绿色环控设施农业:我国设施农业发展的必由之路

本文对中国设施农业的发展现状及存在的主要问题做了全面系统的概述。针对我国设施农业发展的特点,提出发展绿色环控设施农业是我国设施农业发展的必由之路,并就如何发展绿色环控设施农业提出了具体建议。     

走近"农远"管理员

实施农村中小学现代远程教育工程,是推进农村教育跨越式发展的重要途径,实施中,尚存在着不同程度的问题,其中管理薄弱又是其一大瓶颈。本文通过对作者所在地区部分试点学校的调研,从设备维护、资源管理及教师培训等方面对该工程管理系统中设备管理员的基础而又关键的作用进行了梳理,并就其自身存在的问题给予了分析与建议。     

Hydrogen sulfide from a NaHS source attenuates dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced inflammation via inhibiting nuclear factor-κB

This study investigated the alleviating effects of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), derived from sodium hydrosulfide (NaHS), on inflammation induced by dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) in both in vivo and in vitro models. We found that NaHS injection markedly decreased rectal bleeding, diarrhea, and histological injury in DSS-challenged mice. NaHS (20 µmol/L) reversed DSS-induced inhibition in cell viability in Caco-2 cells and alleviated pro-inflammation cytokine expression in vivo and in vitro, indicating an anti-inflammatory function for H₂S. It was also found that H₂S may regulate cytokine expression by inhibiting the nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) signaling pathway. In conclusion, our results demonstrated that H₂S alleviated DSS-induced inflammation in vivo and in vitro and that the signal mechanism might be associated with the NF-κB signaling pathway.

设施园艺专业《设施养殖学》本科教学改革与探讨

《设施养殖学》是研究动物在相对可控环境条件下,采用工程技术手段,进行高效生产的一门综合性课程,是石河子大学农学院设施园艺专业的必修课程。文章通过结合传统和目前最新的教学方法和教学手段以及评价体系将《设施养殖学》的新内容、新理论、新思维讲授给学生。我们发现该课程的改革对于促进学生的学习和掌握新知识新技能,提高分析问题能力和解决问题能力的锻炼与培养以及现场课堂教学效果都成效显著,值得在非畜牧兽医专业的教学中推广应用。

高校精密仪器设备的日常管理,涉及到科研、教学任务能否正常展开,是高校设备管理部门的主要工作之一,着重介绍扬州大学化学化工学院的一套管理办法,以期能探讨出更完善的精密仪器设备管理方法.     

Hydrogen storage properties of ball-milled Mg-based composite with PdCl2 additive

Mg-25 wt% Mg2Ni composite was prepared by sintered method,hydrided at 613 K and then ball-milled with 1.5 wt% PdCl2 additive for 51 h. The effects of PdCl2 on the hydriding and dehydriding behavior of Mg-25 wt% Mg2Ni composite were investigated. The absorption and desorption rate of the composite with PdCl2 is fast and the hydrogen storage capacity is more than that of the composite without PdCl2. The maximum hydrogen storage capacity reached 3.48 wt% at 373 K,and 5.05 wt% H at 453 K,respectively. The improvement of sorption and desorption kinetics is attributed to the catalytic effect of PdCl2,and the grain refining and lattice strain introduced by ball milling.     

Development of Light Weight Structures to Provide Blast-Resistant Designs

In the past, blast-resistant designs for structures were often constructed with massive type structural systems, which relied more on brute strength than on finesse to achieve the required blast resistance. However, structures composed of COLD-FORMED steel components, such as sheet metal and metal studs, have shown great promise in providing blast resistance with the added benefits of low cost and ease of construction. Some examples of using such structures to provide containment for package handling facilities (PHF) are described in the paper for situations where blast containment is needed, such as a potential package bomb being discovered during the package vetting process. Results from tests and analytic data are used to illustrate aspects of design peculiar to such types of applications. Designs for specific capacities of PHF are described.

氢原子轨道矩阵元的递推关系式

本文使用超维里定理与升降算符方法,导出了氢原子跃迁矩阵元与平均值计算的一些递推关系式.使用这些递推关系式可克服直接计算公式中交替双重求和所带来的计算机舍入误差,可从少数几个低阶矩阵元出发,求出任意幂次径向算符的矩阵元,从而可为里德堡原子激发态结构的现代研究提供必备的高阶微扰计算公式.
