我国基础教育中的问题基本上都与不尊重儿童文化有关。儿童文化是儿童群体特有的 ,儿童文化的精神是自由和平等。儿童文化与成人文化有区别 ,但是它们处在一个共同的连续体上。协调好儿童文化和成人文化的关系是取得好的教育效果的关键。但是 ,儿童文化在社会和成人文化的压制下 ,有趋于消亡的危险。走向儿童文化是时代的召唤 ,而走向儿童文化的前提是必须尊重儿童     

Sexting and Sexuality in Romantic Relationships Among Latina/o Emerging Adults

In a sample of 114 Latina/o emerging adults, ages 18 to 29, this study investigated the frequency of sexting, and gender differences in this behavior, and if sexting was related to a range of sexuality variables, including sexual satisfaction, sexual experience, sexual pleasure, and sexual permissiveness. Results show that a total of 63 (55.26%) of the sample adults had engaged in sexting behavior in the past 6 months with their romantic partner. No gender differences were found on the sexuality variables. After controlling for acculturation and comfort with sexting, hierarchical multiple regression showed that the only variable significantly related to sexting was sexual behavior. Suggestions for future research on sexting among Latinas/os in relationships and how results of this study may inform sexuality education in this group are provided.     

成人职业教育中信息技术与外语课程整合的理论与实践

现代信息技术所构建的外语教学环境有利于提高教学效率、效果和效益。然而,成人职业教育实际教学中仍普遍存在流弊明显、效益低下的问题。因此,成人职业教育中信息技术与外语课程的整合需要因势而为,使外语教学资源更具整合性和规律性、教学手段更具多样性和实效性、教学模式更具科学性和灵活性、教学环境更具人文性和真实性、教学评估更具合理性和督导性。     

改革成人高招考试拓展成教发展道路

改革开放以来，成人高等教育蓬勃发展。为经济和社会发展培养了大量的人才。成人高招考试科目也经历了三次改革。但是近两年来成人高招生源呈大幅度下降趋势，成人高等教育入学门槛太高不能说不是重要原因之一。在新的形势下，成人高等教育应找准自身的定位，开拓新的发展思路，继续改革招生考试科目和内容，建立一个开放、灵活的成人高校招生制度，为成人学习者提供尽可能多的教育机会。开拓更加宽阔的、既适应新的发展需要而又具有成人特色的发展道路。     

广东省独立设置成人高校成人与继续教育现状调研报告

调查表明：近年广东高等教育发展迅猛，独立设置成人高校却遇到发展的瓶颈。外部管理体制不畅，办学发展受到阻滞；长期投入不足，办学基本设施建设相对滞后；宏观管理力度不够，教育质量呈下滑趋势，等等，是独立设置成人高校当前和今后发展面临的主要困难和问题。针对这些问题，应该采取“充分认识成人高等教育的地位与作用；深化管理体制改革，实现成人高等教育资源的优化配置；加强宏观管理，建立规范的成人高等教育运行机制；加大政府扶持力度，提升独立设置成人高校改制后的办学实力”等发展思路与对策。     

Learning about sex in later life: sources of education and older Australian adults

This paper examines the preferred sexuality education sources of older Australian adults in later life. Drawing on findings from qualitative interviews with 30 men and 23 women aged 60 years and older, we consider the sources that participants currently use, or would like to use, in seeking information about sex. Where relevant, we examine participants’ experiences of learning about sex in later life using different sources, and the impact these had on their sexual expression, pleasure and well-being. Preferred sources of information include the Internet, the media, health care providers, books and workshops or discussion groups. A substantial number of participants did not actively seek information on sex. For those who had, these educational endeavours could profoundly shape their sexual practices. As such, learning about sex should be viewed as a lifelong endeavour. Our findings carry important implications for the development and delivery of sexuality education for older adults.     

Overcoming ageism: critical reflexivity for gerontology practice

ABSTRACT

Ageism is an age-based form of discrimination that still prevails in our modern society. As other forms of discrimination, older adults may encounter ageist discourses in a variety of contexts, including health care settings. In this paper, we consider critical reflexivity as an approach to challenge ageism within health care contexts. We explore the potential of critical reflexivity to transform the perceptions of older age among students in the health professions who work with older adults. We examine observation, narrative and reflexive writing as fruitful strategies to facilitate dialogue and critically interrogate ageist discourses.

成人学习的心理特征体现在动机明确、独立性高和自制力强等方面,成人教育中课程内容的选择受到成人学习心理特征的影响,使得课程内容的表现形式、教学设计与完成目标与一般学习有很大区别;只有基于学生的实际需求进行成人课程价值的选取,满足学生的学习需要,重视学生学习心理特征对课程价值取向的影响,才能构建适应学生需要和社会需求的成人课程价值体系。
