发现系统网站架构中标签名称及分类方式确认：一项采用卡片分类法的实证研究

基于卡片分类法的网上书店信息构建实证研究

针对现有文献是从设计者的角度对网上书店信息构建进行研究这一状况,引入卡片分类法,从用户的角度对此类网站进行实证研究。通过对当前5个核心网上书店的调查分析,指出网上书店网站信息构建的特征及问题。提取相关信息内容制作卡片,邀请15位参与者进行分类,然后对分类后的数据进行层次聚类分析和多维尺度分析,得出用户认知信息的方式,最后为网上书店建设优化提出建议。

SNX14 deficiency-induced defective axonal mitochondrial transport in Purkinje cells underlies cerebellar ataxia and can be reversed by valproate

Loss-of-function mutations in sorting nexin 14 (SNX14) cause autosomal recessive spinocerebellar ataxia 20, which is a form of early-onset cerebellar ataxia that lacks molecular mechanisms and mouse models. We generated Snx14-deficient mouse models and observed severe motor deficits and cell-autonomous Purkinje cell degeneration. SNX14 deficiency disrupted microtubule organization and mitochondrial transport in axons by destabilizing the microtubule-severing enzyme spastin, which is implicated in dominant hereditary spastic paraplegia with cerebellar ataxia, and compromised axonal integrity and mitochondrial function. Axonal transport disruption and mitochondrial dysfunction further led to degeneration of high-energy-demanding Purkinje cells, which resulted in the pathogenesis of cerebellar ataxia. The antiepileptic drug valproate ameliorated motor deficits and cerebellar degeneration in Snx14-deficient mice via the restoration of mitochondrial transport and function in Purkinje cells. Our study revealed an unprecedented role for SNX14-dependent axonal transport in cerebellar ataxia, demonstrated the convergence of SNX14 and spastin in mitochondrial dysfunction, and suggested valproate as a potential therapeutic agent.     

Fluent在棉花异性纤维清除机喷嘴结构设计中的应用

为了提高棉花异性纤维清除机的设计效率,改善对异性纤维的清除性能,文章采用了通用计算流体力学软件Fluent模拟了高速气体喷嘴的流场结构,通过实验测量高速气体喷嘴轴线上的气体速度分布,并与数值计算结果对比,可以发现数值模拟结果与实验结果符合较好,这说明使用FIuent软件进行高速气体喷嘴的结构设计是可行的.

文献整合功能是图书馆发挥职能的基础 ,数字图书馆是将文献经过多媒体数字化处理后靠网络传播的一种崭新技术 ,仍靠文献整合来发挥它的职能。正由于此 ,数字图书馆才与网络其他信息群体相区别 ,发挥自己的优势。在发展过程中不能克隆传统图书馆模式 ,要在文献整合中有所创新 ,体现网络时代特点。     

Card Sorting in an Online Environment: Key to Involving Online-Only Student Population in Usability Testing of an Academic Library Web Site?

ABSTRACT

Based on in-person, task-based usability testing and interviews, the authors' library Web site was recently overhauled in order to improve user experience. This led to the authors' interest in additional usability testing methods and test environments that would most closely fit their library's goals and situation. The appeal of card sorting methods became evident: learning more than users' points of confusion interacting with the site, but learning users' preferences for grouping pages or concepts and naming various library links. The appeal of the online venue for card sorting was first that testing could incorporate input from a larger base of users than in-person testing alone, and, additionally, that testing could include the university's online-only student population.

和《红楼梦》里的大观园一样,《西游记》里的花果山原型是小说家们最为关心的话题之一。就地理地望的属性而言,花果山在“东方”“海外”,地近东海和淮水,云台山与这一属性没有抵牾;就《西游记》作者吴承恩的祖籍和诞生地而言,云台山是“淮海浪士”家乡的一座名山;就吴承恩的亲朋故旧而言,云台山地域有他的舅舅、老师、挚友,尤其是云台山有一支与淮安吴氏同宗相知的吴氏家族的聚居地,甚至有与报处机栖真地长真庵相邻的吴家花园;就云台山的风物而言,水帘洞、花果山、傲来国、玉女峰、尉迟公塔、定海神针、平顶山乃至诸多的唐王遗迹,皆在西游故事中有着清晰的投影,其中花果山几次大战的古战场至今还依稀可觅。
