无机高分子混凝剂聚硅硫酸盐的制备

无机高分子絮凝剂是城市用水和工业废水处理的有效药剂。在研究聚合硫酸铁(PFS)合成工艺的基础上,设计出一套合成无机高分子混凝剂聚硅硫酸铁(PSPFS)和聚硅硫酸铝铁(PSAFS)的方法。采用正交试验法,通过模拟浊水的混凝试验,确定Fe/Si摩尔比、Na2SiO3.9H2O溶液聚合时间、反应时间、反应温度和Al/Si摩尔比等最佳参数。     

Special education and general education preservice teachers’ co-teaching experiences: a comparative synthesis of qualitative research

Co-teaching is commonly used to support students with disabilities in inclusive educational settings. However, there is often a gap between the potential effectiveness of co-teaching and actual classroom practice. This study examined preservice teachers’ co-teaching experiences to better understand this gap to identify potential practices for improving teacher training and service delivery. A review of 11 studies revealed that both special education and general education preservice teachers believed that co-teaching practices provided them opportunities to communicate and work collaboratively. Both groups agreed on the significant impact of personality in co-teaching as well as challenges in implementing co-teaching. Furthermore, special education preservice teachers noted that they lacked content knowledge, whereas general education preservice teachers thought they needed more training in the provision of accommodations and modifications. Study limitations, areas for future research, and implications for preservice teacher preparation are discussed.     

利用相干经典场操控激子间的纠缠度和混合度

借助于共生纠缠度和线性熵,研究了两个受驱动的量子点与单模腔场系统中激子纠缠度和混合度的演化动力学行为.结果表明:当无外加驱动场,激子的纠缠度和混合度呈现周期性的振荡.当激子受外经典场驱动时,其纠缠度和混合度都将减少.但Ω/g调节合适,我们能有效的抑制态的混合度而制备出一个纯净的激子纠缠态.     

复合钢的焊接研究

针对复合钢板焊后复面的焊缝全产生大量裂纹的现象。论述了复合钢焊接的主要特点，探讨了如何选择合适的焊接材料，焊接坡口，以及如何通过实验确定合理的焊接工艺规范参数，并提出了产品实际焊接操作过程存在的问题与对策。     

我国本科层次教师教育专业人才培养方案研究

通过对30所院校的192份本科层次的教师教育专业或师范专业人才培养方案的分析发现,当前师范专业培养人才的类型、胜任工作类型和适于任职单位都呈现出多样化特点;不同培养方案对培养目标和培养规格应该包括哪些内容没有形成一致的意见;培养方案对教师培养的认识存在差异,尤其是对未来教师需要掌握哪些知识、能力、职业道德存在不同的理解,对未来教师是否需要掌握这些内容也有不同的认识;培养方案没有借鉴当前教师培养、教师知识的研究成果。本研究对培养方案的改进提出建议。     

Flat-top and low-dispersion optical interleavers based on nested prism pair structure

A novel flat-top and low-dispersion optical interleaver using ring cavities (RCs) in a Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) is proposed. It is composed of eight mirrors and two nested prism pairs. Each prism and the two mirrors behave as a RC. Phase shift of RC is a periodic function of the frequency of the input light which acts as a phase dispersive mirror. The two phase shifts needed to achieve a flat-top spectral passband are provided by Fresnel reffectivities at the prism-air interface of the two RCs. The...     

美国外语教师职前培养质量保障机制述评

美国的外语教师职前培养质量保障机制主要通过全美教师教育认证委员会（NCATE）与美国外语教育协会（ACTFL）共同开发的绩效本位（performance-based）认证体系得以实施。美国职前外语教师的培养认证以外语教师培养方案标准为参照,有利于外语教师培养的标准化与科学化;反映了外语教育教学理念,尤其是教师观的重大变革;以绩效为本位,重视教师候选人的行为表现,加强了对外语教师培养机构的问责。我国应该加快英语师资培养改革的步伐,更新教师观,加强外语学院与教育学院在英语教师培养过程中的合作,共同致力于英语教师专业知识的掌握、语用能力的形成与教学实践能力的培养,促使英语教师真正成为学生英语学习的促进者和具有终身学习能力的专业人员。

Interpersonal and relational orientation among pre-service educators: differential effects on attitudes toward inclusion of students with disabilities

The purpose of this investigation was to determine the extent to which pre-service educators’ interpersonal characteristics affected their attitudes toward teaching students with disabilities (inclusion), as measured by the FIRO-B and ATIES pre- and post-course. The FIRO-B was administered to assess expressed and wanted aspects of three interpersonal needs: personal inclusion, affection and control. The ATIES was administered to measure attitudes toward classroom inclusion of students with physical, academic, behavioral and social disabilities. Repeated measures ANOVAs revealed a main effect for wanted inclusion and an interaction effect for expressed inclusion and expressed affection on attitudes toward classroom inclusion. Ultimately, these findings reveal how unique relational characteristics may influence preparation initiatives and may encourage consideration of how individual factors may mediate teacher training and preparation.     

Counselor Educators' Experiences Preparing Preservice School Counselors: A Phenomenological Study

The authors conducted a phenomenological study to explore the experiences of 32 school counselor educators preparing preservice school counselors. Analysis of data from 3 focus groups revealed 3 themes: breadth versus depth, balancing specialties and professor partiality, and preparation versus practice. These results highlight the need for collaboration across counseling specialties at the preservice level.
