论图书馆联盟的第三方获利

图书馆本着利益互惠的原则结成联盟,实现资源共建共享和合作服务,进行经验交流;其中部分资源及服务也向社会免费开放,使非成员馆等第三方获利.作为第三方的非联盟成员馆应该对其可利用的图书馆联盟资源和服务进行搜集、分析和揭示,借此增加本馆的馆藏资源,提高服务水平.     

中超联赛联合产权的合作博弈研究

运用合作博弈分析方法,研究和解决中超联赛产权归属问题,为中超联赛健康发展提供理论支持。文章从利益相关者角度出发,剖析了足协、投资人拥有联赛产权的合理性,阐释了中超联赛产权的联合属性,并构建了中超联赛的联合产权制度分析框架。结论是:中超联赛其实是足协采取优超方案侵占其它利益相关者的权益;联合产权制度是足协、投资人相互谈判与重复博弈均衡解集的中心核。建立联赛联合产权制度,使中超联赛成为包含按有效贡献力形成的物质资本、人力资本的联合经济利益共同体,是中超联赛治理改革的最优选择。     

Technological flows and choice of joint ventures in technology alliances

This paper analyses the influence of technological flows in the choice of joint ventures as a governance form of technology alliances, using a theoretical framework based on Transaction Costs Economics and the Economics of Intellectual Property Rights. We argue that the formation of a joint venture is only necessary in situations for which technological flows make the monitoring of alliance activities and the distribution of cooperation rents difficult. Our hypotheses have been confirmed using a sample of technology alliances created by companies from the European Union between 1992 and 1999.

On the p-norm joint spectral radius

The p-norm joint spectral radius is defined by a bounded collection of square matrices with complex entries and of the same size. In the present paper the author investigates the p-norm joint spectral radius for integers. The method introduced in this paper yields some basic formulas for these spectral radii. The approach used in this paper provides a simple proof of Berger-Wang's relation concerning the ∞-norm joint spectral radius.     

Effect of the racket mass and the rate of strokes on kinematics and kinetics in the table tennis topspin backhand

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the racket mass and the rate of strokes on the kinematics and kinetics of the trunk and the racket arm in the table tennis topspin backhand. Eight male Division I collegiate table tennis players hit topspin backhands against topspin balls projected at 75 balls · min^?1 and 35 balls · min^?1 using three rackets varying in mass of 153.5, 176 and 201.5 g. A motion capture system was used to obtain trunk and racket arm motion data. The joint torques of the racket arm were determined using inverse dynamics. The racket mass did not significantly affect all the trunk and racket arm kinematics and kinetics examined except for the wrist dorsiflexion torque, which was significantly larger for the large mass racket than for the small mass racket. The racket speed at impact was significantly lower for the high ball frequency than for the low ball frequency. This was probably because pelvis and upper trunk axial rotations tended to be more restricted for the high ball frequency. The result highlights one of the advantages of playing close to the table and making the rally speed fast.

文章针对我国高校试办高水平运动队这一现象，认为在当前体制转型时期，我国大部分普通高校尚未完全具备办高水平运动队的条件，与体工队联合办队是高校办高水平运动队的较好模式，并对这种办法提出了相应建议。     

Skills versus pedagogy? Doctoral research training in the UK Arts and Humanities

The traditional ‘lone scholar’ view of an Arts and Humanities doctoral student sits uneasily with the skills-based discourse underpinning policies aimed at enhancing researcher development and employability. This paper reports on a case study of a research training programme for doctoral students in the Arts and Humanities at a UK university. It calls for the embedding of the generic skills agenda within a more clearly articulated pedagogic discourse and formulates four pedagogic principles for research training programme design. Additionally, the paper problematises the research trainer role and highlights the importance of paying attention to the students' own learning agendas and the learning value they are prepared to derive from training.

我国《民法通则》和《合伙企业法》都对合伙财产作出了规定,但对合伙财产的法律性质均采取了回避态度。本文从探究共有的两种形态入手,结合各国对合伙企业财产法律性质的规定的法律沿革和我国的相关法律规定,对合伙财产法律性质作了一定的界定。
