Comprendre l'éducation physique à partir de la comparaison: le cas de la France et de l' Espagne

Le but principal de cet article est de comparer à partir des textes législatifs, des enquêtes ministérielles et européennes, et des revues spécialisées en France et en Espagne les propriétés de deux organisations scolaires singulières nommées «éducation prioritaire» ainsi que les mises en ?uvre de l'éducation physique. En nous appuyant sur l'approche de la construction sociale, nous présentons comment ces deux pays européens organisent cet enseignement dans les milieux défavorisés. Une analyse des aspects visibles du système éducatif à l'aide d'indicateurs généralistes (organisation des études, formation des enseignants, dépenses publiques) aurait laissé envisager d'importantes différences. Cependant, la comparaison à l'aide d'indicateurs «plus fins» des mises en ?uvre de l'éducation physique dans les écoles traditionnelles (poids de l'éducation physique, préoccupations gouvernementales et celles des enseignants, programmes d'enseignement) puis dans les milieux difficiles ZEP et CAEP (choix didactiques et pédagogiques) indique de fortes similitudes. Ces différences de résultats soulignent l'intérêt des analyses comparatives secondaires et la nécessité de considérer des analyses détaillées.

The main aim of this study is to compare two particular school organisations labelled ‘priority education’ in France and Spain, in relation to physical education using laws, ministerial and European surveys, and specialised journals. The social constructivist approach has been used to describe how both these European countries organise the teaching of physical education in under‐privileged environments. The analysis of the visible aspects of these educational systems with general indicators (organisation of studies, teacher education, public expenses) seems to imply differences. However, the comparison using more detailed data in the implementation of physical education in traditional schools (weight of the physical education in the system, governmental and teachers concerns, teaching programmes) indicates strong similarities. In addition, didactic and pedagogic choices in physical education in under‐privileged schools appear to be quite similar. These results underline the interest of secondary comparative studies and the necessity of taking into account detailed analyses.     

流动注射安培法检测紫菜中碘含量

利用电沉积法制备出稳定的多金属氧酸盐[H2bpy]2[{Cu（bpy）2}Mo5P2O23].4H2O膜修饰电极.该电极对溶液中的碘离子有良好的电催化氧化作用,已成功地应用于流动注射安培检测法对紫菜中碘含量的检测,该电极对碘离子线性响应范围为：2×10-5mol.L-1到1×10-3mol.L-1.最低检出限为：3×10-5 mol.L-1（信噪比为3）.表明对碘离子的测定线性范围宽,最低检出限低.该安培检测器具有样品不需预处理、不需富集及低检出限等特点.将其应用于紫菜中碘含量的检测,所得结果令人满意.     

“死”类动词同义句式分析——以“死了一个人”和“一个人死了”为例

＂死了一个人＂和＂一个人死了＂是一价动词同义句式。国内对于同义句式的研究由来已久。本文准备在前人的基础上具体研究＂死了一个人＂和＂一个人死了＂这两个句式,对哪个是基本句式,哪个是派生句式进行确认,并分析由形式的差异所导致的意义的差异。

结合液压传动技术和自动控制技术,设计一种电液伺服系统中的PID控制器。首先,给出电液伺服系统的总体设计原理与框架,对电液伺服系统中的主要组成部分进行简要阐述;然后详细分析液压传动控制系统中受力情况和主要参数之间的函数关系;最后给出一个基于数字增量式的PID控制算法流程,算法精确度高,控制效果良好。

文章分析了目前我国高职高等数学教学的现状,以建筑专业高等数学教学为例,就工作过程的高等数学教学内容体系、学生数学能力的培养、数学教学指导思想与教学方法改革进行了探讨。

综合英语是为英语专业学生开设的一门重要课程,而修辞教学也是综合英语教学中的一项重要内容。以何兆熊主编的《综合教程》第一册和第二册为例,对课文中出现的修辞的用法进行分析,以提高学生的英语阅读能力和写作能力。     

Magnetic cell sorting and flow cytometry sorting methods for the isolation and function analysis of mouse CD4＋ CD25＋ Treg cells

Objective: In this paper we compared the two methods of cell sorting (magnetic cell sorting and flow cytometry sorting) for the isolation and function analysis of mouse CD4~+ CD25~+ regulatory T (Treg) cells, in order to inform further studies in Treg cell function. Methods: We separately used magnetic cell sorting and flow cytometry sorting to identify CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells. After magnetic cell separation, we further used flow cytometry to analyze the purity of CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells, trypan blue staining to detect cell viability, and propidium iodide (PI) staining to assess the cell viability. We detected the immune inhibition of CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells in the in vitro proliferation experiments. Results: The results showed that compared to flow cytometry sorting, magnetic cell sorting took more time and effort, but fewer live cells were obtained than with flow cytometry sorting. The CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells, however, obtained with both methods have similar immunosuppressive capacities. Conclusion: The result suggests that both methods can be used in isolating CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells, and one can select the best method according to specific needs and availability of the methodologies.

近些年,在国家政策的大力支持下,＂农超对接＂这个全民项目开展得如火如荼。该项目是一项有利于国民、有利于政府的宏伟壮举,农民、商家、消费者实现了互利共赢。由于该项目开展时间较短,所以该项目的实施范围还不是很广,更为突出的是其信息化建设不健全,网上交易系统构建更加缺失。提出了一套合理的网上交易系统构建方案,并详细分析研究了在农产品生产基地与超市之间的动态信息流;对＂农超对接＂网上交易系统做出评估并进行了总结。
