浅析层次教学法在少体校篮球教学中的应用

篮球作为世界最火热的运动之一,深受大家的喜爱,并且对青少年的身心健康有着极大的帮助,越来越多的青少年正在选择篮球作为一门专业技术来学习,而少体校成为了学生们最好的选择。在少体校中要最大程度发挥蓝球课程的作用,就必须要有科学正确的教学训练方法。分层教学法不仅能满足不同层次学生学习的需要,而且有利于提高教师的教学能力。     

高中体育课动态分层选项教学的有效性与可行性分析

运用文献、问卷调查、专家访谈、教学实践等方法从理论依据、学科特点、教学效果等方面分析论证了实施动态分层选项教学的有效性与可行性。并提出了教学方法、层次划分、课程考核等高中体育课动态分层次教学模式构建的方案及实施策略。     

网络课程资源的层级设计与管理

通过对网络中随机选择的100门网络课程进行了调查和分析,发现络课程资源存在结构混乱、导航性差、不便利用和不易更新等问题。为了解决网络课程资源存在的问题,本文提出了网络课程资源的层级设计及基于此设计的网络课程资源的管理模式。网络课程资源的层级设计及基本管理模式对增强资源的导航性、提高资源的利用率、满足学习者个别学习的需要、提高学习效率和提高资源的可更新性具有一定的指导意义。     

Hierarchical planning for a surface mounting machine placement

For a surface mounting machine(SMM)in printed circuit board(PCB)assembly line,there are four problems,e.g. CAD data conversion,nozzle selection,feeder assignment and placement sequence determination. A hierarchical planning for them to maximize the throughput rate of an SMM is presented here. To minimize set-up time,a CAD data conversion system was first applied that could automatically generate the data for machine placement from CAD design data files. Then an effective nozzle selection approach was implemented to minimize the time of nozzle changing. And then,to minimize picking time,an algorithm for feeder assignment was used to make picking multiple components simultaneously as much as possible. Finally,in order to shorten pick-and-place time,a heuristic algorithm was used to determine optimal component placement sequence according to the decided feeder positions. Experiments were conducted on a four head SMM.The experimental results were used to analyse the assembly line performance.     

我国区域硕士学位授权体系发展模型研究——基于追踪数据的实证分析

硕士学位点的发展情况直接决定了我国硕士研究生教育的规模和结构,是我国以硕士学位授权体系为核心的硕士研究生教育发展规模的最直接反映.本文以我国31个省级行政单位硕士学位点随时间变化的发展情况为研究对象,采用多层线性模型(HLM)分析技术,构建了区域硕士学位授权体系发展模型,并基于追踪数据进行了实证分析.所得结论如下:第一,我国各省硕士学位点的发展情况表现出显著的差异性.第二,我国各省硕士学位点的发展随时间变化呈现非线性增长趋势(曲线),且该趋势的具体特征表现为减速增长.第三,经济发展水平对各省硕士学位授权体系发展的差异程度存在显著的影响,且对其硕士学位点的增长率也存在显著影响.最后,还存在其他因素对我国以硕士学位点为基础的区域硕士学位授权体系发展差异产生影响.     

县（市）域城镇体系结构及其优化——以浙江省桐乡市为例

通过深入分析浙江桐乡市域城镇体系结构,认为桐乡市域城镇体系具有中心城市能级低,次级城镇缺失,城镇规模偏小,城镇体系发育不全,小城镇功能趋同、职能单一,城镇化水平不高且地域分布不均等特征,并据此提出了以构建城镇组团为重点,构筑城镇新体系;发展产业集群,提升产业层次,形成功能互补、特色鲜明的城镇职能结构,提高城镇化水平;完善城乡网络系统,形成以城镇组团为依托,发展轴线清晰的城镇体系空间格局等构想与建议。     

Examining Factors Affecting Science Achievement of Hong Kong in PISA 2006 Using Hierarchical Linear Modeling

This study uses hierarchical linear modeling to examine the influence of a range of factors on the science performances of Hong Kong students in PISA 2006. Hong Kong has been consistently ranked highly in international science assessments, such as Programme for International Student Assessment and Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study; therefore, an exploration of the factors that affect science performances of Hong Kong students can give a lens to examine how science education can be improved in Hong Kong and other countries. The analyses reveal that student backgrounds as male, at higher grade levels, and born in mainland (when in the same grade) are associated with better science performance. Among the attitudinal factors, enjoyment of science and self-efficacy in science play important roles in scientific achievements. Most of the parental factors, on the other hand, are not having significant impacts on achievement after student attitudes are taken into account, with only parents’ value of science having a small effect. School student intake is found to be a strong predictor of school average achievement, as well as a major mediator of the effects of school enrollment size and school socio-economic status. The findings differ from recently reported results, which suggested that school enrollment size was associated with achievement. This study also points out the problems of the use of science instruction time as a school-level variable to explain science achievement in Hong Kong.     

The role of team behavioral integration and cohesion in shaping individual improvisation

The notion of improvisation has recently emerged in managerial studies as a viable answer to flexibly dealing with unexpected occurrences. Nonetheless, research on improvisation has essentially approached the issue through a metaphorical framework, and has regularly relied on conceptual frameworks residing either at the individual or the team-level. We investigate how team-level processes affect individual improvisation in complex project domains. Using data from 138 team leaders and members belonging to 38 information systems development teams, we test cross-level hypotheses through hierarchical linear modeling. Team behavioral integration and team cohesion positively affect individual improvisation. Moreover, cohesion positively moderates the influence of team behavioral integration on individual improvisation. In concluding this paper we offer theoretical and practical implications.

网络资源正在以指数级的速度增长, 如何更好地组织这些信息变得越来越重要。本文在分析和评价现有搜索引擎的两种组织方法, 即关键词索引和等级式主题索引的基础上, 提出了一种新型的索引组织方法——联合索引, 它有机地把前两种组织方法结合了起来, 充分发挥了它们各自的优点。这种方法的基本思路为: 以《中国分类主题词表》为基础, 精选主题词(或主题词串) , 并把它们按学科等级关系建成一棵棵主题词树, 然后把由索引软件所抽取的关键词, 根据语义关系 (主要是同义词关系) 与相应的主题词联结起来, 以实现充实等级式主题索引工作的自动化和关键词索引的高级智能检索。
