Cooperative learning and team culture in schools: Conditions for teachers’ professional development

The study done in Slovenia examined grammar and elementary teachers’ perceptions of cooperative learning. The sample consisted of 542 Slovene elementary and grammar school teachers, who teach Slovene. The main question of the research was how teachers assess the value of group learning in comparison to individual forms of learning. From their perceptions, we can draw conclusions about their development, the introduction of group work within lessons and about the encouragement of pupils towards collaborative learning. The main finding of the research is that elementary school teachers place greater importance on group learning than grammar school teachers. In addition, when teachers are grouped according to their years of experience (seniority), there are differences in their assessment of group learning. However, it is not possible to get a linear pattern from the results (e.g. showing that years of experience do or do not contribute to the perception of the importance of group learning), a finding which supports the critical opinion that teachers’ experience depends not only on the quantity (years of experience), but also on the quality of experience.

以跨学科理论研究为视角,将生态学、信息生态学、产业链、物理能量学等多门学科知识交叉应用,对商务网络信息生态链概念的内涵与外延问题进行深入分析。从其组成要素“信息、信息主体、信息技术、信息环境”出发,首先,逐层剖析商务网络信息生态链的术语表达形式,并构建概念解析图;其次,深入探讨商务网络信息生态链中的各种“关系”以揭示其概念的内涵;最后,通过对阿里巴巴集团的分析,明确商务网络信息生态链概念的外延。     

Realizing the Value of Non-Purchased Content

This presentation summarized a May 2013 white paper published by Taylor & Francis Group, Facilitating access to free online resources: challenges and opportunities for the library community (www.tandf.co.uk/libsite/pdf/TF-whitepaper-free-resources.pdf). Taylor & Francis staff conducted research aimed at exploring free content discoverability from the perspective of librarians. Study focus groups were held in London and Seattle, Washington in early 2013. Research also included telephone interviews, surveys, and literature searching to identify relevant studies and commentary articles.

当下中国文学批评深陷模仿和阐释他人的旧语境中;全媒体时代及＂编辑文学＂、多模态文学等现实存在,浅批评风行;缺乏问题意识和清醒判断力,无法克服刻板印象;精神低迷,状态不佳。而同样在中国文化沃土里成长起来的＂笔耕组＂却很好地规避了中国文学批评的各种不足,坚持中国特色批评路线,得到了作家的认可和社会的肯定,成为中国文学批评领域有意味的品牌之一,为中国当下文学批评提供了思路,作出了示范。     

Decision-Making Groups Attenuate the Discussion Bias in Favor of Shared Information: A Meta-Analysis

Groups often focus their discussions on information that all members know at the outset. To test how robust the sampling advantage for shared information is, a meta-analysis was conducted. The analysis integrated findings from 20 publications (45 independent effects), in which information sharedness was manipulated. Groups discussed more shared than unshared information overall. However, the observed sampling advantage was smaller than expected. Groups attenuated the discussion bias in particular when they had to choose among a small number of decision alternatives and when they had less than 30 minutes discussion time. Moreover, groups performing a hidden-profile task tended to display a smaller discussion bias than groups performing tasks with equally attractive alternatives.     

2018年世锦赛中外集体花球啦啦操团体协作能力对比分析

采用文献资料法、对比分析法、视频分析法、数理统计法及专家访谈法等,对2018年世锦赛中外集体花球啦啦操比赛中成套动作的团体协作能力进行深入分析和探究,以便揭示当前世界高水平集体花球啦啦操队伍的主要技术表现特征及运用情况。研究表明:中外4支队伍在过渡与连接动作中不一致现象均为0,美国队和日本队在比赛中的动作整齐划一,动作与音乐的同步性较好,而中国队与墨西哥队在动作与音乐的配合中均出现了1次不一致现象,主要表现在操化和难度动作两个方面;空间不一致现象上,墨西哥队主要是人与人之间的距离不一致且不一致次数最多,中国队在人与人之间距离、腾空高度上出现不一致现象,与美国队和日本队相比团体协作能力差。建议:中国队需要继续加强动作与音乐的同步性练习;通过操化动作训练强化过渡与连接动作的使用以及托举与配合动作的一致性;努力提升动作难度等级;加强对运动员个人能力的训练,尤其是在平面和垂直空间上的动作完成效果。     

美国"重叠集团"案及其对我国高等教育改革的启示

1991年,美国司法部反托拉斯局根据《谢尔曼法案》控诉重叠集团通过共谋实施固定价格行为,减少对学生资助金额、提高学校的收入,重叠集团学校认为他们的做法是为了集中有限的资金资助需要资助的学生,并没有影响价格.案件的最终结果是政府与MIT达成和解,允许重叠集团学校实施政府以前所控告的大部分做法.这一案件及其引发的研究发现,学校的共谋行为应该使用"合理原则"来审理;学生和高校之间存在两种交易关系,高等教育领域中存在市场交易和市场机制,学费是接受高等教育服务所支付的价格,对优秀学生提供的奖学金是学校向学生购买人力资本投入的价格.这一案例和相关的争论对我国高等教育管理改革具有重要的启发意义.
