在分析IT产业国际竞争中信息技术转移、吸收和创新机理的基础上,对信息技术学习行为模型进行研究。重点探讨IT产业全球梯度转移格局下,企业IT转移与学习行为的影响因素,竞争与合作过程中的IT复制进化学习博奕关系;期望在增大IT产业转出方利益的同时,努力提高产业转入方的IT学习、吸收和消化能力,增强转入产业的根植性,尽可能地实现双方的合作共赢,从而为我国企业IT自主创新决策提供支持。     

The case of EAI facilitating knowledge management integration in local government domain

Information Technology (IT) infrastructure integration and knowledge management (KM) share communal objectives e.g. to transform organisations into more effective and efficient, agile and innovative, and more responsive to market changes. Such an association when assimilates bona fide knowledge management philosophy, it offers the IT departments a headship opportunity for organisational transformation in correlation with the rest of the organisation. Despite more than a decade of active research and practice in this complex problem area, advocates still perceive that Local Government Authorities (LGAs) lack integrated IT infrastructures that have resulted in the generation of data inconsistencies and redundancies, inefficient knowledge exchange and reduction in service quality and delivery. In the recent years, several LGAs have implemented Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions to integrate their IT infrastructure. However, on analysing the relevant research studies, it is noticeable that application of EAI has been practiced at a larger scale in the private domain but to limited scale in the public domain. The shortage of such research studies presents a knowledge gap that needs to be endorsed. This research adapts a Revised Model for Integration Layers (REAL). By adapting to this model, it is exemplified that EAI achieves integration at five layers namely: connectivity, transportation, transformation, process integration and knowledge integration. The methodology for validating this model included a qualitative analysis of data gathered from formal interviews, observations and archive documents guided by initial conceptual observations from the literature. The findings indicate that cases leading to data inconsistencies and replication can be prevented by integrating knowledge through EAI.     

中国IT服务外包企业成长机理的案例研究

与跨国IT公司合作,进行行业内知识学习和跨行业知识溢出是我国IT服务外包企业快速成长的必由之路.本文在综述知识转移过程、环境及影响因素的基础上,分析我国IT服务外包企业的知识学习和知识溢出过程,研究专业化软件开发-集成化产品-与流程结合的行业化解决方案-国际化服务交付中的知识转移特征,得出我国IT服务外包企业的成长机理模型.     

IT能力与社会资本对企业知识集成能力的影响研究

研究了IT能力及社会资本对企业知识集成能力的影响,给出了IT能力和社会资本与企业知识集成能力的系统化能力、社会能力、合作化能力之间关系的概念模型,在理论分析的基础上提出了相应的假设.进行大量的问卷调查,并以SPSS和AMOS管理统计软件作为数据分析工具,建立了结构方程模型.实证研究结果显示,社会资本对企业知识集成能力的系统化能力、合作能力、社会化能力三个维度的影响效应依次递增,而IT能力对企业知识集成能力三维度的影响效应依次递减,同时,IT能力对社会资本具有正向的促进作用.     

浅析校领导如何组织教师的信息技术教育

教师的信息技术素质是信息技术与课程整合的关键,目前也是一个瓶颈问题,因此吸引了许多专家对此进行有益探索。本文拟从中国教育信息化发展外源性特征的实际出发,把校领导放在教师信息技术教育的关键位置,思考校领导如何组织教师的信息技术教育工作。     

数字化实验与高中物理教学的关系简介

现行《普通高中·物理课程标准》明确指出：“重视将信息技术应用到物理实验室．加快中学物理实验软件的开发和应用,诸如通过计算机实时测量、处理实验数据、分析实验结果等。”本文简单地介绍数字化实验系统及其在中学物理教学中的应用,希望能够与广大同仁共同学习。     

Industry Norms as Predictors of IT Outsourcing Behaviors

How do firm-specific factors impact strategic IT decisions such as IT outsourcing? Do non-financial factors influence these decisions? Whereas prior IT outsourcing research has focused primarily on normative, economic drivers of IT outsourcing, we find evidence of firm-specific non-financial factors influencing IT outsourcing decisions. We focus on the social influence perspective and use IT outsourcing decisions as exemplars of strategic IT decisions. Using a data sample of 77 outsourcing contracts from the automotive industry from 1995 to 2010, we find that even after controlling for financial factors, industry average levels of outsourcing can be used to distinguish strategic outsourcing behaviors of firms for IT enabled services. Firms with above-average levels of IT outsourcing tended to further increase outsourcing, a behavior consistent with perceived Red Queen competitive pressures. Firms with below-average levels of IT outsourcing showed no measurable trends of either increasing or decreasing outsourcing levels. This suggests that firm-specific factors influence IT outsourcing decisions and deviations from non-financial industry norms can indicate how firms make strategic IT decisions.

《世界贸易组织》在国贸专业本科教学中的定位——以学生专业素养的培养为视域

国贸专业毕业生只有少数从事国贸相关工作,这与学生缺乏专业素养有较大关系。基于国贸专业的培养目标,《世界贸易组织》是塑造学生专业素养绝好中观层面的课程。然而,高校将本课程作为专业核心课或专业必修课的少之又少。为此,有必要在国贸专业本科教学中重视该课程,将其定位为专业必修课,这是通向更高层次的复合型人才培养的必由之路。
