基于社交网络的个性化知识服务模型研究

通过对社交网络所产生的海量用户以及数据的挖掘与分析,判断用户不同的特征与喜好,从而为用户定制个性化知识服务,达到用户的需求,增强其对产品与服务的使用黏性,这不仅满足了企业的商业目的,同时也提高了用户的满意度。论文在深入了解我国社交网络的运营模式、分析社交网络中用户行为特征的前提下,提出从用户兴趣模型出发的个性化知识服务,并建立了基于个人兴趣和兴趣传播推荐的个性化知识服务模型。     

农村非营利组织提起公益诉讼之法理分析

在农村非营利组织研究领域,绝大部分学者忽视了农村非营利组织以提起公益诉讼的形式来实现对其公共利益维护的方式、方法和制度设计的系统研究。应当逐步完善农村非营利组织参与公益诉讼相关制度,为维护农村公共利益提供可靠的法律保障。     

The interest of Bavarian primary school pupils in geographical topics and methods – selected results of an empirical survey

Interest is a central learning prerequisite for teaching. The article deals with a survey among 1600 primary school pupils in forms 2, 3 and 4 (ages 7–10) in the German federal state of Bavaria who were interviewed on their interest in geographical topics and working methods. They were given a questionnaire including 40 items to indicate their individual interest on a five-point Likert scale. The results show that the subscale ‘natural disaster' generates the highest interest, followed by ‘phenomena of geoscience' and ‘people and peoples'. The interest in all three subscales decreases with increasing age. Furthermore, several gender-specific differences occur. Among the working methods, experimenting, films and computers hold the first three places whilst again showing significant differences concerning age group as well as gender.     

Externalizing behavior problems and interest in reading as predictors of later reading skills and educational aspirations

This study examined the developments in children’s externalizing problems and interest in reading during their first four years of school (Grades 1–4) and investigated whether this development predicted the children’s Grade 6 reading skills and educational aspirations. Data comprised (1) teachers’ ratings of externalizing problems and children’s (N = 642; 43% girls) self-ratings of their interest in reading, collected between Grades 1 and 4, and (2) measures of reading fluency and comprehension, and children’s self-reports of educational aspirations, collected at Grade 6. First, latent growth modeling showed that a higher level of externalizing problems in Grade 1 was associated with a lower concurrent interest in reading. Second, a positive association between the initial level of interest in reading and a linear change in externalizing problems indicated that children with a lower interest in reading in Grade 1 were rated by teachers as exhibiting higher levels of externalizing problems, which nonetheless declined over the course of their first four years of school more than among other children. Third, a higher initial level of externalizing problems with a linear change in these problems across Grades 1–4 was a predictor of lower subsequent educational aspirations and poorer reading comprehension in Grade 6. Analysis of the indirect effects indicated that a higher level of externalizing problems was associated with a lower concurrent interest in reading, which, in turn, was related to poorer future reading fluency and lower educational aspirations. The findings imply that problem behaviors are interlinked with academic skill development and motivation across the first six years of school.     

民国时期甘宁青农村高利贷问题探析

民国时期甘宁青农村的借贷关系呈现出高利贷猖獗、借贷利率畸高,以及高利贷在社会经济生活中扮演着重要角色等突出特点。农民高利借贷的普遍性和农村的高负债率反映出高利贷的异常猖獗;利率之高为全国所无折射出借贷利率的畸形高昂;贫民生计全为富户垄断集中揭示了高利贷问题的严重性。故而在民国时期的甘宁青农村,高利贷问题较全国其他地区更为严重,最具强烈的西北区域色彩、时代特征和典型意义。     

《唱论》中的声乐技法探析

《唱论》作为我国古代最早出现的一部论述民族声乐艺术的专著,在我国的传统民族声乐发展史中,具有非常深远的意义。《唱论》中所述之歌唱方法,虽然存在着一些不够严谨和不够完善的地方,但也为后世的声乐演唱提供了强有力的理论支持。演唱者应借鉴《唱论》所述之演唱方法,并结合民族声乐演唱方法予以一定程度的创新,才能促进我国民族声乐继续向前发展。     

隐性利益与体育利益格局演化分析框架(下)——当代中国体育利益格局演化的简要分析

本文基于所构建的体育利益格局演化分析框架,探讨当代中国体育发展过程中体育利益演化的热点领域,分析了体制变迁对体育情景的影响,以及不同体育利益群体的演化及其委托代理问题。研究表明:制度变迁引发的体育情景的改变是重要的外在因素;体育利益格局演化中的委托代理问题的实质,是利益群体中存在委托代理问题,强化对代理人行为规制是解决问题的关键。就如何引导体育利益格局向符合绝大多数人利益的正确方向演化,提出了建议。
