Implementing Problem-Based Learning in Principal Training： The First Pilot Program in China

In designing and implementing the pilot program of serving principal training, the author of this paper learnet the experience from what E. Bridges and E Hallinger did but didn＇t imitate fully, rather, created several new strategies because Chinese principals faced different situation from their American counterparts. The pilot program introduced and implemented the Problem-Based Learning （PBL） approach. The outcome of this pilot program shows： （1） PBL is a promising approach to serving principal training in China in casting off the traditional ＂chalk and talk＂ lecture approach. （2） The actual learning of trainees will happen prior to the classroom sessions if a trainer lets trainees participate the process of problem identification in pre-training stage. （3） PBL approach is much welcome and strong supported by local government and policymakers when the focal problem is related to implementation of current local nolicv.     

Worldwide deliberation and public use of reason online

The aim of this paper is threefold: (i) to trace the idea of deliberation back in the history of philosophy and establish the link to the Kantian concept of public reason; (ii) to pave the way for rhetoric as a constituent part of public deliberation; (iii) to undertake an applied ethical approach to worldwide deliberation online. The two former aims are treated in part one of the paper, whereas the applied analysis is undertaken in part two. One important task is to demonstrate in what ways the internet as a new and powerful venue for deliberation both challenges the old theories of public deliberation, and also points in the direction of certain revisions of our basic ideas about deliberation.

我国普通高校本科社会体育专业方向设计及其课程设置的研究

运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,对我国68所普通高校本科社会体育专业设置的现状进行分析,提出了目前社会体育专业应依据社会发展及人才市场的需求,细化专业方向,更新培养目标,优化课程设置,以适应我国社会进步对体育人才的新需求.     

一些训练手段和技术对国家游泳队运动员肩痛影响的调查与分析

采用问卷调查法和访问调查法调查访问了81名国家游泳队运动员和15名国家游泳队教练。结果发现：国家游泳队运动员肩痛患病率为39．5%,男女之间无显著性差异。肩痛患病率最高的是蝶泳运动员(63．6%),其次是自由泳和仰泳运动员,蛙泳运动员肩痛患病率最低(31．3%)：水上训练手段中,短距离高强度戴划手掌训练、长距离中低强度戴划手掌训练和水上铁片牵引训练对肩痛的影响程度列前3位(明显影响率分别为46．7%、25%和18．2%)；陆上训练手段中,铁片拉力训练、卧推练习和等动拉力训练对肩痛的影响程度列前3位(明显影响率分别为43：8%、36．7%和19．4%)。陆上铁片拉力训练时采用高肘技术、抓水时早发力早加速后划技术和陆上铁片拉力训练时后划到底技术是前3位对国家游泳队运动员肩痛有影响的技术动作(明显影响率分别为60%、40%和33．3%)。

结合多年率队训练与比赛的实践经验,总结出普通高校高水平篮球队技术训练的四点基本思路,并对六大基本技术训练中应遵循要点进行了分析与讨论.     

想象训练研究现状的分析

本文采用文献资料法对近十年刊载在中美四种主要期刊上的想象训练研究报告作了分析。结果表明想象训练正在从有效性研究向过程变量研究深化 ,研究面也由简单技术向复杂技术扩展 ,指出了目前复杂技术研究明显不足 ,还指出了基础理论在过程变量控制方面的研究严重滞后 ,在一定程度上影响了想象训练研究的进一步深化。本文为想象训练的研究和应用提供了有益的综合信息。     

训练质量刍议——兼析当前我国运动训练中存在的问题

训练质量是决定训练水平的重要因素。当前我国运动训练界存在两种错误倾向,试图通过提高训练强度和增加比赛数量来解决训练质量不高的问题。无论是训练强度,还是比赛的数量,均不能直接、有效地提高训练的质量,提高训练质量的唯一有效途径是提升运动训练的科学化水平。

采用文献资料和实际观察的研究,分析了国际竞技体育发展的变化特点.即国际级大赛的竞争更加激烈,调整运动项目的布局结构;增加训练中的科技含量;竞赛的商业化给竞技体育带来变革性的影响;对传统的训练理论提出修正;奥运项目迅速增加.
