During the development and progression of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP), conspicuous immune dysregulation develops, which is mainly manifested as excessive immune response in the early stage and immunosuppression in the late stage.This process involves complex changes in a variety of immune molecules and cells, such as cytokines, complements, lymphocytes,and leukocytes. With the gradual deepening of studies on the development and progression of SAP, the role of immune dysregulation in the pathogenesis of SAP has attracted more and more attention. In this article, we review the advances in research on the immune dysregulation in SAP and the immunotherapy of this disease through exploring the formation of excessive immune response and immune suppression as well as their mutual transformation.  相似文献

Although the biochemical dissection of parasitoid-host interactions is becoming well characterized, the molecular knowledge concerning them is minimal. In order to understand the molecular bases of the host immune response to parasitoid attack, we explored the response of Papilio xuthus parasitized by the endoparasitic wasp Pteromalus puparum using proteomic approach. By examining the differential expression of plasma proteins in the parasitized and unparasitized host pupae by two-dimensional (2D) electrophoresis, 16 proteins were found to vary in relation to parasitization compared with unparasitized control samples. All of them were submitted to identification by mass spectrometry coupled with a database search. The modulated proteins were found to fall into the following functional groups: humoral or cellular immunity, detoxification, energy metabolism, and others. This study contributes insights into the molecular mechanism of the relationships between parasitoids and their host insects. The settlement curve of the foundation endured the ramp load is an S-type curve, which is usually simulated via Poisson curve. Aimed at the difficulty of preferences in Poisson curve, an immune algorithm (IA) is used. IA is able to obtain a multiple quasi-optimum solution while maintaining the population diversity. In this paper, IA is used in an attempt to obtain accurate settlement prediction. The predicted settlements obtained by IA are compared with those predicted by the least squares fitting method (LSM), the Asaoka method and the genetic algorithm (GA). The results show that IA is a useful technique for predicting the settlement of foundations with an acceptable degree of accuracy and has much better performance than GA and the Asaoka methods.  相似文献

To our knowledge, few reports on Demodex studied at the molecular level are available at present. In this study our group, for the first time, cloned, sequenced and analyzed the chitin synthase (CHS) gene fragments of Demodex folliculorum, Demodex brevis, and Demodex canis (three isolates from each species) from Xi’an China, by designing specific primers based on the only partial sequence of the CHS gene of D. canis from Japan, retrieved from GenBank. Results show that amplification was successful only in three D. canis isolates and one D. brevis isolate out of the nine Demodex isolates. The obtained fragments were sequenced to be 339 bp for D. canis and 338 bp for D. brevis. The CHS gene sequence similarities between the three Xi’an D. canis isolates and one Japanese D. canis isolate ranged from 99.7% to 100.0%, and those between four D. canis isolates and one D. brevis isolate were 99.1%–99.4%. Phylogenetic trees based on maximum parsimony (MP) and maximum likelihood (ML) methods shared the same clusters, according with the traditional classification. Two open reading frames (ORFs) were identified in each CHS gene sequenced, and their corresponding amino acid sequences were located at the catalytic domain. The relatively conserved sequences could be deduced to be a CHS class A gene, which is associated with chitin synthesis in the integument of Demodex mites.  相似文献

093只 1日龄艾维茵商品雏鸡 ,随机分为 2组 ,对照组 2 46 2只 ,试验组 46 31只。研究了大群饲养条件下 ,免疫生长促进剂C96 (1 1mg/kg饲料 )对高浓度氨环境肉鸡生长性能的影响 ,结果表明 :1 0 - 32日龄试验组鸡在潮湿垫料和 5 0PPm的氨环境中 ,生长速度 (日增重 )略低于对照组。但整个试验期 ,试验组与对照组鸡体重、日增重等生长性能指标均无显著差异。试验组饲养后期有较强代偿性生长趋势  相似文献

提出一种基于人工免疫多模态函数优化的PID(Proportional Integral Derivative)参数离线整定控制器的算法.该算法通过设计多模态函数,搜索出多模态函数的所有峰值点,这些峰值点即是极优的Kp,Ki,Kd参数组合集.同时,该算法将无限个数据聚类成有限个数据,决策者可以根据实际应用要求,在有限个数据内选择最合适的最优决策.Matlab仿真结果证明了该算法的优越性和有效性.  相似文献

We report an important observation that the surface conductivity of antibody layer immobilized on polylysine-coated glass substrate decreases upon the formation of complex with their specific antigens. This change in conductivity has been observed for both monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies. The conductance of monoclonal mouse IgG immobilized on polylysine-coated glass substrate changed from 1.02×10−8 Ω−1 to 1.41×10−11 Ω−1 at 10 V when complex is formed due to the specific biomolecular interactions with rabbit anti-mouse IgG F(ab′)2. Similar behavior was observed when the same set up was tested in two clinical assays: (1) anti-Leishmania antigen polyclonal antibodies taken from Kala Azar positive patient serum interacting with Leishmania promastigote antigen, and (2) anti-p21 polyclonal antibodies interacting with p21 antigen. The proposed concept can represent a new immunodiagnostic technique and may have wide ranging applications in biosensors and nanobiotechnology too.  相似文献

宇宙大尺度运动交叉协调的一个重要成果及标志,就是构成了适宜生物生存的环境。可是,现代人类盲目的规模巨大的活动严重破坏了构成适宜人类生存环境的交叉协调机制和人类健康生存的大协调机能。各门相关学科已经在反思人类盲目活动的教训中,陆续认识到人类可持续健康生存应该遵循的一些协调规律。必须运用大协调学把这些知识衔接起来,进一步周全地探讨人类同自然与社会各方面大尺度交叉协调规律,应用于改善人类的婚育、饮食、活动方式等各方面和生活用品设计与检测,从根本上提高人类的生存质量。  相似文献
