研究图书馆的群体结构对于人力资源的科学组织、利用,搞好读者服务工作,充分开发群体动力具有十分重要的意义,提出图书馆群体心理结构分析。     

Reliability and validity of field-based measures of leg stiffness and reactive strength index in youths

Abstract

The aim of the study was to assess the reliability of a mobile contact mat in measuring a range of stretch–shortening cycle parameters in young adolescents. Additionally, vertical leg stiffness using contact mat data was validated against a criterion method using force–time data. The reliability study involved 18 youths completing a habituation and three separate test sessions, while 20 youths completed a single test session for the validity study. Participants completed three trials of a squat jump, countermovement jump, and maximal hopping test and a single trial of repeated sub-maximal hopping at 2.0 Hz and 2.5 Hz. All tests were performed on the contact mat. Reliability statistics included repeated-measures analysis of variance, intraclass correlation coefficient, and coefficient of variation (CV), while the correlation coefficient (r) and typical error of estimate (TEE) were reported for the validity study. Squat jump height was the most reliable measure (CV = 8.64%), while leg stiffness during sub-maximal hopping, and reactive strength index produced moderate reliability (CV = 10.17–13.93% and 13.98% respectively). Measures of leg stiffness obtained from contact mat data during sub-maximal hopping were in agreement with the criterion measure (r = 0.92–0.95; TEE = 6.5–7.5%), but not during maximal hopping (r = 0.59; TEE = 41.9%). The contact mat was deemed a valid tool for measuring stretch–shortening cycle ability in sub-maximal but not maximal hopping. Although reliability of performance was generally moderate, the tests offer a replicable assessment method for use with paediatric populations.

跳频多址系统盲空时干扰消除算法研究

提出了适合无中心控制的对等网络的盲空时自适应干扰消除算法．本算法利用检测信号功率恒定的特点，采用了两个滤波器组，当其中一个工作时，另一个开始调整权系数，从而提高了收敛速度，避免了跳频频率变化带来的波束估计误差．仿真结果表明，提出的盲自适应算法可以明显提高输出信号SINR增益．     

高校教师工作卷入及对工作绩效的影响研究

探讨高校教师工作卷入水平以及对工作绩效的影响,可以为提高高校教师工作绩效水平,进而提高高校教育水平提供理论借鉴,具有重要意义。采用工作卷入及工作绩效量表对185名高校教师进行问卷调查。结果表明:高校教师工作卷入处于中等稍高水平,高级职称的卷入程度显著高于初级和中级职称教师。同时工作卷入与工作绩效有显著正相关,回归分析表明,工作卷入可以显著正向预测工作绩效。本文对此进行了讨论,并据此提出了提高高校教师工作卷入及工作绩效的建议。     

Information adequacy,job satisfaction and organizational culture in a dispersed‐network organization

This investigation examined the relationship of information adequacy to job satisfaction and organizational culture in a healthcare organization with both office and field personnel. Information adequacy was assessed in four areas: personal performance, organizational policies, organizational performance, and organizational objectives. Comparisons of field and office personnel indicated that they did not differ on information adequacy or job satisfaction; they did, however, differ on several dimensions of organizational culture. Also, the relationship of information inadequacy to job satisfaction and organizational culture differed for employees depending on whether they worked primarily in the field or primarily in the office. Implications of the findings are drawn for organizations with a dispersed‐network structure.     

幼儿教师工作压力、社会支持对心理健康影响的路径分析

采用幼儿教师工作压力问卷、社会支持量表和症状自评量表对302名幼儿教师进行了调查,表明:(1)工作压力与社会支持呈显著负相关,与心理健康呈显著正相关;社会支持与心理健康呈显著负相关。(2)自我期望和工作条件、工作负荷、幼儿和家长、主观支持、客观支持对幼儿教师的心理健康有显著的预测作用;工作负荷、工资福利待遇两个因子通过社会支持间接影响幼儿教师的心理健康;自我期望和工作条件、工作负荷、幼儿和家长以及对社会支持的利用度共同作用于幼儿教师的心理健康。(3)通过构建结构方程模型进一步验证了社会支持是工作压力与心理健康关系中的中介变量。

Challenging Assumptions Underlying the Metamorphosis Phase: Ethnographic Analysis of Metamorphosis Within an Unemployment Organization

Organizational communication scholars have grappled with assimilation processes and expanded the theoretical conceptualization of each phase. This article joins in conversation with organizational communication scholars by identifying and problematizing the assumption that reaching metamorphosis is always a positive experience. Through the ethnographic analysis of empirical data collected from an unemployment support organization, the author argues that being an established organizational member is sometimes counter to organizational objectives. While traditional organizations attempt to maintain and grow their membership, some alternative organizational formats aim to minimize membership. This premise challenges the assumption that achieving metamorphosis is always a desirable state of organizational membership. Furthermore, this study reveals how communication changes when it is undesirable for service recipients to reach metamorphosis.
