中学生中存在的写作心理障碍严重阻碍着中学写作水平的提高和写作教学的顺利进行。文章在调查的基础上分析了中学生写作心理障碍存在的类型、分布特点、后果厦产生的原因，对解决中学生写作心理障碍的措施进行了研究。     

School monitoring and quality assurance in the New Zealand school system

This article reports on the New Zealand education quality assurance and school monitoring system, including its framework, and responsibilities of agencies. It first gives an outline of the education system in New Zealand, and then introduces the role of school charters and levels of schooling. To ensure the quality of schools, the methods of school self-review and external reviews of schools are used by the New Zealand government. Strengthening internal quality assurance as a lever for enhancing student learning experiences and academic success: lessons from Namibia

Higher education plays an important role in the social, economic and political development of any given nation. In the Namibian context, quality assurance systems have been put in place at both national and institutional levels through the establishment of national quality assurance agencies and units responsible for quality in institutions. A critical literature analysis of quality assurance systems in higher education shows that although they claim to strike a balance between improvement and accountability, external quality assurance mechanisms tend to have an accountability and compliance focus and to promote managerialisation and bureaucratisation of academia. This article argues that internal quality assurance systems, built on a strong quality culture, tend to be more effective in enhancing the quality of student learning experience and academic success than externally driven quality assurance. Thus, to promote genuine quality, more energy must be invested in external quality assurance capacitating and strengthening internal quality assurance systems.

(0608)超强台风“桑美”的特点及成因分析

2006年第8号台风"桑美"(0608,SAOMAI)是1949年以来登陆我国大陆最强的台风,登陆时中心附近最大风力达到17级(60m·s-1),最低气压为920hPa,利用常规探测资料、地面资料、风云2C红外云图及北京T213资料,对其观测事实进行分析探讨,结果发现,"桑美"台风具有强度强、移速快、结构紧密,"个头"小、风速大、雨势猛、灾害重等特点,这些特点与大气环流的演变、影响台风的天气系统、相关物理量的分布、"桑美"本身的结构及其结构变化等有着十分密切的关系。对它进行研究具有重要的社会意义和经济意义。     

庄子摆脱社会之困的方法论探讨及其生态解读

庄子认为,人的一生都面临着命运、社会、自我以及环境等因素带来的难以摆脱的困境。其中,社会之困主要是指时势、儒家仁义等对人的限制或束缚。庄子对时势之困采取了安时处顺、无为而治的消解方法,对仁义之困采取了法天贵真、掊击圣人、以道释儒的化解策略。在庄子所采取的摆脱社会困境的种种策略和方法中所贯穿的都是顺物自然的生态学原则。
