强权与和平一直是国际政治理论的基本概念.现实主义认为,强权即和平,或者说强权是和平的必要保障."9·11"事件以其突然性和毁灭性给全世界以巨大的震撼,反恐成为世界各国的主导意识.此时强权即和平或者"美国治下的和平"还具有现实意义吗?该文将通过对现实主义的这个观点进行理论分析和实证分析,以寻求答案.     

Reflections on the use of Critical Incident Stress Debriefing in schools

Providing support to schools following a critical incident has become an established part of service delivery for many Educational Psychology Services (EPSs) in the UK. This article offers reflections on the use of Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) in schools. A review of the literature on critical incidents, trauma, resilience and bereavement suggested that studies exploring the effectiveness of psychological debriefing in general have produced mixed findings, which may be accounted for by methodological flaws and inappropriate application of the intervention. However it is also argued that the underpinning theoretical assumptions of CISD are questionable and, as a result, that Psychological First Aid, a non-intrusive evidence-informed approach, may be more appropriate in this context.

Memory mobilization,generational differences,and communication effects on collective memory about Tiananmen in Hong Kong

People in a society share collective memories about numerous historical events simultaneously, but not every event is equally salient all the time. This study examines the implications of memory mobilization on recall of historical events. Memory mobilization is treated as a process that involves communication activities via a wide range of platforms. Focusing on Hong Kong people's memory of the 1989 Tiananmen Incident in Beijing, this study found that more people recalled the event during the period of memory mobilization, and communication activities involving interpersonal exchanges were related to recall of Tiananmen mainly in that period. In addition, the findings showed that the process of memory mobilization operated differently for different age cohorts. The theoretical implications of the findings are discussed.

Teacher Reflection Narratives: A poststructural approach

This study focuses on critical incident analysis in initial teacher education and the part played by the professional learning conversation. A reflection framework was used to identify changes in levels of reflective practice. Conversational skills of the supervising teacher in recognising the ‘person’ in the student teacher, and their management of the student's emotions, appear central to unlocking and increasing critical reflective practice. Dialogues that focused only on training standards, using evidence from practice to ‘sign off’ particular standards, were concerned more with the routines of teaching and less with increased and considered analysis of practice and change.     

Interrogating students’ perceptions of their online learning experiences with Brookfield’s critical incident questionnaire

This article discusses whether the very act of accessing online students’ experiences of teaching may itself foster students’ sense of belonging to a learning community. The article reports and reflects on the application of Brookfield’s critical incident questionnaire (CIQ) in postgraduate courses delivered online in 2008–2010 through the University of Newcastle in Australia. The anonymous CIQ is designed in part to access students’ views of teaching practice, and was deployed as part of an ongoing interest in quality teaching. The article makes recommendations for deploying the CIQ in online learning spaces and concludes with some reflections on unexpected opportunities thoughtful CIQ deployment may provide. The practice of sharing students’ anonymous responses may have helped to foster students’ sense of a shared learning community. This may be particularly valuable in an asynchronous online learning context where students are typically geographically isolated from one another.

1948年河北定县鸿宾楼事件的发生有着复杂的历史种现实原因.在应对事件和调适回汉民族关系的过程中,中共地方干部以党的民族政策为指导,在尊重回族文化习俗、相信回族党员群众、克服大汉族主义、注重对回族群众政策宣传教育、建立民主高效的民族工作机制等方面的成功实践,对当时尚缺乏应对此类民族突发事件经验的其他解放区具有范例意义,对建国后党和政府应对此类事件和增进民族团结也具有明显的镜鉴作用.
