生成学习理论视角下翻译在二语习得中的作用研究

翻译与二语习得关系的研究普遍受到我国外语教师及学者们的关注,基于不同角度的研究给我们呈现了这一课题的潜在研究价值。本文拟从建构主义生成学习理论视角,分析翻译在二语习得中的作用：为学习者通过翻译更好地习得二语提供理论支撑。也为该课题的研究展示一个新的切入点.     

Reliability modelling and analysis of a two unit continuous casting plant

The aim of this paper is to present a reliability modeling and analysis of a two-unit system of a continuous casting (CC) plant. Real maintenance data of a steel production plant have been used for the purpose. Three types of failures were noted: repairable, replaceable and reconditioning/reinstallation. The two-unit system is operating in parallel, on full-reduced installed capacity. Upon the unit failure, an inspection is carried out to decide the type of maintenance task to be performed. Optimized reliability indices of the plant such as mean time to system failure, availability, expected busy periods of the repairman for various maintenance tasks, expected number of visits by the repairman, expected number of repairs, replacements and reconditioning/reinstallation are obtained. Semi-Markov processes and regenerative point techniques are used for the analysis. Profit incurred to the CC plant is also evaluated and related graphs are plotted to demonstrate the results.     

Enterprise Information Portals in support of business process, design teams and collaborative commerce performance

Enterprise Information Portals (EIPs) have been widely adopted as platforms for the integration of knowledge management and information technology (IT). This study has been conducted from the knowledge management perspective in order to examine the influence of EIPs on collaborative commerce in the automobile industry. This study explores the integration of internal and external business processes and the coordination of collaborative design teams. An initial qualitative investigation explores the practical applications of an EIP in an automobile company. A research model is then formulated and tested using a questionnaire survey of the R&D department of a motor company in Taiwan. The results of the data analysis reveal that presence of EIPs can help a company realize the benefits of c-commerce. EIPs also can improve collaborative commerce performance by promoting the degree of integration of the enterprise process and by strengthening the process innovation and communication of collaborative design teams. The results suggest that managers should reinforce important factors, including knowledge management tools, process integration, and the quality of design teams, in order to achieve success in collaborative commerce.     

Analyzing the impact of knowledge management on CRM success: The mediating effects of organizational factors

Customer relationship management (CRM) and knowledge management (KM) have become key strategic tool for all companies, especially in the current competitive environment. Moreover, customer knowledge is an important issue for CRM implementation. Reviewing the literature, we found many studies that analyze the crucial role played by KM initiatives as determinants of the success of CRM. Moreover, we found also diverse studies that show high rates of failure when implementing that strategy, so there is still no integrated conceptual framework to guide companies to their successful implementation. In this paper, with data of 153 Spanish hotels, we examine the relationships between KM and CRM success using a structural equation model. The main contribution is that having knowledge management capabilities is not sufficient for the success of CRM, but there are other factors to consider. In particular, organizational factors indeed impact CRM success and they appear to be intermediaries of the impact of other factors (KM capabilities/technological/customer orientation factors) in the success of CRM (in financial and marketing terms).     

一种基于RFID技术的定位算法实现

简单介绍了射频识别的基本原理,特别是在室内定位中的应用。重点介绍了LANDMARC室内定位系统理论及其改进,使其可以更好地应用于实际环境。实验结果表明,改进的算法比原来的算法在定位精度上提高了10%～30%。     

中国高水碘地区的分布与干预对策

中国通过普及食盐加碘（Universal SaltIodization,USI）消除碘缺乏病,并持续巩固了防治成果。随着碘缺乏病防治工作的顺利开展,高水碘问题也引起了关注。为了了解和掌握我国水源性高碘问题及干预状况,开展了相关调查。通过查阅有关文献资料和访谈,了解高水碘地区的分布状况、监测工作进展情况、采取的干预措施等;通过深入高碘县的高碘村,了解停供碘盐和改水措施的落实、群众的认知等情况;并请县级盐业部门人员参加,探讨供应不加碘食盐的措施和对策。本报告的主要内容包括：高水碘地区的分布状况,监测工作进展情况,采取的干预措施及其落实情况,存在问题和建议等。

论文介绍《国际图联编目原则》产生的背景、主要内容、主要特点,并论述了目前国内的研究概况。     

基于ZigBee的电力机车运行状态检测系统研究

本文研究一种安装电力机车上用于实时检测机车运行状态的无线传感器系统,它可将传感器安装在机车需要进行检测各个监测点的上,传感器实时将监测点运行状态数据发送回协调器,通过上位机去读取协调器中的内容,以了解机车各部件的运转状况。     

滚筒洗衣机噪声分析

本文具体针对全自动滚筒洗衣机,研究其在脱水状态下以每分钟1200转运转时所产生噪声的成因,接着提出三个改进方案,然后重新研究改进方案产生的噪声大小,以此验证改进方案的有效性。本文采用CFD软件FLUENT对所有模型进行模拟仿真分析。因为是搅拌模型,所以具体计算时采用动参考系法(MRF)进行计算。通过研究发现加强筋结构会造成涡流气流,是导致噪声问题的主要成因。在各个改进方案中,填充外围第四和第五圈栅格的方案被验证为最佳方案,既起到减噪效果又能节省填充材料。     

聚合硫酸铁的制备工艺改进

采用过氧化氢作为氧化剂制备聚合硫酸铁,探讨了硫酸用量、过氧化氢用量、反应温度这三个反应条件对产品各项质量指标的影响。结果表明,当硫酸与硫酸亚铁的摩尔比在0.31～0.41之间,过氧化氢与硫酸亚铁的摩尔比为2∶1,反应温度控制在20～35℃之间,制备所得的聚合硫酸铁的各项质量指标均符合国家标准。
