《现代情报》1996-2005年核心著者测评

运用文献计量学方法，统计分析了《现代情报》1996—2005年著者的发文量和被引量，并根据这两项指标，利用综合指数法测定核心著者。     

一种有效缓解数据稀疏问题的协同过滤推荐算法

传统协同过滤推荐算法依据共同评分项目计算用户相似度, 进而产生推荐项目。然而, 随着用户和商品数量的不断增加, 用户共同评分的项目会越来越少, 甚至没有, 因此传统协同过滤推荐算法对用户之间相似度的衡量将会越来越不准确, 从而影响推荐系统的性能。针对这一问题, 本文对用户相似度的计算方法进行了改进, 提出直接相似度和间接相似度的概念, 同时引入关键人物权重, 进一步提高推荐系统的准确性。     

University-industry linkages in the UK: What are the factors underlying the variety of interactions with industry?

This paper examines the different channels through which academic researchers interact with industry and the factors that influence the researchers’ engagement in a variety of interactions. This study is based on a large scale survey of UK academic researchers. The results show that university researchers interact with industry using a wide variety of channels, and engage more frequently in the majority of the channels examined - such as consultancy & contract research, joint research, or training - as compared to patenting or spin-out activities. In explaining the variety and frequency of interactions, we find that individual characteristics of researchers have a stronger impact than the characteristics of their departments or universities. Finally, we argue that by paying greater attention to the broad range of knowledge transfer mechanisms (in addition to patenting and spin-outs), policy initiatives could contribute to building the researchers’ skills necessary to integrate the worlds of scientific research and application.     

Essential Skills for Corporate and Special Librarians

Abstract

Library science programs must be responsive to the wide variety of workplace needs to ensure that graduating students are prepared with appropriate knowledge and skills regardless of where their career path brings them, and to do so they must understand the various needs and expectations of the field. Through a nationwide study of over 2,000 current professionals and LIS faculty, this study examines the knowledge, skills, and abilities identified as core for special and corporate librarians. The results help establish a baseline of skills for corporate and special librarians, which will be of interest to current and emerging professionals interested in a career in these settings and could have implications for LIS education.     

气象档案分级鉴定关键技术与策略分析

档案分级鉴定是依据科学的原则和标准甄别具有永久保存价值档案之间的价值差异,从而对不同价值的档案施以更为科学的管理、保护和利用[1]。文章是在对档案分级鉴定理论进行充分研究和实践的基础上,提出了气象档案分级鉴定工作的技术关键,总结了气象档案分级鉴定方法,针对馆藏永久档案的分级鉴定策略与难点,提出了解决方法,以便充实和完善气象档案管理工作内容,最大化实现永久气象档案的社会效益,为在全国气象档案领域开展分级鉴定工作提供一种可行的技术思路和有效的技术参考。     

Librarians collaborate successfully with nursing faculty and a writing centre to support nursing students doing professional doctorates

This study explores how a three‐way collaboration between a University library, writing centre and faculty created avenues of training and support for students within a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program in an American University. The role of each partner involved in the collaboration is discussed alongside the profile of the DNP students. Lesson planning and classroom techniques for DNP information literacy classes are described and feedback from the partners and the students are discussed. The study confirms that collaboration is effective in improving research and writing skills. D.I.     

贵州省农村中学物理实验骨干教师培训方案设计

根据国家基础教育发展和素质教育对初中物理教师提出的新要求,基于贵州省农村中学物理教师的现状,指出省级农村中学物理实验骨干教师培训的目标和任务,设计了培训模块、培训内容、培训方式、培训教学模式、考核评价办法等,以期在培训中能够着力解决农村中学物理教师在实验教学中遇到的实际问题。     

国家重点实验室建设现状与思考

国家重点实验室是我国贯彻科教兴国战略的一项重要举措,论文对目前国家重点实验室的布局、队伍建设、研究水平、经费支持、运行管理等几个方面进行了统计分析。叙述了国家重点实验室发展中存在的问题,并以作物种质创新与资源利用国家重点实验室培育基地建设经验为例,对重点实验室如何定位、特色凝练、创新管理及发挥科研成果在经济建设中的作用等提出了思考意见。

高校班级心理委员工作满意度研究——以广西大学为例

为研究班级心理委员工作的质量与效果,采用自编问卷对广西大学515名班级心理委员进行了调查,分析班级心理委员的工作满意度及其存在的问题,提出如何进一步完善心理委员的选拔、培训、考核和激励等问题,以调动心理委员的积极性,充分发挥心理委员在高校心理健康教育工作中的重要作用。
