以提高“四种能力”为抓手 推动党委落实党风廉政建设主体责任——以西南医科大学为例

高校党委作为本校党风廉政建设的领导者、执行者、推动者,在推动全面从严治党向基层延伸的大背景下,如何聚集主责主业,主动作为、顺势而为,是新常态下摆上议事日程的一项重要课题。

The role of adoptive parents’ intergroup contact in fostering the well-being of adoptees: The “extended intragroup contact effect”

The present study examines the effects of a new cultural socialization strategy on the well-being of transracially adopted adolescents and emerging adults. Specifically, we propose a novel strategy focused on the role of adoptive parents’ positive contact with members of their children’s ethnic group of origin, which we labelled “extended intragroup contact.” The hypothesis was that observing ingroup members (adoptive parents, belonging to the family ingroup) engaging in contact with another ingroup (members of children’s original ethnic group) would be associated with adoptees’ meaning in life and, in turn, with well-being. A self-report questionnaire was administered to 120 families, each composed of transracial adoptees (all born in Latin American countries) and their adoptive parents. The results were generally supportive of predictions, showing that knowing of positive interactions between members of two different ingroups (family ingroup and ethnic ingroup) had beneficial effects for the well-being of transracial adoptees. The theoretical and practical implications of findings are discussed, focusing on the importance of investigating extended intragroup contact as a strategy for improving the well-being of disadvantaged group members.     

双基地合成孔径雷达扩展Chirp Scaling成像算法

根据传统SAR处理中的扩展CS算法原理,推导了适用于同轨迹飞行模式双基地SAR的扩展Chirp Scaling算法,解决了接收、发射分置引起的雷达响应函数从距离－方位域向二维频域变换的复杂性问题,分析了算法推导中各种误差的影响,通过计算机仿真验证了算法在小斜视角情况下,对双基地SAR数据成像的有效性。     

分布式入侵检测系统的协作交互研究

组件之间的信息交互及协作分析是分布式入侵检测系统的关键问题,在基于层次化协作模型分布式入侵检测系统的基础上,分析了检测组件的信息交互需求,从静态分析的角度提出了扩展入侵检测消息交互格式,针对不同类型攻击行为的组件交互及协作流程,进行了动态的流程分析,为检测系统实现高效的入侵事件通报、审计数据收集、入侵事件协作检测和入侵行为分布式响应提供了标准的表述格式和流程定义.     

Beyond the Extended Campus Library

Abstract

Fourteen years after its establishment, the Distance Learning Section is one of the fastest growing sections in the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), a division of the American Library Association. Based on Section archives and secondary literature, this article traces the organization's development from its beginnings as a fledgling discussion group to a dynamic and fully functioning section within ACRL, while also highlighting activities and achievements, leadership and growth through the years.     

论顶岗实习学生劳动安全的责任人及相关责任

高职学生在企业参与顶岗实习,是一种旨在使其能够顺利融入社会及职业,从学校过渡至劳动力市场的实践教学活动。实习学生既是人才市场的准劳动者、企业的准员工又是在校学生,他们的多重身份使得他们劳动安全的责任人有多个。我国当前对实习生的权益保护的法律尚不健全,这就需要各责任人认清自已的职责,切实保护实习学生权益,从而确保学生实习期间的人身安全。     

我国普通高校债务问题研究

经估算,我国普通高校债务的规模是4580亿元。高校债务形成的原因在初期和后期有所不同,高校扩招是高校基本建设规模扩张和大规模债务形成的最初的推动因素。扩招造成的高校财务自主权的过度扩大与财务制度的变化、高校领导的政绩竞争以及腐败,则对高校的债务形成有着长期的影响。建议对高校和政府实行高校债务偿还目标责任制,今后5年内,政府每年至少增加640亿元的专项拨款用于高校还债。重新要求高校严格执行"量入为出、收支平衡"的财务制度,严格限制高校举债的权利。     

从“厄特马斯”法案看注册会计师法律责任范围

任何较为成熟的社会形态,必定都是经过了混沌现实的洗礼。正如在上世纪三十年代之前的美国,法律责任问题远没有像我们想象的那样规范,经济社会中处处也充斥着责任模糊不清、审判一句不明的状况。由此而来的尔虞我诈层出不穷,经济震荡时不时还会由此发生,本应作为经济社会重要监督者注册会计师也未能发挥其应有的职能。发生在二十年代末三十年代初期的“厄特马斯”法案,无疑为注册会计师行业在法律责任范围内确立了明确的标杆。时至今日仍对我国的注会行业发生着重大影响。本文从震惊美国的“厄特马斯”法案展开,进一步分析总结美国注册会计师业及法律界对此次震荡进行的反应和补救措施,以此为鉴对我国今日注册会计师行业法律责任的启示。     

Refocusing Reference Services Outside the Library Building: One Library's Experience

In response to changing user needs, the library sought ways to meet new challenges and engage users outside of the building. Librarians were removed from the service desk in order to offer support at locations around campus. The service desk in the library was staffed primarily by paraprofessionals with librarians providing support as needed. Targeted staff training was offered, and different scheduling models were used over a period of time. Restructuring the service desk was a complicated endeavor but provided a number of benefits including expansion of services. Along the way, challenges were met and recognized as learning opportunities.
