略论高等教育自学考试的质量标准问题

当前高等教育自学考试存在的质量标准问题主要有：以普通高校的学术标准为参照系;用精英教育的学历标准为统一尺度来衡量自考生;以自学考试的权威性作为教育质量的唯一保证。自学考试不能再用精英教育的学术型标准和要求来衡量其质量标准,而要放在构建继续教育、终身教育体系,建立学习型社会的大背景来做长远的战略思考。为此,要构建高等教育自学考试质量标准的保障机制：以社会需求为导向,改进专业设置;增设不同类别、不同层次的自学考试主考学校;不断改革完善自学考试的考试制度;逐步实现自学考试与职业教育的有效衔接;大力发展非学历证书、职业资格证书考试制度。

重庆地区三种市场形态报纸的公信力比较

本文从我国报纸经营权的出资人角度将我国报纸划分为党报、党报出资经营的报纸、业外资本出资经营的报纸三种市场形态。通过对重庆市区居民抽样调查发现,我国传媒的市场化进程并没有以降低媒介公信力为代价,三种市场形态报纸的绝对公信力差距并不大。党报在相对公信力上面还有一定优势,但绝对公信力与其他两类市场形态报纸相比已经没有区别。     

Trademarks,specialized complementary assets,and the external sourcing of innovation

In this article, I study the relationship between valuable trademarks and a firm’s technology sourcing strategy. The Profiting from Innovation (PFI) and Transaction Cost Economics (TCE) perspectives have generated competing predictions regarding firms’ historical stock of valuable trademarks and their decision to pursue external technology sourcing. To conduct the empirical analysis, I use a sample of innovator firms in the manufacturing sectors from the Division of Innovative Labor survey, matched to the USPTO trademark data. Consistent with the TCE perspective, I find that firms with valuable trademarks are less likely to commercialize external inventions, and are likely to have lower innovation performance if they do so. I further show a boundary condition for PFI such that when firms are new entrants to an industry but already holding valuable trademarks, they are more likely to commercialize external innovations.     

A framework for enhancing regulatory cooperation in external quality assurance in Southern Africa

Cross-border higher education (CBHE) has taken centre stage in the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC). There has been increased trade in higher education services among member states of the SADC. This has necessitated regional regulatory cooperation in quality assurance and accreditation. SADC has established the Southern African Quality Assurance Network as a regional network of external quality assurance agencies. This paper presents a framework that can be used to enhance regulatory cooperation within the Network on quality assurance in higher education with special focus on CBHE. The paper identifies the main areas of focus as people mobility, institutional and programme mobility, accreditation and registration and recognition of academic credentials. Proposed mechanisms for regulatory cooperation include regional credit accumulation and transfer system, regional qualifications framework, framework for accreditation and registration of foreign providers and framework for recognition of academic credentials.     

网络化下开放式创新平台构建策略研究：模块化视角

随着网络化时代到来,处于全球化市场竞争的企业必须积极整合外部资源,通过合作创新手段来提升其技术创新水平和产品竞争力。本文研究了基于模块化视角来管控内部产品技术创新和协调外部资源开放式创新的路径。其中,首先分析了模块化推动开放式创新的理论内涵;其次,以用户需求为基础构建了一种自组织的开放式创新平台模型,形成外部优秀资源能够快速、无障碍地进入的开放式创新生态圈。最后,重点结合海尔集团的案例,分析其在网络化背景下如何基于模块化开展开放式创新和平台构建。本文可以为中国企业在网络化时代探索互利共享的开放式创新模式提供借鉴。     

经验性知识、继承性知识以及外部性知识对创业投资公司国际化的实证影响研究

本文考察了不同类型的国际知识积累对创业投资公司国际化的影响。本文将知识积累的类型划分为三类：由以往投资活动总结的经验性知识、通过管理团队承袭的继承性知识以及借助合作伙伴获得的外部性知识。本文采集了110家创业投资公司的数据来验证假设,研究表明经验性和继承性知识对国际化有正向的影响,但是外部性知识的影响是有限的。总之,实证结果强调了经验性和继承性知识在创业投资公司国际化进程中克服信息不对称问题起到的重要作用。

以贵州省国家级贫困县水城县参加2008年体育中考的3543名初中三年级的学生和12所农村中学体育教师为研究对象,对2008年参加体育中考学生的考试成绩、学生及教师等方面目前对学校体育教学相关的影响因素进行了调查,从学校体育硬件设施、学生和体育教师对待体育课程及中考的态度等方面,探讨在体育新课程教学改革下体育教学当中的一些问题。
