This article includes a review of 100 peer‐reviewed journal articles regarding counselor education and supervision published in 2017. Areas reviewed include supervision, understanding stakeholders, teaching and training, and professional issues. Publications featured a blend of research methodologies, attention to complexity in supervision and teaching, and incorporation of student experiences.     

A case of chylothorax treated curatively with Sapylin, a streptococcus preparation

Chylothorax is an uncommon disease where fatty fluid accumulates within the chest cavity. Conservative management, including repeated thoracentesis or pleurodesis, seems to be suitable to most cases. Herein, we present a case of efficacious pleurodesis by intrapleural injection of Sapylin, a streptococcus preparation, for the treatment of chylothorax. A 52-year-old non-smoking female farmer was diagnosed as idiopathic chylothorax after we ruled out possible causes including chest trauma, lymphoma, lung cancer, filariasis, tuberculosis, and etc. Two-time intra-thoracic injection of 3 Klinische Einheit （KE） Sapylin achieved rapid and effective control of chylothorax with no severe side effects. Sapylin may facilitate pleurodesis by producing a strong inflammatory response.

基于原子与腔场谐振相互作用制备原子GHZ态(英文)

提出一种利用原子与腔场谐振相互作用制备原子GHZ态的方案。在此方案中,初始时腔场处于真空态,将制备在高能级的三个两能级原子依次注入腔场中发生单光子谐振作用,最后一个制备在低能级的两能级原子注入腔场发生三光子谐振作用。通过对腔场的测量可得到四原子GHZ态。利用该方法原则上可推广得到n个原子GHZ态。     

基于原子与腔场双光子相互作用制备原子W态(英文)

提出一种利用原子与腔场双光子相互作用制备原子W态的方案。在此方案中,初始时将一个制备在高能级的两能级原子注入处于真空态的腔场中,其余的两能级原子制备在低能级依次注入腔场中发生双光子相互作用。由于原子与腔场之间相互作用是共振的,因此耦合强度相对较大,这将缩短所需的相互作用时间,从而降低实验中退相干的影响。

共鸣在歌唱中非常重要,我们要靠共鸣腔将声音扩大和美化,同时,歌唱音色的好坏,特别是音色的不同变化,共鸣都起着决定性的作用,共鸣腔在歌唱状态的调节下应用于演唱中,对作品风格的把握有着关键意义,不同的腔体运用诠释着作品不同的意义。     

As the climate changes: Intergenerational action-based learning in relation to flood education

It is a concern that children represent an under-researched group in flood education and preparedness because as adults they are more likely to experience flooding as the climate changes, and because it suggests their potential today, as agents of change, is being undervalued. Using action-based, participatory methodology with seven to nine-year-old children, a creative and inclusive flood education resource was developed as a stimulus for learning. Evaluation revealed that young children can learn about flooding and preparedness, and that intergenerational learning from child to parent can also occur, with children transferring the messages learned in school to home. However, thematic analysis suggests key factors such as family relationships (empowerment of children) and the parents’ disconnection and dissociation from risk limit the success of intergenerational learning. The implications of these in relation to flood education, flood preparedness, and household resilience levels are explored.
