业技能竞赛品牌提供有益参考。     

电视制作实验教学模式探索

电视制作实验是教育电视相关课程教学实践的关键。该研究基于笔者所在学校实际,挖掘开放式实验教学的内涵,以认知学徒制为指导,以项目开发为目标,利用行动研究方法开展教学试验,探索符合学校实际的电视制作实验教学模式,以期对实验教学改革提供参考。     

稻纵卷叶螟实验种群模拟模型

通过5种温度处理(19℃,22℃,25℃,28℃和31℃),探讨稻.卷叶螟实验种群的数量动态.25℃度温度处理组的世代存活率最高(19.7%),种群增长指数最大(14.9倍)。上述两项指标最低的是19℃温度处理组,分别为3.59b和1.18.根据实验结果,组建了该虫实验种群生命表,并建立了模拟种群数量变化的连续模型和等龄期结构的矩阵模型。     

The Comparative Effects of Prediction/Discussion‐Based Learning Cycle,Conceptual Change Text,and Traditional Instructions on Student Understanding of Genetics

The present study examined the comparative effects of a prediction/discussion‐based learning cycle, conceptual change text (CCT), and traditional instructions on students' understanding of genetics concepts. A quasi‐experimental research design of the pre‐test–post‐test non‐equivalent control group was adopted. The three intact classes, taught by the same science teacher, were randomly assigned as prediction/discussion‐based learning cycle class (N = 30), CCT class (N = 25), and traditional class (N = 26). Participants completed the genetics concept test as pre‐test, post‐test, and delayed post‐test to examine the effects of instructional strategies on their genetics understanding and retention. While the dependent variable of this study was students' understanding of genetics, the independent variables were time (Time 1, Time 2, and Time 3) and mode of instruction. The mixed between‐within subjects analysis of variance revealed that students in both prediction/discussion‐based learning cycle and CCT groups understood the genetics concepts and retained their knowledge significantly better than students in the traditional instruction group.     

以专业社团为依托的学生技能培养模式探讨

随着高职院校扩招,生源质量参差不齐,学生自主学习能力下降的现状,我们探索了"以专业社团为依托,拓宽学生专业技能培养途径"的教学管理新模式,对学生专业技能培养有明显的促进作用。     

对幼儿园教育教学"实验热"的理性分析

幼儿园教育教学“实验热”作为一种教育现象，有其发生发展的历史与现实原因，反映着社会的变化与进步，体现着幼儿园教育教学管理的特点。当前幼儿园教育教学实验类型多样，多以变革性、外源性为主，存在着实验引进上忽视历史生态差异性、实验进行过程中缺乏科学指导和实验效果缺乏科学评估等问题。     

基于C／S和B／S混合架构的高校实验课选课管理系统设计与实现

随着本科教学质量改革的稳步推进,实验课程教学越来越引起高校的重视。如何提高实验课程的教学效果,如何方便学生选课,如何提高任课教师的管理效率,这些问题都亟待解决。针对实验选课的教学实际,设计并开发了一套基于C／S（客户机／服务器模式）和B／S（浏览器／服务器模式）两种架构混合的管理系统,C／S系统用于实现教师对课程的发布、学生对课程的选取、实验学时的管理及学生分组等日常管理,B／S系统用于实现学生网络选课、网上查询分组情况、网上查询实验课程内容、网上查询实验分数等功能。
