新疆金融成长的策略选择

在客观描述新疆经济发展现状和金融成长差异，分析金融成长差异与经济增长之间关系、新疆金融成长差异的成因之后，本文针对金融成长差异形成的制度原因，提出适合新疆金融成长的制度选择应该是体制内金融制度安排给予新疆适度的倾斜，培育内生金融成长机制、构建区域金融中心并发展离岸金融市场。针对新疆金融成长中国家信用垄断和金融虚化的存在，提出放宽新疆金融机构的准入限制，扩大直接融资比率，推动新疆信用多元化并削减金融虚化成分，是当前推动新疆金融实际增长的最优选择。     

Web Service下的商品推荐系统的研究与实现

基于电子商务平台的Web service已经是广大消费者购买或者浏览商品的主要形式之一．但是,网络上的海量信息也给我们带来了很多不便．对于用户来说,如何及时地发现所需要的商品已经变得越来越困难．本文综合运用了关联挖掘、智能推荐算法等机器学习方法提出了一个Web Service下的产品智能推荐Agent模型：Smart Recommendation,该系统通过对用户的历史交易记录的分析,挖掘出客户的购买模式和购买兴趣,并根据发现的模式对用户进行商品的智能推荐．实验结果表明,推荐模型具有较高的准确性,并且对用户的购买行为有一定的指导作用．

The social construction of a Teacher Support Team: an experience of university lecturers’ professional development in STEM

Abstract

This paper focuses on understanding and exploring how a group of university engineering and science tutor educators learn and assimilate new conceptions about their role in the face of the forces of globalisation that are transforming the system of higher education. This research paper adopts the notion of the Teacher Support Team (TST) as developed by Daniels and grounded in Vygotsky’s sociocultural account of the social formation of mind. These structures of meaning provide insight into the role played by the context, the interactions, the needs and the demands of actual activities, agreements and learning processes that this group of STEM lecturers undertook as they sought to transform their usual teaching methods that were focused on individual and isolated work in order to create more innovative practices and impact on their students’ performance. The analysis of this experience, which was based on the epistemological principles of the sociocultural approach, focused on the educational model that emerges from needs that are perceived and shared through the group’s interactions, as well as the transitions that such a team undergoes in its actions and decisions.     

Support provision for students with Special Educational Needs in Irish Primary Schools

The provision of support for students with special educational needs in schools is seen as a critical factor in the development of inclusive education. The means through which support is provided, continues to be based upon assumptions that individualized learning approaches may remediate learning difficulties. This paper reports findings from a longitudinal study of provision for students with special educational needs conducted in The Republic of Ireland. The authors identify in‐class and withdrawal approaches to support and consider the impact and efficacy of these. It is suggested that the withdrawal of students from class continues to be a dominant model, and that this approach has limitations and may not be conducive to the promotion of inclusive practice. Drawing upon data obtained through interviews with service users (students and parents/carers), and service providers (teachers, paraprofessionals, principals), and those gained from a national survey, the authors present the authentic voices of individuals to illustrate the experiences and opinions of those directly involved in special education in schools.     

A Qualitative Exploration of Romantic Partners’ Motives for and Content of Communication with Friends Following Negative Relational Events

The purpose of this study was to explore young adults’ motives for and content of extradyadic interactions with friends following a negative relational event in a romantic relationship. Focus group discussions with young adults revealed the following partner motives: improving affect, managing uncertainty, obtaining clarity, and entertainment. In turn, friends were motivated by issues of honesty, friendship quality, and a desire to protect or comfort their friend. Both partners and friends discussed the use of a variety of negative, neutral, and positive message content. Results provide an exploratory look at extradyadic interactions that may have important implications for relationship functioning.     

基于Ontology的远程学习支持系统研究

随着网络技术的高速发展，WEB在学习中变得越来越重要，但是现有的WEB缺乏语义，致使WEB上的学习资源共享性和可移植性相对薄弱，然而Ontology能为各种知识系统之间的知识（资源）共享和互操作提供手段。因而本文提出了多代理结构的学习支持系统中的学习者模型Ontology及其代理对于学习者的有效学习带来的益处。
