西方反思型实践理论综述

思想源于杜威的反思型教师教育思潮自从20世纪80年代在北美大陆兴起以后，迅速扩展到全世界，与之相关的课题成为教育家关注和研究的重点。本文对近20年来西方学者在反思型实践理论方面的研究成果进行了初步介绍，内容包括反思型实践的概念、策略以及与反思型实践密切相关的行动研究的理论。     

Developing pre-requisites for empathy: increasing awareness of self,the body and the perspectives of others

Empathy is an important affective attribute for graduates entering future practice with diverse populations. Self- and bodily awareness and the ability to take others’ perspectives are essential for developing, maintaining and encouraging the cognitive, affective and motivational elements of empathy. This paper presents a thematic analysis of students’ summative reflections on body-focused wellness activity participation, which indicates increased self- and bodily awareness and developing ability to take on the perspectives of others. Prolonged engagement with authentic activities that focus attention on shared bodily aspects of life and encourage self-direction appears to be central for developing awareness and the ability to take on others’ perspectives. For some students, perspective-taking may produce recognition of disempowerment and the need for power reciprocity in future professional relationships, an essential element of practising empathy.

基础音乐教育课堂教学过程中形式化的思考

音乐新课程标准的颁布和实施,极大推进了素质教育的进程.教师的教育观念发生了巨大的变化,在教材的挖掘、教学形式、教学方法的运用等方面有了很大的改进,课堂较多地出现师生互动,平等参与的生动局面.然而,在音乐教学的实践中,很多教师存在教学情境设计形式化、学科综合形式化、学生合作学习形式化、评价语言形式化、教学手段形式化等现象,严重影响了音乐教学的效果.教师们应关注现状,认真反思,努力走出课改的误区.     

台湾少数民族教育的困境与思考

由于历史和化的原因，我国台湾少数民族教育发展在一定意义上存在着先天的不足。台湾光复后，虽然少数民族教育纳入到了一般教育体系，并采取了改进措施，但终因未得到足够的重视而收效甚微，低教育成熟仍旧成为少数民族教育的一个标记。目前台湾少数民族教育面临的困境主要有：（1）教育经费短缺问题突出；（2）政府理念与实际改革措施之间有较大的差距；（3）师资素质较低且流动率高等等。台湾少数民族教育未来改革与发展的方向和重点是：（1）应将台湾少数民族教育纳入台湾地区整体发展规划之中，当局不仅在政策上应积极规划，而且应提供各种有利条件和资源；（2）重建少数民族在教育中的主体性；（3）健全教育体系，拓宽升学渠道；（4）从师资培养、教育观念等方面着手建设师资队伍等等。     

Building bridges: the use of reflective oral diaries as a qualitative research tool

The article is a reflection on the use of an oral diary as a qualitative research tool, the role that it played during fieldwork and the methodological issues that emerged. It draws on a small-scale empirical study into primary school teachers' use of group discussion, during which oral diaries were used to explore and document teacher reflective thinking across time. The paper considers the design of the oral diary tool in this context and how its use created both a window on the developing construction of teachers' ideas about their practice of using group discussion in science and also a space to explore emerging analytical themes. The way in which the regular routine of the oral diary entries helped to make connections between the researcher and the participant and nurture fieldwork relationships is discussed in addition to the limitations of this specific research tool.
