大学生体质健康影响因素及评价模型研究——以武汉音乐学院为例

以武汉音乐学院学生体质健康为研究对象,运用因素分析法及定性定量结合法,分析了影响武汉音乐学院学生体质健康的关键因素,结合大学生体质监测标准,采用实验测试、系统分析等方法,建立武汉音乐学院学生体质健康评价系统,以评价系统为依据确定危险因素预警和干预措施制定,以期为此类艺术高等院校大学生体质监测与干预提供可资借鉴的参考依据。     

The dynamic control ratio at the equilibrium point (DCRe): introducing relative and absolute reliability scores

Analytical methods to assess thigh muscle balance need to provide reliable data to allow meaningful interpretation. However, reproducibility of the dynamic control ratio at the equilibrium point has not been evaluated yet. Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare relative and absolute reliability indices of its angle and moment values with conventional and functional hamstring–quadriceps ratios. Furthermore, effects of familiarisation and angular velocity on reproducibility were analysed. A number of 33 male volunteers participated in 3 identical test sessions. Peak moments (PMs) were determined unilaterally during maximum concentric and eccentric knee flexion (prone) and extension (supine position) at 0.53, 1.57 and 2.62 rad · s^–1. A repeated measure, ANOVA, confirmed systematic bias. Intra-class correlation coefficients and standard errors of measurement indicated relative and absolute reliability. Correlation coefficients were averaged over respective factors and tested for significant differences. All balance scores showed comparable low-to-moderate relative (<0.8–0.9) and good absolute reliability (<10%). Relative reproducibility of dynamic control equilibrium parameters augmented with increasing angular velocity, but not with familiarisation. At 2.62 rad · s^–1, high (moment: 0.906) to moderate (angle: 0.833) relative reliability scores with accordingly high absolute indices (4.9% and 6.4%) became apparent. Thus, the dynamic control equilibrium is an equivalent method for the reliable assessment of thigh muscle balance.     

城市高龄老人肌力、柔韧、平衡能力的分析——以南京市城区老龄人口为例

通过调查测定544名70岁以上南京市城市高龄老人身体机能的部分指标,结果表明:南京市城市高龄老人的肌力、柔韧性、平衡能力等均处于一个较低的水平,并且在70岁高龄之后各项机能指标仍然呈现下降的趋势.有运动习惯者在握力以及柔韧性方面优于无运动习惯者.     

New Structures,New Strategies: CSIRO’s Changing Role in Australian Innovation

Abstract

CSIRO’s role in Australian innovation has evolved over the years in response to changes in the external environment and within Australia’s national innovation system. The process of organisational change has been characterised by a series of restructurings—in 1978, 1988, 1996 and 2001—and accompanying shifts in the organisation’s strategic directions. In this paper we look at the process of organisational change in an historical context, looking at the evolving external environment, the legislative and management background, and the shifts in the organisation’s strategic directions. The change process is interpreted from a punctuated equilibrium perspective. We propose that discontinuous, rather than continuous change, is the way that a complex and diversified organisation like CSIRO adjusts to a changing external environment and, moreover, that independent public reviews have an important role in this process. In the light of major changes in the Australian and scientific landscapes over the past two decades we suggest it is time to look again at CSIRO’s role and the sustainability of its internal management arrangements.

分析《中国图书馆分类法》和《中文核心期刊要目总览》的发展历程，阐述它们在各自领域的功能和作用，通过其超越自身功能所衍生的对学术论文管理、编辑出版领域影响、科研管理评价、引发学术大讨论等问题的探究，论证图书馆学不断融合、渗透、丰富自身学术内涵所取得的研究成果。进而展望图书馆在未来的发展中必将融入更多其它学科的研究成果，形成既有相关学科内容又有自身特点的全新图书馆研究新领域。     

国际田联《男子十项全能评分表》修改初探

全能评分表不仅是评定运动员成绩的非常重要的依据,而且对全能运动的训练也起着十分重要的作用.国际田联公布的全能评分表,存在着一些问题,包括:起点、终点是否合适,各项评分是否累进;各项评分之间是否平衡.主要采用变参数曲线拟合法对国际田联<男子十项全能评分表>进行改进,并适当修改原评分表的起点、终点,使新评分表各项得分更加均衡、合理.     

"全科医师"——高校图书馆流通馆员角色辨析

本文从全科医生的概念出发,结合厦门大学图书馆各部门的工作职责,提出高校图书馆流通馆员的角色应是图书馆的“全科医生”,并从其角色——“全科医生”化要求出发,对其角色定位、知识结构与能力、培训目的、培训方法、培训内容等方面进行了探讨。     

建立普通高校体育工作管理体系若干问题的思考

高校体育工作管理体系的建立，要使高校的体育工作管理科学化、系统化、规范化、制度化；使体育工作者在工作中自我约束、自我管理、从而提高思想素质和业务水平，调动其工作积极性，有利于鉴别优劣、表彰先进。     

体育教育专业排球普修技术课教学模式探讨——"分层递进"教学模式的实验研究

以华中师范大学体育学院体育系体育教育专业的学生为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和教学实验法,对体育教育专业排球普修技术课的教学模式进行探讨。对“分层递进”教学模式运用于排球普修技术课的教学进行实验研究,以寻求提高排球普修技术课教学效果。结果表明：“分层递进”教学模式更能提高学生对排球运动的认知;“分层递进”教学模式的教学效果明显优于传统教学模式;“分层递进”教学模式能较好地解决课堂统一施教与学生水平参差不齐的矛盾;“分层递进”教学模式符合高校体育教育专业课程改革的发展趋势。这说明“分层递进”教学模式在体育教育专业排球普修技术课的教学中运用是可行并富有成效的,是一种更能激励学生积极参与、充分体现教师教学主导性和学生学习主体性的一种教学模式。
