资历架构对中国终身学习“立交桥”建设的启示——2013年香港资历架构国际会议综述

2013年3月,主题为"让人才全球流动--资历架构国际会议"在香港举行,来自世界400多名代表出席了会议,会议旨在探讨资历架构在终身学习及人力资源发展中的角色和作用。所谓资历架构(Qualifications Framework,简称QF),是一个跨界别的资历等级制度,用以整理和支持主流教育、职业培训和持续进修方面的资历。资历架构建设是终身学习与继续教育的基础性工程,必须依靠质量保证机制来保障。世界各国和地区在资历架构和质量保证方面的经验,为我们搭建终身学习"立交桥"提供了很多启示。目前,中国内地的普通高校继续教育部门、职业院校、开放大学把终身学习"立交桥"建设作为改革发展、制度建设的重要目标之一。中国终身教育的"立交桥"与包括澳大利亚和香港特区在内的多个国家、地区所实施的资历架构异曲同工,都需要以质量为基础,注重评价标准的制定,强调学习成果的评价,以能力和成效为本;需要跨部门、跨行业的多方合作才能实现;需要跨国、跨地区的多方对接才能凸显其价值。     

Long Distance Relationships: Assessing the Library Service Needs of Rural Students in eLearning Courses

ABSTRACT

In states with limited road accessibility, rural students can feel isolated from library services. This article explores the creation, implementation, and results of an on-going longitudinal study assessing the library service needs of rural students in eLearning courses. To align with current practices in online pedagogies, including the Association of College and Research Libraries' Standards for Distance Learning Library Services and recent revisions to the Framework for Information Literacy for Higher Education, this survey has been designed to help the library identify and improve services to enhance rural student success.     

新媒体时代元素养教学设计与教学实践——以东北财经大学为例

[目的/意义] 在深入解读《高等教育信息素养框架》核心理念和内容的基础上开展元素养课程的教学设计,并在教学实践中进行评估和修正,以期为研究和构建元素养教育模式提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程] 采用案例研究方法,以东北财经大学信息素养教学改革为案例,研究新媒体环境下的元素养教育模式。[结果/结论] 从元素养教育的学习目标、学习内容、学习形式和考核评价方式等环节入手开展教学设计和教学活动,将社会情境和学术情境融入教学过程中,培养学生的批判性思维和反思等元认知能力。     

基于Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0技术图书馆期刊发布系统的研究与实现

本文论述了图书馆期刊发布系统的计算机软件结构。介绍了在Microsoft．NET Framework2．0技术下图书馆期刊发布系统的优点与缺点。并结合本馆自身实例介绍了如何利用Microsoft公司最新的开发工具Visual Stidio2005来实现图书馆期刊发布系统的计算机软件。     

A resiliency framework for an enterprise cloud

This paper presents a systematic approach to develop a resilient software system which can be developed as emerging services and analytics for resiliency. While using the resiliency as a good example for enterprise cloud security, all resilient characteristics should be blended together to produce greater impacts. A framework, cloud computing adoption framework (CCAF), is presented in details. CCAF has four major types of emerging services and each one has been explained in details with regard to the individual function and how each one can be integrated. CCAF is an architectural framework that blends software resilience, service components and guidelines together and provides real case studies to produce greater impacts to the organizations adopting cloud computing and security. CCAF provides business alignments and provides agility, efficiency and integration for business competitive edge. In order to validate user requirements and system designs, a large scale survey has been conducted with detailed analysis provided for each major question. We present our discussion and conclude that the use of CCAF framework can illustrate software resilience and security improvement for enterprise security. CCAF framework itself is validated as an emerging service for enterprise cloud computing with analytics showing survey analysis.

本文从业务与功能角度对教学大纲管理系统进行了分析,介绍了系统的体系结构和设计方案,阐述了基于.net架构和SQLServer后台数据库的系统实现过程,并就实现过程中关键技术的应用进行了较为详细的叙述。     

澳大利亚社会科公民教育内涵——以西澳大利亚州《社会与环境科课程框架》为例

澳大利亚西澳大利亚州《社会与环境科课程框架》于1999年开始实施,2004年在所有中小学全面展开,这是西澳大利亚州学校课程改革的重要举措。其主要内容包括学习结果、核心知识、发展阶段、教学和评价五个方面,对学生参与变化的世界,获得知识、技能与价值观,联系不同的观点以及具有公民责任和社会能力都有重要的意义,这也是公民教育的应有之意。     

基础网作图法——效果图手绘表现实技探究

针对效果图手绘表现市场应用和教学现状上的问题,提出了创建绘图前期空间模式、运用系列版式类型改良绘制条件和方法的"基础网作图法",并介绍了该作图法的具体实施手段和步骤,使效果图的手绘表现和教学更具实效性和可操作性。     

Who Talks to Whom in Malawi's Agricultural Research Information Network?

Purpose: The sector-wide approach currently dominates as the strategy for developing the agricultural sector of many African countries. Although recognised that collaborative agricultural research is vital in ensuring success of sector-wide agricultural development strategies; there have been few efforts to understand the dynamics of national agricultural research/development networks in Africa. This study fills this gap by analysing the dynamics of networking and interactions between institutions in the National Agricultural Research System in Malawi. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study sampled actors in the National Agricultural Research System in Malawi, which included the main public agricultural research department, academic institutions, semi-autonomous research institutions, private companies and international agricultural research institutions. Data was analysed using Social Network Analysis. Findings: Results demonstrate that public agricultural research departments play a central coordinating role in facilitating information sharing; with other actors remaining on the periphery. However, it also shows the important role other actors play to relay information to a wider network of stakeholders. These secondary information pathways can play a very crucial role in ensuring successful implementation of the national agricultural research agenda. Practical implication: Policy-makers are called upon to integrate other research actors into the mainstream national agricultural research information network. This is vital as other research actors are, at the global level, increasingly taking up a greater role in financing and disseminating research and research results. Originality/Value: The study contributes greatly towards knowledge needed for continuing the transformation of African agricultural research; and aligning the African agricultural research vision and practice with the emerging global agricultural research paradigm.

本文分析了Spring Acegi安全架构及其认证和授权的基本流程,介绍了Acegi在Web中的应用过程,并分析了Acegi默认配置文件策略的不足之处,最后提出了一种用数据库来保护资源以实施动态权限管理的解决方案。
