生产性服务业发展对工业绿色创新效率的影响——基于面板门槛回归模型

基于中国30个省份的面板数据,采用Super-SBM模型对各省份2008—2015年工业绿色创新效率进行测度,并运用门槛回归模型研究生产性服务业发展对工业绿色创新效率的影响,结果显示:中国的生产性服务业发展对工业绿色创新效率呈现双门槛特征,两者存在显著的倒"U"型正向关系。进一步研究发现,低端生产性服务业在工业发展水平中等时对工业绿色创新效率的促进作用较强,高端生产性服务业在工业发展水平较高时对工业绿色创新效率的促进作用较强。     

Adaptive relevance feedback method of extended Boolean model using hierarchical clustering techniques

The relevance feedback process uses information obtained from a user about a set of initially retrieved documents to improve subsequent search formulations and retrieval performance. In extended Boolean models, the relevance feedback implies not only that new query terms must be identified and re-weighted, but also that the terms must be connected with Boolean And/Or operators properly. Salton et al. proposed a relevance feedback method, called DNF (disjunctive normal form) method, for a well established extended Boolean model. However, this method mainly focuses on generating Boolean queries but does not concern about re-weighting query terms. Also, this method has some problems in generating reformulated Boolean queries. In this study, we investigate the problems of the DNF method and propose a relevance feedback method using hierarchical clustering techniques to solve those problems. We also propose a neural network model in which the term weights used in extended Boolean queries can be adjusted by the users’ relevance feedbacks.     

企业社会责任评价模型：——基于中国中小企业的实证分析

本文首先提出对中国中小企业进行企业社会责任评价的必要性。基于模糊数学统计法和AHP方法。本文进而尝试设计了企业社会责任评价模型,此模型包括经济责任、法律责任、道德责任和自愿责任四部分。在此模型的基础上,通过对我国中小企业的负责人发出问卷调查,进行了实证研究。     

大学生体育伤害事故中高校侵权责任归责原则的思考

随着经济社会的发展和教育管理实践的推进,大学生体育伤害事故传统中奉行的过错责任为主体、公平分担损失为补充的二元归责原则不利于高校全面深入开展体育活动.分担损失规则使无过错的高校承担了本应由国家担负的社会保障义务,其适用有悖于价值上的合理性和规范上的有效性.高校学生体育伤害事故应恪守适用过错责任原则,具体适用中坚持过错认定的客观标准,并正确认识自甘冒险抗辩理由的实质,从而为平衡高校和学生间的利益关系提供准则和依据.     

婚姻家庭行政责任探微

相对于婚姻家庭民事责任的补偿性及刑事责任的惩罚性,婚姻家庭行政责任方式所兼具的补偿与惩罚一体化以及行政责任力度所呈现的中庸之态,既弥补了民事责任及刑事责任在婚姻家庭关系中的局限性,也凸现了婚姻家庭行政责任在责任主体、构成要件、适用范围及责任方式方面与传统意义上的行政法律责任制度的差别。     

EPR下我国新能源汽车动力电池回收利用模式研究

针对未来可能出现的废旧动力电池回收率低而导致处理率低、回报率低的产业发展瓶颈,在借鉴国、内外相关产业成功经验基础上,结合我国国情,设计EPR制度下我国新能源汽车动力电池的回收利用模式,提出保障该模式运行的相关政策,对促进我国新能源汽车产业的可持续发展具有较强的现实指导意义。

一个学校的教育技术工作开展得如何,与学校教育技术管理者的工作责任和素质密切相关。本文对照《美国国家教育技术标准(学校管理者)》的条款,结合我国现代教育技术发展的具体情况,对学校教育技术管理者的责任及其素质要求进行了初步的探讨。     

Promoting gun trigger-lock use: insights and implications from a radio-based health communication intervention

A radio public service announcement (PSA) focusing on the danger to children from an unlocked and loaded gun was designed and aired 340 times on three radio stations in one Michigan county. At the end of the message, individuals were given a toll-free number to call to receive a free gun trigger-lock. Three surveys were used to assess the effectiveness of this intervention: a general population telephone survey, an automated telephone survey, and a follow-up mail survey. Approximately 20 percent of individuals in the general population heard the PSA. There was a significant increase in uncued knowledge of the locking-related gun-safety practices in the treatment county between time one and time two. Further, individuals in both counties had very high levels of self-efficacy and response efficacy, moderate levels of perceived severity, and very low levels of perceived susceptibility at both points in time. Seven-hundred and ninety-nine individuals called the toll-free number to receive a free gun trigger-lock; or approximately 17 percent of gun-owning households exposed to the message. The majority of callers were males who owned guns primarily for hunting purposes and who planned to use the lock themselves. Follow-up survey results indicated that individuals were using the gun trigger-locks, and that they believed using gun trigger-locks was an easy and effective way to prevent gun injuries. Insights and practical implications of these findings are discussed.     

"拓展训练"对普通高校毕业生就业观念影响的试验研究

通过对普通高校高年级学生“拓展训练”的试验研究,了解该训练对普通高校毕业生就业观念的影响。结果显示,普通高校高年级学生通过一至两学期训练,对他们就业观念有着积极作用。建议普通高校体育课程中增加“拓展训练”内容。     

行政监督体制创新与责任政府建设

目前,我国的行政监督体系存在着监督主体地位不高、权利受限、不能相互协调配合和无法可依等弊端。这些问题的存在严重制约了行政监督主体有效地行使外部监督权,也不利于责任政府的建设。鉴于此,应提升行政监督的地位,扩大其权利范围,健全监督法律、法规。
