政治自由作为政治哲学的基本学理范畴,体现政治哲学的应然性特点。对政治自由进行价值追问和反思,为正确科学理解政治自由这一具有丰富内涵的哲学名词提供理论和实践的参考。     

从悲剧快感理论解读古希腊竞技运动的本性

悲剧起源于古希腊,古希腊人将悲剧发展到了极致,因为他们认为悲剧实质是人类对自身命运的另一种解读.因此他们在墓地葬礼中举行盛大的竞技比赛,在庄严的宗教祭祀中举行竞技比赛,目的是通过在竞技比赛中完成对命运、痛苦、弱小、无望等限制的超越,只要我在奔跑,只要我在抗争,即使我的肉体消失了,但我超越的精神却永世长存.人可以被打倒,可以被毁灭,但却不能被征服,精神的胜利是最终的,只要有超越的精神.     

党内民主中若干消极因素及纠正对策

党内民主问题是党的生命,完善党内民主是党的建设的一个重大问题。党的十三届四中全会以来,党陆续颁布了一系列发展党内民主的条例、准则和规章制度,使党内民主建设提高到了一个新的水平。本文分析了党内已有和新生的消极因素,并提出了消除消极因素的对策。

Social reproduction and education policy

The last half-century of sociology of education is littered with the debris of functionalist theories about social reproduction, inequality and class. This article discusses 'progressive 'and 'conservative 'readings of arguments about social reproduction and explores the consequences for the sociology and the politics of education with reference to supposed 'influence ' and 'audience'. New Labour's embrace of the school effectiveness/improvement movement and the introduction of the Sure Start programme illustrate that while 'social reproduction' is still a concern for sociologists of education, policy-makers have more 'practical' concerns.

通过对体育教育自身的鲜明特性的阐述,从理论上证实了学校体育在创造教育中的地位和作用.同时,指出体育教育应围绕创新教育在实践中深化改革,如体育教育应注重"过程管理";应注重非智力因素的培养;应强调个性化;应营造民主氛围等.时代在飞速发展,要求造就无数高素质人才,创新教育将成为学校体育的重要内容,让我们的学生在体育教育中学会创造.

政治民主化是当今世界政治发展的一种新趋向,美国等西方国家试图借机向发展中国家输出西方民主。发展中国家或新兴大国在政治民主化大潮前应坚持民主的民族性,这对维护这些国家的主权与安全是必要的;但在坚持民主的民族性同时,应该注意到民主的开放性。在民主政治的建设上将民主的民族性与民主的开放性结合起来,使民主建设朝着更为健康的方向发展。

政治社会化，就是政治关系与政治活动逐步由国家回归社会的过程与结果，包括政治关系社会化和政治生活社会化，它是人类社会政治发展的普世规律；具有中国特色的社会主义政治，也必然遵循这一普世规律，逐步从国家政治转向社会政治；这一转化，是一个自上而下与自下而上相结合的过程，首先从社会基层自治领域展开，即努力扩大自治式民主的层级范围，扩大自治组织的自治权力范围，限制国家对自治式民主的直接干预,拓展和完善自治组织内部个人主体参与自治的渠道和范围。     

Argentina and the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics

The election of Raúl Alfonsín in October of 1983 represented the return of democracy to Argentina after more than seven years of a military dictatorship that left the country in a terribly distressed state. Since the dictatorship had joined the boycott of the 1980 Moscow Olympics led by the USA, for Argentina, the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics meant both coming back to the Olympic fold and the first such festival under the new democratic government. This paper explores Argentina's trajectory towards, and construction of, its participation in the country's first post-dictatorship Olympics. In doing so, this paper reveals why participation in the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics was not a priority for the incoming administration and why such participation was not conceived as a potential emissary capable of reaffirming on the global Olympic stage the hard fought, yet still emerging, democracy of Argentina. In addition, it reveals not only the determination of the Alfonsín administration to make his sport policy work but also its aspirations, complexity and ambiguities.
