执行力文化的工作效应与图书馆管理

执行力文化就是把“执行力”作为所有行为的最高准则和终极目标的文化。它涉及的是“怎样做正确的事”，决定事情的效果。图书馆执行力文化是图书馆价值观得以体现的根本保证，也是搞好图书馆建设的关键。引入竞争机制能提高员工素质和责任心，促进图书馆事业的发展。

Habitus and social class: a case study on socialisation into sports and exercise

According to Bourdieu, habitus is an important, and class-specific, foundation for behaviour. However, he hardly explained how the habitus is acquired. Based on Bernstein's elaboration on the various contexts in which group-specific behavioural principles are acquired, this article demonstrates how young children of two divergent social classes obtain their habitus underlying their sports and exercise behaviour. Although children in both groups acquire a habitus in which sports and exercise play a role, there are striking differences which arise largely out of differences in the impact of socialising agents. Within the higher social class, there is a clearly defined group, namely the nuclear family, which explicitly controls and regulates the children's exercise behaviour. These children learn specific skills at specific places. In the lower social class, the habitus is influenced by the extended family, the physical education teacher and peers, resulting in a broad range of less strictly ordered activities, undertaken at different places. These findings offer a valuable contribution to insight into class-specific socialisation processes, resulting in the acquisition of a specific habitus.

在广义量词理论中,如果一个表达两个集合外延关系的二元量词具有单调性等性质,那么该量词及其外否定、内否定和对偶否定在单调性方面存在相互制约关系,从而构成单调方阵。基于二元量词的语义和单调性等性质,可以简洁明了地进行包括传统三段论在内的扩展三段论推理,从而极大地提高了三段论的表达能力和对日常思维的规范能力。     

Determinants of the Web accessibility of European banks

This paper aims at identifying the factors influencing the implementation of Web accessibility (WA) by European banks. We studied a database made up of 49 European banks whose shares are included in the Dow Jones EURO STOXX® TMI Banks [8300] Index. Regarding the factors for the implementation, we considered three feasible reasons. Firstly, WA adoption can be motivated by operational factors, as WA can aid in increasing operational efficiency. Secondly, we expect large banks to have higher WA levels, as small firms face competitive disadvantages with regard to technology adoption. Lastly, WA can also be understood as a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, so, the more committed a bank is to CSR, the more prone it will be to implement WA. Our results indicate that neither the operational factors nor the firm size seem to have exerted a significant influence on WA adoption. Regarding CSR commitment, results indicate a significant influence on WA adoption. However, the effect of the influence is contrary to that hypothesized, since more CSR-committed banks have less accessible Web sites. A possible reason for this result is that banks not included in the CSR indexes try to overcome this drawback by engaging in alternative CSR activities such as WA.     

国外企业社会责任与财务绩效关系实证研究述评

自20世纪70年代起,企业社会责任与财务绩效关系一直是学术界及企业界备受关注的主题,国外学者对两者关系的实证研究投入了大量的工作,但至今仍未取得一致的见解,他们的研究得出了两者正相关、负相关、不相关等多种不同结论。本文在对国外企业社会责任与财务绩效关系的实证研究进行分类梳理的基础上,评析了导致实证研究结论差异的研究方法上的问题,并对今后相关研究方向提出了一些建议。     

浅谈公共图书馆的社会责任——以天津图书馆延伸服务为例

本文针对当前图书馆社会责任内涵展开讨论,从天津图书馆"请进来"与"走出去"的延伸服务方式谈了公共图书馆社会责任的实践问题,并就对公共图书馆如何承担社会责任提出了一些看法。     

面向数字图书馆的扩展性集体管理制度探究

文章在从数字图书馆和著作权人两个角度讨论传统著作权集体管理制度在网络时代面临挑战的基础上,认为北欧国家的扩展性集体管理是一个与时俱进的解决方案。据此,简要概述了扩展性集体管理的发展现状,并分析了将该制度应用于数字图书馆的可行性。最后,结合我国的实际情况从适用范围、执行组织的指定、“退出”程序、争议解决、费用分配程序和使用条件等六个方面构建了一个具有较强实用价值的面向数字图书馆的扩展性集体管理制度框架。     

Promoting gun trigger-lock use: insights and implications from a radio-based health communication intervention

A radio public service announcement (PSA) focusing on the danger to children from an unlocked and loaded gun was designed and aired 340 times on three radio stations in one Michigan county. At the end of the message, individuals were given a toll-free number to call to receive a free gun trigger-lock. Three surveys were used to assess the effectiveness of this intervention: a general population telephone survey, an automated telephone survey, and a follow-up mail survey. Approximately 20 percent of individuals in the general population heard the PSA. There was a significant increase in uncued knowledge of the locking-related gun-safety practices in the treatment county between time one and time two. Further, individuals in both counties had very high levels of self-efficacy and response efficacy, moderate levels of perceived severity, and very low levels of perceived susceptibility at both points in time. Seven-hundred and ninety-nine individuals called the toll-free number to receive a free gun trigger-lock; or approximately 17 percent of gun-owning households exposed to the message. The majority of callers were males who owned guns primarily for hunting purposes and who planned to use the lock themselves. Follow-up survey results indicated that individuals were using the gun trigger-locks, and that they believed using gun trigger-locks was an easy and effective way to prevent gun injuries. Insights and practical implications of these findings are discussed.     

"拓展训练"对普通高校毕业生就业观念影响的试验研究

通过对普通高校高年级学生“拓展训练”的试验研究,了解该训练对普通高校毕业生就业观念的影响。结果显示,普通高校高年级学生通过一至两学期训练,对他们就业观念有着积极作用。建议普通高校体育课程中增加“拓展训练”内容。
