哲学在社会发展和个人进步中的功用

哲学是对人们在实践和生活中获得的具体知识以及关于自然、社会和人的思维的各种知识的概括和总结,既是世界观,又是方法论。哲学的功用就是教人如何看待世界,即如何对待宇宙和人生,如何对待知识和规律,如何对待个人和社会、自己与他人,从而提高人的思维能力和精神境界;对社会来说,为和谐社会提供了决策指导和核心价值理念。     

Bridging further education and higher education in the formation of spiritual directors

This article examines those aspects of curriculum relating to programmes that have developed across the further and higher education divide. It analyses one particular spiritual direction formation programme that has transitioned from a vocational training programme in the further education mode to a post-graduate academic programme in a higher education context. In identifying the core elements of this formation programme, it suggests several complementary educational approaches that resonate with the formation approach within academic contexts and examines whether these approaches adequately address the breadth of learning styles and relational aspects of learning that contribute to effective pedagogical approaches. The article recommends further research to assess the relevance of curriculum design to guidelines and standards demanded of both the further and higher education sectors.     

The deployment of the medico-psychological gaze and disability expertise in relation to children with intellectual disability

In this study, we adopt the concepts of Michel Foucault on the medical gaze and Nikolas Rose on psychological expertise to differentiate between two forms of expertise evident in the education of intellectually disabled children. We draw on a discourse analytic study carried out in South Africa on intellectual disability in relation to educational practice to examine the operation of a medico-psychological gaze that calls for disability expertise in the management of disability. We conclude our discussion by noting that the dichotomy between impairment and disability that is proposed in the social model of disability does little to destabilise the power of the medico-psychological gaze since impairment is conceded to biomedical knowledge as an object of positive knowledge. This tacit acceptance of the medical authority gives sanction to disability expertise that operates in diffuse ways to regulate the educational experience of learners with intellectual disability. The implications of this conception for inclusive education are briefly explored, and further areas for research are suggested.

我国高校数字化图书馆建设宏观模式取向研究

我国高校数字化图书馆建设现有宏观模式有三种:国家中央政府部门主导建设模式、地方政府部门主导建设模式和高校图书馆自主建设模式。它们存在着经费来源渠道单一、建设资金紧缺、各自为政、标准规范不统一、协调不力、资源重复建设现象严重、重大轻小等问题。未来的宏观模式取向应是:发展战略上国家统一规划,总体协调,倡导合作;资金投入以国家拨款为主并广泛吸收社会力量;工程实施上统筹安排,鼓励竞争,充分照顾中西部与中小图书馆;运营管理和服务以公益性为主,适当兼顾合作企业利益。参考文献17。

采用文献资料研究、专家咨询、比较和逻辑分析等研究方法。分析我国体育本科专业存在的培养目标单一,课程设置雷同,专业口径宽窄不合理,专业结构比例失调等问题。探索调整专业设置、以体育大类招生,进行通识教育。根据学生能力、特点和需要,分层次、选方向培养,确立新型培养目标,实施“平台式教育”的新模式,为高等体育教育改革和发展及培养社会需要的各类体育专门人才提供有益参考。
