数字检波器工作原理与地震勘探应用

基于MEMS技术的数字检波器的在地震勘探领域的成功应用,彻底摒弃模拟检波器的机电转换装置,真正实现了全数字化采集.数字检波器最核心的技术,在于它的加速度感应头,也称之为微机电系统(MicroElectroMechanical System),即MEMS.本文主要介绍MEMS芯片的工作原理、电路构成,以及SERCEL公司生产的单分量数字检波器DSU1在地震勘探数据采集中的实际应用.     

高速公路养护员工作满意度影响因素调查

从工作现状、职业认同和同事关系三个角度调查研究高速公路养护员工作满意度状况,发现工作满意度分别与收入满意度、劳动强度、他人的认同、和同事的合作关系、同事的尊重都存在相关关系。建议建立公平、公开、科学的养护员工资制度,关注养护员心理健康,构建和谐的人际关系,提高养护员工作满意度,提高工作效率。     

对首都体育学院2000级学生求职心理的调查

本文对我院2000级学生求职心理状况进行了调查分析,总结出学生们求职心理的规律,指出长处与不足,为对学生进行求职就业指导提供理论依据。     

Using the Theory of Planned Behavior to Predict College Students’ Intent to Use LinkedIn for Job Searches and Professional Networking

College students and recent graduates are the fastest-growing user demographic on LinkedIn, with an estimated 40 million profiles for these groups. Guided by the theory of planned behavior, 107 college students completed an online survey to determine their LinkedIn use, attitudes, perceived control, and social influences for networking and job/internship searching. The results of this study suggest that students are infrequent and passive users of LinkedIn. Past behaviors, attitudes, perceived behavioral control, and actual behavioral control were related to the effectiveness of LinkedIn to help them find internships and jobs. Parents and friends, attitudes, and past use of LinkedIn were related to their intention to use LinkedIn. Past use of LinkedIn and parents were the significant predictors of future intention to use LinkedIn.     

Job characteristics and teacher well-being: the mediation of teacher self-monitoring and teacher self-efficacy

Teacher well-being is a critical factor affecting job performance and thus, significant for enhancing quality teaching. Based on the job demands-resources model, this study examines the mediating effects of teachers’ self-monitoring and self-efficacy on the relationships between the emotional job demands of teaching and trust in colleagues and teacher well-being. A questionnaire was administered to 1115 primary school teachers in Hong Kong. The results highlight the maladaptive role of self-monitoring as a personal demand and the adaptive role of self-efficacy as a personal resource: self-monitoring is positively related to anxiety and depression; self-efficacy is positively related to enthusiasm and contentment and negatively related to anxiety and depression. The results not only support the beneficial role of trust in colleagues, which is positively associated with teacher self-efficacy and well-being, but also reveal the rewarding side of emotional job demands in enhancing teacher self-efficacy. Theoretical contributions and practical implications are discussed.
