热休克蛋白65与血管内皮生长因子121偶联复合物的免疫学特性研究

为了提高血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)121的免疫原型,文章用戊二醛一步偶联法将VEGF121与HSP65偶联形成HSP65-VEGF121复合物,并研究其免疫学效果,结果发现HSP65可以提高VEGF121的免疫原性,但抗肿瘤效果并未显著增强.

论文将路内的长篇小说《少年巴比伦》放置于世界文学成长小说的语境中进行解读,对身体与启蒙的关系进行了深入的探讨,并试图以此为例对＂70后＂的审美特征及局限进行分析。     

Education and selective vouchers

A widely accepted result in the literature is that the majority of voters are against the introduction of universal vouchers. Chen and West (2000) predict that voters’ attitudes towards selective vouchers (SV) may be different. They claim that voters are indifferent between the no-voucher and SV regimes, unless competition leads to a reduction in the education price. I show that, when public schools are congested, the majority of voters are in favour of SV. Furthermore, SV induces a Pareto improvement. In equilibrium, the introduction of SV induces a reduction in income stratification at school, with some relatively poor students attending private schools.     

基于语料库的新中国成立70周年外媒英语报道话语分析研究

本文以两种算法自建70周年和65周年国庆外媒英语报道语料库,从新闻标题、国庆英文表述和新闻内容等维度考察国庆70周年外媒报道话语特征。研究发现,英美两国媒体在传递中国国家形象时大量使用“劫持”策略;中国国家领导人的领导力形象认知度显著提升,且已能与中国国家形象形成较高关联度;繁荣、发展、进步和国际领导力成为中国国家形象的一部分。研究还发现,对中国国情认识的常识错误普遍存在;各国媒体的关注主题各有不同。     

Standardization of a colorimetric method for the determination of fructose using o-cresol: Sulphuric acid reagent

Fructose developed a pinkish orange chromogen on treatment with o-cresol: 70% sulphuric acid at 32°C for 15 minutes with a λ max of 500nm. Fructose was 185 times more chromogenic than glucose. Total carbohydrate and fructose values in protein-free filtrate of normal serum samples were in the range, 55.4–86.3 mg/dl and 1.55–3.29 mg/dl, respectively. In diabetes, the observed values were 197–354 mg/dl and 2.91–6.81 mg/dl, respectively.     

Education and psychological distress in adolescence and mid-life: Do private schools make a difference?

This article extends the evidence base on childhood circumstances, education and psychological distress. We examine the link between childhood advantage and disadvantage, the type of school attended during adolescence and psychological distress at ages 16 and 42. The analysis uses a large, population-based birth cohort study, the 1970 British Cohort Study (BCS70) (n = 17,198) using a structural equation modelling (SEM) approach. More advantaged young people were more likely to attend private schools, but we find no evidence for an effect of private schooling on psychological distress for men, and for women there was an association between private schooling and raised psychological distress at age 16. Having a university degree was associated with a modest reduction in psychological distress in mid-life. We establish that maternal psychological distress at age 10 was a risk factor for the offspring’s psychological distress both in adolescence and in mid-life, and adolescent psychological distress predicts psychological distress in mid-life. We conclude that schools which are academically successful do not necessarily provide wider benefits in terms of mental health.     

热休克蛋白90α在人胃癌中表达的研究

目的 :研究热休克蛋白 90α(HSP90α)在人胃癌组织中的表达。方法 :应用兔抗人HSP90α多克隆抗体对 6 6例手术及胃镜活检胃癌及非胃癌粘膜病变石蜡标本 ,用免疫组织化学SP试剂检测HSP90α的表达。结果 :HSP90α在胃癌、浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生和不典型增生组织中的阳性率分别为 88%、36 %、5 0 %、75 %。HSP90α在胃癌、萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生和不典型增生中的阳性率明显高于单纯性胃炎病变。在胃癌中的表达率高于萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生和不典型增生 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :HSP90α在人胃癌及癌前病变中表达值明显增高 ,此现象可能和胃癌的产生和发展有密切关系     

HSP70和MGMT在乳腺肿瘤中的表达和意义

目的:探讨乳腺肿瘤组织中热休克蛋白HSP70和DNA修复酶O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA甲基转移酶(O6-methyguanine-DNA methytransferase,MGMT)的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测65例乳腺肿瘤组织中HSP70和MGMT的表达情况。结果:乳腺肿瘤中HSP70的阳性率为80.00%(52/65),MGMT的阳性率为60.00%(39/65),二者呈中度相关性(r=0.46)。其中,有淋巴结转移组的阳性率高于无转移组(P<0.05)。结论:HSP70和MGMT的表达率与淋巴结转移情况有关。检测HSP70与MGMT对乳腺肿瘤预后和化疗方案的选择有指导意义。
