“十七年”女性文学与“文革”女性文学探析

由于意识形态的原因,"十七年"和"文革"时期真正的女性文学作品乏善可陈,但"十七年"的女性文学创作依然在一定程度上或隐或显地融入了女性的性别意识和审美经验。比较有代表性的作家作品有杨沫的《青春之歌》、茹志鹃的《百合花》和宗璞的《红豆》等。"文革"时期女性文学创作中关于性别的体验与表述在整体疏离中仍然有着潜在的表现和认同,一些女作家在万马齐喑中发出自己的声音——"潜在写作"。比较有代表性的是女诗人张烨、灰娃、周陲、赵哲、柳溪等。应尽可能勾勒出这两个时期女性文学的全貌,在有限的女性文学作品的基础上开展"辑佚"工作,"这才是一种既不失思想文化的超前性又比较具有现实可行性的学术选择。"     

语言哲学视域下思想政治教育的新思考

语言哲学为思想政治教育提供了新的思路和方法。以语言哲学视域考察思想政治教育也为思想政治工作提供了新的着力点:思想政治教育要凸显语言的作用并注重思想政治教育者语言修辞素养的培养。     

边远地区中小学女教师职业压力现状分析

采用问卷调查的形式,对边远地区300名在职中小学女教师的职业压力基本表现进行研究,并分析了影响边远地区中小学女教师职业压力的主要因素。结果表明:(1)边远地区中小学女教师职业压力普遍较大,24.1%的女教师体验着重度的职业压力。(2)边远地区初中女教师在职业压力总分及各因子得分均显著高于小学和高中女教师;主科教师在考试压力和工作负荷方面压力显著高于副科教师;班主任教师在考试压力和工作负荷方面压力显著高于非班主任教师。(3)部分女教师面临家庭与事业发展的双重冲突,尤以研究生学历女性为最。(4)建立良好的社会支持系统是缓解教师职业压力的重要前提,增强自我职业压力管理能力是缓释教师职业压力的关键策略。

女性媒介可持续发展能力是女性媒介可持续发展和核心能力融合的结果。本文从要素维、时间维、空间维三个维度提出了女性媒介可持续发展的内涵及概念框架,以三维分析研究女性媒介可持续发展能力的影响因素,并指出提升可持续发展能力的相关举措是增强女性意识、注重受众信息需求、加强报道策划和建构责任女性媒介文化。     

North Korean women defectors in South Korea and their political participation

This study examines the political participation intentions of North Korean women refugees. Previous literature tends to highlight the sufferings and difficulties that female refugees experience as they leave their homelands and settle in a new country. Few studies have been directed toward the political dimension of refugee life. The empirical results show that North Korean women defectors hold generally participatory attitudes toward politics and mostly liberal opinions on policy issues. Furthermore, among the socio-demographic variables, age and marital status are generally influential in the intention of political participation among the North Korean women defectors. Among the political attitudinal variables, attitude toward environmental policy consistently affects political participation intention. With respect to defector-specific variables, satisfaction with life in South Korea is influential, whereas cultural adaptation is not.     

The experiences of sexual harassment in sport and education among European female sports science students

The study investigates whether sport is an especially risky environment for sexual harassment to occur. It explores female students’ experiences of sexual harassment in organized sport and compares them with their experiences in formal education, by addressing the following research questions: (1) Are there any differences in female sport students’ experiences of sexual harassment in sport and education? (2) Are there any differences in female sport students’ experiences of sexual harassment from coaches and teachers? (3) Are there any differences in female sport students’ experiences from peer students and peer athletes? A total of 616 female students from three different European countries, Czech Republic, Greece and Norway, answered a questionnaire. The results revealed that the students had experienced more sexual harassment in an educational setting than in a sport setting. Further analysis showed that this was primarily due to sexual harassment from peers in school. In Greece and Norway, there was no difference between occurrences from teachers and coaches, yet in Czech Republic coaches appear to harass more than teachers. The difference between sexual harassment occurring from peers in sport and in education is discussed in relation to whether the sense of belonging/camaraderie that a sport club member may experience might function as a barrier for sexual harassment to occur—because it embarrasses or hurts a teammate. In addition, sport clubs and teams are governed by their respective sport rules and possibly by additional club/team rules, which may also establish extra inside-club/team boundaries for acceptable and nonacceptable/harassing behaviors. This article concludes that greater emphasis ought to be placed on education; not only toward shaping safer teacher/coach behaviors, but also toward the student/athlete behaviors.
