毛滂武康时期的心路历程及其在文学创作中的体现

武康时期是毛滂一生中非常重要的时期。在武康,他走过了一个艰辛的心路历程:力图实现兼济之志,勤勉于政事;难以实现济世理想,在仕途中痛苦地渴望着归隐;最终调解仕隐矛盾,以仕为隐。思想也因此而走向成熟。这一时期的文学创作,真实地记录了这一切。     

论传统武术与竞技武术的发展关系

长期以来,传统武术与竞技武术孰轻孰重一直是武术界争论的焦点。文章试图从传统武术与竞技武术各自的优势对比及相互之间的发展关系作一分析比较,在弘扬传统武术的同时保持竞技武术的特点,使两者在相互补充中得到发展。     

学会共处：儿童道德成长的阶梯

无锡五爱小学提出建构“共处德育”模式。“共处德育”模式的基本特征是尊重差异,和而不同;屏弃说教,践行养德;培育情感,智德统一;育己育人,师生共长。“共处德育”按年段分三种样态:家庭式共处、小组式共处和社区式共处,分别提出培养目标和实施策略。“共处德育”模式的课题研究促进德育教师成长。     

论竞技体育运动中的模式训练

通过查阅有关资料和结合本人从事高校高水平运动队训练的经验 ,认为模式训练有其独特的优势 ,但也有其本身的不足 ,只有在运用模式训练的过程中 ,把模式化和运动员本身的个体特点结合起来 ,才能使模式训练更合理、更有实用价值。     

Using 21st century video prompting technology to facilitate the independence of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Barriers in acquiring, maintaining, and generalizing daily living skills are factors that contribute to discrepancies in independent living outcomes among transition age youth and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Acquisition and generalization of daily living skills empowers transition age youth and young adults with disabilities to meet their own needs with minimal reliance on others. Infusing the use of technology as a self‐prompting device facilitates the acquisition of tasks that may not be otherwise attainable. In this study, self‐directed video prompting on an iPad with the My Pictures Talk application was used to help young adults with IDD in a postsecondary program acquire daily living skills in a single subject, multiple probe across subjects design. The effects of the intervention on generalization to tasks that were one, two, and three components different were also assessed. Results demonstrated a functional relationship between the introduction of the intervention and improvement in skill performance.     

The problem of secondary education completion: The case study of Cape Verde,a small island developing state

Like many small island developing states, Cape Verde faces a challenge with secondary school completion. The lack of global development goals for secondary education results in the lack of government policies to promote secondary education, which may in effect be partially responsible for the drop in primary school completion The purpose of this paper is to identify the student populations who leave secondary school prior to completion based on Cape Verde’s Ministry of Education data, which is disaggregated by municipality and school. In addition we link these student populations to socioeconomic factors in order to examine possible causes for their abandonment of schooling. This paper intends to draw attention to the issues facing secondary education in a small, developing island nation and highlight policies that have proven effective in similar contexts. The case study of Cabo Verde can be used to generate secondary education policy discussions in other small island developing states (SIDS), as well as other sub-Saharan African nations.     

中小民营企业跨越发展的学习机制

本着重讨论了中小民营企业进行技术跨越的学习机制，建立了中小民营企业的学习机制分析模型，在此基础上对泉州市的民营企业作了实证研究，采用非定量的描述冰雹对中小民营企业的学习特征进行了识别，提出一些有意义的观点。     

基于智力资本的企业核心竞争力分析

智力资本是企业的核心资本。界定了智力资本的概念和构成要素，对智力资本与企业核心竞争力的关系进行了研究，指出智力资本是企业核心竞争力的源泉，核心竞争力是组织长期积累形成的智力资本的凝结和转化。基于智力资本的构成要素分析了提升企业核心竞争力的对策。
