通过对一种线性规划新算法具体执行过程中的一些关键环节进行分析,证明了边界面上可行方向的充分必要条件,指出了这种算法及其改进算法执行过程中可能遇到的问题,并在此基础上结合核心算法线性规划问题解的特点对算法过程进行了改进修正,使得改进后的算法更合理,更完善.

Student satisfactions in four mixed courses in elementary teacher education program

Mixed or hybrid method has become an increasingly popular course delivery model in recent years, but research regarding the effect of mixed learning is limited because of its recent debut in the landscape of educational technology. This one-year exploratory study looked at 78 elementary teacher candidates' view of learning in four mixed courses that used Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS) to supplement as well as replace some portions of face-to-face instruction. Both quantitative and qualitative data were collected from surveys designed to measure students' satisfaction and perspectives of hybrid learning. Results suggested high level of satisfactions but also revealed several important issues and complexities involving hybrid course implementation.     

Movement expressiveness, solidarity and the (re)shaping of African American students’ scientific identities

Science educators have yet to identify ways to enable inner city African American high school students to experience success in science. In this paper, we argue that understanding the ways in which cultural practices from fields outside of school mediate what happens inside classrooms and contribute to the learning of students is crucial to addressing current disparities in science performance. Specifically, we explore the significance of movement expressiveness dispositions to the lives and the learning of economically disadvantaged African American youth. These particular dispositions have been repeatedly observed in our research, and they can be important resources for the creation of individual emotional energy, collective solidarity, and heightened engagement in learning activities since they provide resources for the (re)shaping of identity. Thus movement expressiveness dispositions hold potential for transforming the teaching and learning of these students.

基于霍尔信号的PMSM初始位置定位研究

针对现行永磁同步电机初始位置定位方法的缺陷,提出一种基于电压空间矢量原理生成高分辨率的脉冲电压,并结合复合式增量编码器的uVw信号,自动检测霍尔信号进行永磁同步电机初始位置定位的智能方法。通过自主开发的以数字信号处理器为核心的实验平台进行了功能验证,实现了永磁同步电机无机械冲击和最大转矩启动。     

A high-dexterity low-degree-of-freedom hybrid manipulator structure for robotic lion dance

Lion dance is a very popular and lively Chinese traditional art form. A robotic project in Singapore has been dedicated to the design and demonstration for similar traditional art forms using modern mechatronics technology. This paper deals with a novel six-degree-of-freedom （6-DOF） hybrid manipulator with high stiffness, high loading capability and high dexterity, mimicking the lion dancer＇s upper body motions along with the lion head movements. The design of the hybrid manipulator consists of a 2-DOF torso structure in serial configuration and a 4-DOF dual arm structure in parallel configuration. The combined 6-DOF hybrid manipulator can support the weight and dynamics of the lion head during the lion dance performance. Forward kinematics of the manipulator has been formulated and visualized for design purposes. Inverse kinematics of the hybrid manipulator were analytically derived for real-time motion control. Based on the design and modeling, a complete hybrid manipulator has been fabricated, implemented into the robotic lion, and successfully demonstrated for real robotic lion dance performance.

Hybridity in a Guidance Curriculum in Hong Kong

This paper presents findings on a hybrid guidance curriculum in Hong Kong, a place where East meets West in education and in many other spheres. A qualitative case study method is applied that uses questions for understanding the ‘self’ in guidance but incorporates Confucian cardinal human relationships of parent–child, brother–sister, husband–wife, superior–subordinate, teacher–pupil and friend–friend in understanding the ‘other’ relationships. The study of ‘self–other relationship’ is combined with Lawton’s (Social change, educational theory and curriculum planning, Hodder, London, 1973) model of curriculum development in Western traditions. Data obtained from stakeholders in schools include traditional Chinese ideas as well as modern Western ideas. Implications of this framework to the study of other societies with a mix of Western and traditional cultures are discussed.
