基于CiteSpaceⅡ的数字图书馆研究热点分析

通过CiteSpaceⅡ对Web of Science中数字图书馆领域相关论文进行共被引分析,利用CiteSpaceⅡ的聚类结果和聚类标识结果,从研究热点、研究热点的时间、关键点三个方面对数字图书馆研究热点进行了分析。     

双机热备技术及其在生产实践中的应用

随着各单位信息应用系统的不断增多,如何在生产运营中保障系统的稳定运行和不丢失重要数据的问题显得日益重要。主要对双机热备技术进行了剖析,并结合热备系统（NECExpressCluster）使用实际,对如何保证应用及数据的安全性和稳定性进行了说明,最后对该技术进行了总结。     

热镀锌板钝化膜的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定

建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定热镀锌板钝化膜的方法。优化了仪器工作条件,通过对机体匹配消除了无机酸基体干扰。方法检出限为0.148mg/L,对10.000mg/L铬标准溶液测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.507%(n=10),加标回收率为94%～116%,方法精密度通过在优化条件下测定标样得到了验证,方法准确可靠。     

Enhancing rice resistance to fungal pathogens by transformation with cell wall degrading enzyme genes from<Emphasis Type="Italic">Trichoderma atroviride</Emphasis>

Three genes encoding for fungal cell wall degrading enzymes (CWDEs),ech42, nag70 andglu78 from the biocontrol fungusTrichoderma atroviride were inserted into the binary vector pCAMBIA1305.2 singly and in all possible combinations and transformed to rice plants. More than 1800 independently regenerated plantlets in seven different populations (for each of the three genes and each of the four gene combinations) were obtained. Theech42 gene encoding for an endochitinase increased resistance to sheath blight caused byRhizoctonia solani, while the exochitinase-encoding gene,nag70, had lesser effect. The expression level of endochitinase but exochitinase was correlated with disease resistance. Nevertheless, exochitinase enhanced the effect of endochitinase on disease resistance when the two genes co-expressed in transgenics. Resistance toMagnaporthe grisea was found in all kinds of regenerated plants including that with singlegluc78. A few lines expressing eitherech42 ornag70 gene were immune to the disease. Transgenic plants are being tested to further evaluate disease resistance at field level. This is the first report of multiple of expression of genes encoding CWDEs fromTrichoderma atroviride that result in resistance to blast and sheath blight in rice. 广东大亚湾芝麻洲大爆破的环境影响预测评价

论文概要叙述了芝麻洲大爆破环境影响预测评价的各项内容、方法和结论。指出爆震区所在的莲花山深断裂带系统至少数万年来差异性的活动不明显.本爆破没有出现爆震烈度异常,显示该断裂系统的断裂两盘地应力积累离极限平衡状态尚远。大亚湾的海蚀平台较宽,反映更新世晚期累计相当长时间有接近现在的海平面。可以借用爆破安全规程公式来定量预测本区爆震烈度。芝麻洲大爆破的环境影响预测评价,经部分核查基本正确。这是国内首次进行大爆破环境影响预测评价的尝试。     

Risk Assessment and Optimisation of Blast Mitigation Strategies for Design and Strengthening of Built Infrastructure

A probabilistic risk assessment procedure is developed which can predict risks of explosive blast damage to built infrastructure, and when combined with life-cycle cost analysis, the procedure can be used to optimise blast mitigation strategies. The paper focuses on window glazing since this is a load-capacity system which, when subjected to blast loading, has caused significant damage and injury to building occupants. Structural reliability techniques are used to derive blast reliability curves for annealed and toughened glazing subjected to explosive blast for a variety of threat scenarios. The probabilistic analyses include the uncertainties associated with blast modelling, glazing response and glazing failure criteria. Damage risks are calculated for an individual window and for windows in the facade of a multi-storey commercial building. The paper shows an illustrative example of how this information, when combined with risk-based decision-making criteria, can be used to optimise blast mitigation strategies.     

本钢厚规格Q550D-MC钢种的研制开发

介绍了本钢2300热连轧机组厚规格Q550D-MC热轧高强度卷板的产品设计、冶炼、轧制工艺和性能情况.结果表明,采用低碳、铌钛微合金化和适当的控轧控冷技术,使开发的16mm厚度规格 Q550D-MC热轧高强度卷板在具有高强度的同时,又兼有优良的低温冲击韧性;通过纯净钢的冶炼技术,使钢板具有良好的焊接和抗疲劳性能,完全满足车辆及工程机械等领域用钢的要求.     

热等静压制备Nd:YAG陶瓷及其微观结构与光学性质(英文)

采用共沉淀法制备Nd:YAG前躯体,将该前躯体1100℃煅烧2小时得到纯相Nd:YAG粉体;该粉体经1800℃真空烧结10小时得到Nd:YAG透明陶瓷.由SEM结果可知,陶瓷表面存在气孔及晶界相,样品平均粒径约为8μm.陶瓷经热等静压1650℃(2小时)处理后,表面气孔、缺陷及晶界相明显减少,且陶瓷更加致密,晶粒大小无明显变化.虽然经热等静压处理的样品仍有少量晶内气孔,但在可见光区,最大透过率达到50%.     

桥式起重机主动车轮组车轮与轴装配方法分析

文章对240t桥式起重机主动车轮组车轮与轴装配方法进行了分析,提出采用常温下压装及热装法,通过比较最终确定合理的装配方案。     

基于观测器的网络控制系统故障检测

对于网络时滞小于一个采样周期的网络控制系统,建立了系统的离散化模型,并在此基础上研究了基于观测嚣的故障检测问题．把不确定时滞对残差系统产生的影响描述为未知输入,将残差产生器设计归结为后置滤波器和观测器增益矩阵的求解,给出了网络控制系统巩故障检测的矩阵Ricatti方程方法,进一步通过算例进行MATLAB仿真研究,验证提出算法的有效性．
