意境分析与诗歌教学

意境是中国美学的一个重要范畴,代表一种重要的审美形态。意境不纯然是外在事物形象或艺术形象,而是形象与人的主观情趣交融的结晶。“有我之境”,人的主观色彩浓烈,是主体移情的结果。“无我之境”,主客体毫无冲突地实现了全然的契合,它与庄子所谓的“物化”是同一境界。在语文教学中,引导学生去体验、把握诗歌意境是不可或缺的重要环节。要使学生获得意境美,离不开对作品的阅读体验和分析理解。分析理解既面向作品的个别形象语词,也包括对形象之间的关系以及作品的整体形象进行把握。     

茴香醛抗真菌作用的实验研究

本文以琼脂稀释法测定了茴香醛对10种真菌的最低抑菌浓度.实验发现茴香醛对所试10种真菌均有抑和杀菌作用,对其中自色念珠菌、新型隐球菌及孢子丝菌等条件致病真菌也具有抗真菌活性.其临床意义有待于进一步探讨。     

半量长效GnRHa及国产Gn在试管婴儿中的应用

目的:比较使用半量GnRHa与全量GnRHa,进口促性腺激素(Gn)与国产Gn在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)控制性超排卵中的疗效和费用。方法:将142例不孕症患者分为4个组进行控制性促排卵:甲组采用半量GnRHa+国产HMG+HCG;乙组采用半量GnRHa+进口HP+HCG;丙组采用全量GnRHa+国产HMG+HCG,丁组采用全量GnRHa+进口HP+HCG。结果:四组平均获卵数、优质胚胎数、妊娠率及流产率、副作用卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)及宫外孕的发生率无显著性差异;全量GnRHa组使用Gn的总量及天数多于半量GnRHa组;甲组(半量GnRHa+国产HMG)的医疗费用低于其它三组P<0.01)。结论:使用半量GnRHa+国产Gn可以较低的医疗费用获得与使用全量GnRHa及进口Gn相同的控制性超排卵效果。

Colorectal cancer cell growth inhibition by linoleic acid is related to fatty acid composition changes

Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) possess anti-cancer action both in vitro and in vivo. In the present study, we detected cell viability with methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay and cell membrane permeability with propidium iodide (PI) fluorescence dyeing, and calculated cell membrane fluidity change as fluorescence anisotropy. Fatty acid content in cells was measured by gas chromatography/mass spectroscopy (GC/MS), and the relationship between fatty acid composition and cell viability was studied. We observed that n-6 PUFA linoleic acid (LA) inhibited tumor cell growth at high concentrations (≥300 μmol/L), while low concentrations (100–200 μmol/L) seemed to promote cell proliferation. Analyses of cell membrane permeability, cell membrane fluidity, and cell fatty acid composition suggested that the anti-cancer action of LA could be related to changes in the ratio of n-6 to n-3 PUFAs. We observed that pre-incubation of cancer cells with 100 μmol/L LA for 24 h enhanced cell sensitivity to the cytotoxic action of LA, whereas undifferentiated cell line LoVo seemed to have a distinct path in LA-induced death. These results showed that one of the mechanisms by which supplementation of LA induces cancer cell death could be altering the ratio of n-6/n-3 PUFAs, and this may be related to cell differentiation status.

Hypertonic saline resuscitation reduces apoptosis of intestinal mucosa in a rat model of hemorrhagic shock

Objective: To investigate the early effects of hypertonic and isotonic saline solutions on apoptosis of intestinal mueosa in rats with hemorrhagic shock. Methods: A model of rat with severe hemorrhagic shock was established in 21 Spragne-Dawley (SD) rats. The rats were randomly divided into the sham group, normal saline resuscitation (NS) group, and hypertonic saline resuscitation (HTS) group, with 7 in each group. We detected and compared the apoptosis in small intestinal mucosa of rats after hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labelling (TUNEL), FITC (fluo-rescein-iso-tbiocyanate)-Annexin V/PI (propidium iodide) double staining method, and flow cytometry. Results: In the early stage of hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation, marked apoptosis of small intestinal mucosa in the rats of both NS and HTS groups was observed. The numbers of apoptotic cells in these two groups were significantly greater than that in the sham group (P＜0.01). In the HTS group, the apoptic cells significantly decreased, compared with the NS group (P＜0.01). Conclusion: In this rat model of severe hemorrhagic shock, the HTS resuscitation of small volume is more effective than the NS resuscitation in reducing apoptosis of intestinal mucosa in rats, which may improve the prognosis of trauma.     

Numbers defy the law of large numbers

As the number of independent tosses of a fair coin grows, the rates of heads and tails tend to equality. This is misinterpreted by many students as being true also for the absolute numbers of the two outcomes, which, conversely, depart unboundedly from each other in the process. Eradicating that misconception, as by coin‐tossing experiments, should be incorporated early on into learning the law of large numbers.     

中西学术之争与我国近代书目分类的历史演进

书目分类既是对文献世界的整序,也是对文献背后知识本体的界定以及对知识结构的全面规划。近代书目分类的发展大致经历了:在传统四部框架内容纳西学书籍,增补四部书目类别以统摄西书,西书独立编目,中西书籍分列于一编,以中学为主建构统一分类体系,以西学为主建构统一分类体系等变化;它们大致对应于"西学中源"、"中体西用"、"中西异学"、"学无中西"、"西体中用"等学术理念。而总体上,中国近代书目的历史演进与对传统知识分类的逐步清算以及对知识体系的西方化重建相同步。
