加快新农村建设强化农村转移劳动力培训

新农村建设是国家为了实现农业、农村经济建设全面发展而制订的一个宏观目标。最终目的是要解决三农问题,实现农村的发展和农民的共同富裕。要想使农民富裕,根本出路是农村剩余劳动力向城镇和非农产业转移。但是农民文化水平较低成为农村剩余劳动力有效转移的最大障碍。因此,对农村转移劳动力进行有效的培训成为必须;如何充分利用有限的培训资源,开展有效的转移劳动力培训成为必须考虑的问题。

终身教育与终身学习是21世纪的生存理念和教育理念,是在新世纪建立学习化社会的重要内容和基本环境。它们是一个问题的两个方面,是相互区别而又相互联系的,分别从不同的角度探讨它们的区别和联系,对建立学习化社会有积极的意义。     

Creative labor as moral and ethical subjects and its limitation: Creative City Yokohama,Japan

This study aims to reconsider and re-evaluate the rapid circulation of global creative city policy from the viewpoint of its creative workforce by focusing on the case of Yokohama, Japan. To shed light on this workforce’s everyday experiences and labor subjectivity, this investigation draws ideas from recent research trends of “creative labor” from the field of media and cultural studies, sociology of work, and political economy of communication. Based on in-depth interviews and participant observations, this research focuses on how the ethical and moral dimensions of labor subjectivity in creative work are prominently important in explaining Yokohama workers’ everyday living and working experiences as creative labor. Unexpectedly, this study found that these moral and ethical sentiments and actions, which take on the role of retaining their labor motivation, actually limit the development of political subjects who can resist given precarious working conditions and thereby hinder them from building a collective solidarity as “workers.” Thus this investigation concludes that the creative worker’s subjectivity retreats to solely a moral dimension rather than to a political one. Through this finding, this study explores whether the articulation of moral-political and social values in the course of cultural work can evolve from creative workers’ moral and ethical sensitivities and actions.     

Transforming,storing and consuming athletic experiences: a coach’s narrative of using a video application

The analysis of sport performance in competitive contexts has become synonymous with the use of a range of software applications and hardware e.g. heart rate monitors and gps systems. With the prevalence of technology in mind, a small but growing corpus of literature has begun to consider this phenomenon and its influence upon the coaching process. This study adds to this literature by detailing the autoethnographic experiences of a case study coach; Derek. A contextualised and richly described narrative account of Derek’s experience of using coaching applications is provided. Analysis of Derek’s narrative suggests that technology can be a useful means by which individuals make sense of their experience. Specifically, (1) technology can be a ‘ready-to-hand’ instrument that enhances the coaching process. Unfortunately, (2) technology may become the only and ‘calculative’ means by which individuals come to understand their performance. In such instances, it is important to note that (3) the videos we use to understand our performance are transformed and incomplete representations of lived athletic experiences. Thus, Derek’s story illustrates how technology can be both an enabler and barrier to athletes who wish to holistically understand their own lived experiences and engage in coach-athlete relationships. The accompanying analysis draws upon concepts from Heideggerian philosophy to add insight into the use of technology within the coaching process. In so doing, the study prompts coaches to critically view their coach-athlete relationships as situated in a wider world which contains, and can be mediated by, technology. In addition, Derek’s story (re)directs researchers and coaching practitioners interested in technology to a useful literature (philosophy of technology) which may further inform their understanding of coach-athlete relationships.

老龄社会是21世纪我国的重要国情并对社会保障体系提供完善保障功能提出了日益迫切的需求.然而,在未来相当长时期内我国社会保障体系难以独撑社会稳定发展所赋予的重任.建立基于劳动互换的为老服务体系,合理设计制度,将可以有效调动其他社会资源来弥补现行社会保障体系的不足,并使之发展成为社会保障体系的重要辅助力量,是集可行性、经济性、有效性于一身的最佳选择.     

论虚拟经济中虚假价值的形成及运动规律

在虚拟经济中存着的未经过人类物质生产劳动而产生的价值现象,这些价值的载体在其合理限度内是生产领域执行职能的资本的纸制副本.在其膨胀的形态下,它不代表任何东西,是虚假的价值.虚假价值存在的前提是货币的价值尺度职能.虚拟资本是虚假价值产生的依据.它的本质是资本关系高度发展是它形成的生产关系基础.虚假价值没有劳动作为实体但又是在现实经济中运动着的客观事物,并且它借助货币这种一般价值形式与真正的价值发生着相互转换,并在转换中自我膨胀.虚假价值的提出是对劳动价值论的完善和发展,为说明当今社会复杂纷纭的价值现象提供了理论工具.     

劳动力市场分割与大学毕业生失业

具有大学以上学历者占我国全部劳动者的比例非常低 ,但最近几年大学毕业生找工作却有越来越难的趋势。这种看似矛盾的现象是转型过程中劳动力市场分割这一制度背景下 ,大学毕业生与用人单位相互搜寻的结果。过大的城乡收入差距和过高的工作转换成本 ,使大学毕业生“宁要城里一张床 ,不要农村一幢房”,但城里的用人单位却因过高的解聘成本和户口成本而不能吸收更多的大学毕业生。因此 ,大学毕业生就业难的缓解和解决 ,要依赖经济发展 ,也离不开体制改革     

人与自然和谐相处是构建和谐社会的基础

和谐社会是指整个社会的和谐。人与自然的和谐是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础。实现人与自然的和谐相处必须辩证地看待人与自然的关系,把握和谐的内涵,正确处理经济社会发展与生态环境保护、资源开发利用的关系,坚持走可持续发展的道路,是构建和谐社会的必由之路。     

认证机构服务质量对关系质量影响实证研究

摘要：本文在认证行业领域,研究了认证机构服务质量对关系质量的影响。在认证机构服务质量4维度结构（即过程服务能力、过程交互质量、潜在服务能力和结果质量）及关系质量3维度结构（即合作性、适应性和关系氛围）的基础上,构建了认证机构服务质量对关系质量的影响模型。对721家企业的实证研究表明,过程服务能力、结果质量两个维度对认证机构和顾客之间的关系质量有显著影响,而过程交互质量、潜在服务能力两个维度对两者关系质量的影响不显著。最后对认证机构如何提高其服务质量,维持良好的顾客关系提出了建议。         

信息化嵌入对中国参与制造业全球价值链的影响研究

本文以信息化和工业化的融合发展为切入点,探究中国制造业全球价值链升级路径,实证检验信息化嵌入对制造业全球价值链参与的影响及作用机制。结果显示：信息化嵌入能显著推动制造业显性比较优势的提高,主要通过技术创新和劳动力成本实现;对制造业整体来说,信息化嵌入通过劳动力成本中介增强制造业全球价值链参与中的显性比较优势;信息化嵌入的影响及传导机制作用于不同技术水平制造业时具有显著差异,高技术制造业与信息化结合更好,技术创新和劳动力成本的中介效应显著,低技术制造业技术水平低、信息化结合能力弱,中介效应不显著。
