谈谈我校教学管理队伍的建设

教学管理水平是直接影响教学质量的关键因素，而教学管理水平的高低取决于教学管理队伍整体素质和业务能力。在我校，教学管理队伍的建设远远落后于教师队伍的建设，这将会影响到整个学校教学质量的提高，更谈不上学校进一步的改革和发展。本就此问题进行探讨和研究，提出一些关于加强教学管理队伍建设的措施。     

School monitoring and quality assurance in the New Zealand school system

This article reports on the New Zealand education quality assurance and school monitoring system, including its framework, and responsibilities of agencies. It first gives an outline of the education system in New Zealand, and then introduces the role of school charters and levels of schooling. To ensure the quality of schools, the methods of school self-review and external reviews of schools are used by the New Zealand government. MY OWN OPINONS ON THE TEACHING OF A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

Reform and the opening to the outside world needs English teaching and English teaching needs reform. How to reform it and promote the English level of our whole nation as early as possible? This paper puts forward four suggestions macroscopically in that connection:1. To take a correct attitude towards different teaching methods or approaches. 2. To teach a foreign language through the native language. 3. To compile suitable textbooks. 4. To reform the method of the present examination.

实行综合性学习是各国课程改革的发展趋势之一，我国在新的课程改革中也提出了综合性学习的目标，并纳入语文学科领域。事实上，早在二十世纪二十年代，黎锦熙的著作《新著国语教学法》，在学科内容、教材内客、教学方式等方面实际上已存在着综合性学习的内容和特征。

高校“两课”教育教学既有针对性和实效性不强,学生学习兴趣不浓的问题,也有学生对高校“两课”教师的教学水平、教学态度较为满意和对高校“两课”的地位、作用的认同的经验。要解决问题,需要采取切实有效的措施。

动物医学专业形态学实验教学模式改革初探

动物医学专业形态学实验教学是动物医学本科教学体系的重要组成部分,为了提高实验教学效果,对形态学实验教学模式进行了改革:将动物解剖学、组织胚胎学和病理学的实验内容划分为基本实验项目模块和形态学综合实验模块,通过实验课程内容的整合,减少了实验内容的重复率,加大了学科内容知识点的联系,增加了综合性实验和研究性实验内容.问卷调查显示,本次所进行的动物形态学实验教学模式改革取得了较好的效果.     

Creative teaching of creativity teachers: Polish perspective

The article presents basic information on the strand of psycho-pedagogy of creativity—a unique perspective on creativity teachers’ education in Europe and the world. Psycho-pedagogy of creativity is a major in pedagogy studies, run in Poland, at the Warsaw Academy of Special Education. Our aim is to educate specialists who are open, sensitive and well prepared content-wise in identifying and developing children's and youth's creative potential. We also aim at introducing the studies that function in a wider social context, and presenting the situation of Poland after systemic transformation. It seems that information of this type may prove interesting to researchers and practitioners that deal with education of creativity.     

谈职业教育烹饪专业化学课程教学内容的选择

本文通过现状分析和理论研究,提出了中等职业学校烹饪专业化学教学内容选择的原则.分析专业对化学知识的需求,着重讨论了职业学校化学课程与烹饪专业课程在内容上的衔接,本人对烹饪专业化学课程设计和内容选择进行了教学实践,取得了较好的效果.
