核素分布的8×8核素区域

在氘氚结团图中说明了4个8×8核素的分布区,每区包含64核素坐标,其中包括1,2个放射核素.4个区域的中心为（352,4）（35,26）（33,23）（31,16）.区域中的5个放射核素联系有146 62 40Sm84 72与132 58 30Ce76 28处于对称位置,放射核素中的146 62 40Sm84 22与212 84 40Po128 44的坐标S值相同,坐标H倍增联系.

Provenance study of ancient Iranian luster pottery using PIXE multivariate statistical analysis

Although luster potteries are frequently excavated at archeological sites in Iran, a thorough scientific study of their provenance has not yet been performed. In this work, 43 pieces of Iranian luster pottery (bowl, dish and tile) excavated from Rayy, Kashan, Maragheh, Alamoot, Takht-i-Sulayman and Jiroft were analyzed in order to investigate their origin. The luster shards which belong to Seljuks and Il-Khanids dynasties (12th–13th centuries) were analyzed using proton induced X-ray emission (PIXE) technique. To classify the fragments according to their location and origin, principal component analysis (PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) were applied to the chemical compositions of the body of the shards. We were able to classify the samples into three distinct groups using PIXE.

福建省高校学报现状的调查与分析

为全面了解福建省高校学报的现状,对福建省43家高校学报进行调查,从学报的稿件年容量、刊期、人员配比、内外稿比、网站建设、发行方式与发行量等方面进行初步分析。结果表明,尽管福建省高校学报在近几年有了较快的发展,但存在的问题也不少,如出版周期长、缺乏吸引优秀稿件措施、网站建设粗浅、编委会的作用得不到发挥、外稿比例偏低等,这都是制约福建高校学报发展的原因,应引起有关方面的高度重视。     

Immigrant perpetrators in the news: A terror management approach to resultant hostility,perceived vulnerability,and immigration issue judgment

This study found that mortality salience in TV news activated more hostile attitude toward the perpetrators and negative judgment on the immigration issue. Social group difference influenced news viewers’ immigration issue judgment, but did not affect their resultant hostility and perceived vulnerability. More negative attitudes emerged toward the immigration issue when immigrant perpetrators were portrayed negatively in the news. News viewers with exposure to mortality salience in TV news reported more negative toward immigrants. Exposure to mortality-related elements in TV news could lead to social conflicts that were viewed as a severe threat by U.S. government and policymakers.     

民国非体育期刊体育专号的发展历程、特征及启示——基于29种民国非体育期刊体育专号的历史考察

为了深度挖掘中国近代体育专号的发展历程和所蕴藏的历史价值,对1915年至1948年间非体育杂志刊发有卷有期的29种体育专号进行详细分析。研究认为近代非体育期刊刊发的体育专号在中国体育近代化和本土化发展过程中发挥了重要作用。中国近代体育专号给当前体育期刊发展的启示是：提倡体育期刊与非体育期刊出版单位展开合作交流、鼓励非体育期刊刊登中小学学校体育研究的专题内容、建立体育期刊在线交流平台,使体育期刊发展融入"互联网+"。     

我国政府对农村金融的扶持与促进建议

理论和实践表明,要克服农村金融领域的市场失灵,离不开政府的支持。近年来,我国各级政府在建立和完善农村金融风险补偿机制、健全政策性农业保险制度以及实现农业信贷与保险有机对接等方面进行了卓有成效的改革探索。今后,不但要注重农业已存在的不同金融需求,更应大力打造不同类型的金融生态,规范发展地方性农村金融机构,扩大农村金融供给,激活、满足农村金融需求;同时,要发挥财政、信贷资金相互协调的配套作用,并建立完善农村征信体系。     

部队军事攀登训练安全问题研究

军事攀登是具有危险性的一种技能,调查部队军事攀登训练现状发现,难度大、危险系数高的训练内容在基层部队较少开展,其根本原因是攀登训练存在安全问题。为了提高攀登训练中的安全性,采用了文献法和访谈法,对攀登组训者、练习者、攀登场地及器材装备等四个方面存在的问题进行了详细阐述;最后提出了提高攀登训练安全的对策。供部队攀登组训人员参考,以提高部队战斗力。     

Nuclear Power and Antiterrorism: Obscuring the Policy Contradictions 1

Abstract

Some governments are promoting both nuclear power and antiterrorism, but without much attention to connections between the two issues. Nuclear power increases the risk of nuclear terrorism directly and via nuclear proliferation, but this is seldom mentioned by policy‐makers. Governments use a set of rhetorical moves to hide the tensions in their policies concerning nuclear power and terrorism.
