体育院校教学排课系统的设计与开发

通过对体育院校教学管理模式进行分析,特别是对教学排课管理方式进行系统研究,寻找教学排课管理方式的主要影响因素和基本管理原则,解析整个管理过程.利用管理信息系统中结构化系统开发方法,采用面向对象的程序开发语言--Visual Foxpro6.0,实现体育院校教学排课管理系统的程序设计与开发.并以武汉体育学院为实验对象,对该程序进行了初步的实验研究,取得了阶段性的成果,为今后进一步开发和完善该程序奠定了基础.     

高校体育伤害事故中 “校方责任” 确立的法理分析

采用文献资料法、专家咨询法、逻辑分析法对高校体育运动伤害中学校应承担责任进行了法律层面的分析.认为高校体育伤害事故产生原因复杂,形式多样.归责原则(过错责任原则、无过错责任原则、公平原则责任)认定应具体条件具体分析.确定责任时要明确高等学校的性质、学校与学生的法律关系;高等学校应承担的责任有直接责任、间接责任和无责任.     

“A Crusade from the First”: The Norman Conquest of Islamic Sicily, 1060–1091

In the creation myth of the Crusades, Pope Urban II (r. 1088–1099) is the founding father and 1095 is the critical year. During the twentieth century, French, Spanish, and English scholars challenged this myth; yet this myth remains as durable as ever. Because the origins of the crusading enterprise came to be associated with the so-called First Crusade (1095–1102), scholars have created a vision of crusading at odds with Pope Urban's vision, which views the “First” Crusade as the third part of a triptych: first, the Norman conquest of Sicily (1060–1091); then, the Castilian and Catalan advances in Iberia; and finally the 1095 Eastern Crusade. Today, the study of the Crusades is hampered by a failure to concentrate on the direct evidence and to take into account what contemporaries understood by crusading. To get a sense of what contemporaries understood by crusading, this paper examines the Norman Crusade in Sicily, drawing upon both Christian and Islamic sources.     

海洋命运共同体构建视角下的中国涉海智库实践研究

[目的/意义]智库参与海洋公共外交可为海洋强国战略实施和21世纪海上丝绸之路建设提供助力。涉海智库以专业性优势可促进国际社会对中国海洋战略的正确理解,引导国际舆论走向,助力蓝色伙伴关系构建。[方法/过程]通过对国内智库参与海洋公共外交的实践进行比较分析,指出近年来涉海智库参与海洋公共外交虽取得一定成效,但也存在重咨政研究、轻国际交流,重“请进来”、轻“走出去”,重主权和安全议题、轻发展议题,重危机情境、轻常态情境等不平衡问题。[结果/结论]提出涉海智库参与海洋公共外交的“能力-行动-话语”范式;指出为提升智库参与海洋公共外交的效能,亟需引导不同性质智库发挥比较优势、提升责任意识、重视协同模式、确定重点目标、启动海外布点以及改善操作性细节。     

Boya education in China: Lessons from liberal arts education in the U.S. and Hong Kong

In this paper, taking as our point of departure the importance of China’s “boya” education (BYE) and the West’s liberal arts education (LAE) in an era that will be increasingly dominated by information technology (IT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), we examine the importance of BYE in Mainland China and LAE in the U.S. and Hong Kong. We argue that (a) the recent resurgence and growing significance of LAE in the world has been due to the right skill sets it provides in the information technology era in which many new jobs will be created and existing jobs destroyed ; (b) professional or technical training is not only compatible with the fundamental values of boya or liberal arts but also important in showcasing the strengths of BYE and LAE; (c) the combined benefits of BYE or LAE and professional or technical training may be achieved by adopting the main features of LAE such as its broad-based curriculum and whole-person development approach to undergraduate education or by combining a student's undergraduate and postgraduate studies over time; and (d) for BYE to achieve its goals in China it should occupy a central rather than tangential role in the undergraduate curriculum.     

高校体育教育进行整体改革的对策

高校体育教育进行整体改革的重点是树立全面育人的教育观念;加强体育理论教学,提高大学生体育能力;不断改革实践课教学;在高年级开设体育课;重视开展课外体育活动,强化大学生体育意识;努力创造有利于高校体育教育的环境。     

21世纪初国外高等教育研究的主题——对英国《高等教育研究》2001-2006年的文章分析

由英国高等教育研究会主办的《高等教育研究》,是旨在促进高等教育发展,提升高等教育质量,且在高等教育研究领域具有全面性、独特性和权威性影响的国际性标准期刊。2001—2006年的《高等教育研究》论文选题和内容的研究与分析表明,世纪初国外高等教育研究的主题主要集中于以下几个方面:"大学本科教学与课程研究"是国外高等教育研究的最热门领域,"大学生研究"将成为国外高等教育研究的重要论题,"大学教师研究"则保持不断增长的势头,"大学管理与高等教育政策研究"会越来越受到重视,"研究生教育研究"的领域将会不断扩展。     

Reflections through a local lens on Muto Ichiyo's ideas of alternative practices: a Hong Kong perspective

This paper discusses the views of Muto Ichiyo, an important thinker and social activist in Japan and the Inter-Asian context, on alternative practices through reviewing the actual implementation of several community projects in Hong Kong and mainland China. Many of these community projects are informed by visions and notions of alternative practices of, say, a “Muto type”—constructing a new democratic experience, locally rooted and globally connected, which will contribute to a transformed and transformative socio-cultural structure/relation that is non-statist and non-capitalist in nature. Through scrutinizing the effectiveness of these projects in local contexts, we hope to facilitate a dialogue with Muto on his notions of “transborder alliance of people/hope” and “alternative development”.     

李宗黄与昆明“一二·一”运动

“一二·一”运动是抗日战争胜利以后,中国人民的一次民主爱国运动,在这次运动中,人员死伤惨重。关于此次惨案责任追究,笔者认为李宗黄虽然获得国民党当局的认可与支持,但其才是此次惨案的直接制造者。惨案的发生,与李宗黄强硬的军人作风,急功近利的心态、在一二·一运动中激烈的行动关系甚大。而在去李宗黄斗争中,各方对李宗黄的处置产生了巨大的争议,但由于李宗黄始终受到蒋介石的保护,其虽被调离昆明,却没有受到行政处罚,最后反而得以升迁。
